Abstract

一种插槽装置,包括一固定于一电路板上的插槽主体及一安装于所述插槽主体上的卡扣件,所述电路板上包括一位于所述卡扣件下方的芯片,所述插槽主体包括一滑槽,所述卡扣件包括一安装于所述滑槽内的滑片,所述滑片能够沿所述滑槽滑动而使所述卡扣件脱离所述滑槽主体。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种插槽装置。
背景技术
电路板上固定有插槽装置,用以插接显卡。插槽装置通常由插槽主体及卡扣件组成。电路板上还包括有芯片,部分芯片位于该卡扣件的下方。由于插槽主体与卡扣件通常是固定在一起不可分离的,因此当芯片出现损坏而需要进行检修或更换时,该卡扣件会阻碍检修工作。
发明内容
鉴于以上内容,有必要提供一种便于芯片检修的插槽装置。
一种插槽装置,包括一固定于一电路板上的插槽主体及一安装于所述插槽主体上的卡扣件,所述电路板上包括一位于所述卡扣件下方的芯片,所述插槽主体包括一滑槽,所述卡扣件包括一安装于所述滑槽内的滑片,所述滑片能够沿所述滑槽滑动而使所述卡扣件脱离所述滑槽主体。
优选地,所述滑槽包括一内壁,所述内壁上开设一限位槽,所述滑片上延伸形成一限位片,所述限位片卡扣于所述限位槽内。
优选地,所述插槽主体包括一卡块,所述卡扣件包括一把手,所述把手抵靠所述卡块从而将所述卡扣件固定于所述插槽主体上。
优选地,所述插槽主体包括一插接部及一与所述插接部相连的卡合部,所述卡合部包括所述滑槽及一滑动板,所述滑槽位于所述卡合部及所述滑动板之间。
优选地,所述卡块位于所述滑动板上远离所述滑槽的一侧。
优选地,所述卡块包括一用以引导所述卡扣件安装于所述插槽主体上的导滑面,所述导滑面为一延伸至所述滑动板顶端的斜面。
优选地,所述卡扣件包括所述滑片、一板体及一连接所述滑片与所述板体的连接片,所述滑片、板体及连接片合围成一收容空间,所述滑动板收容于所述收容空间内。
优选地,所述把手自所述板体顶端弯折形成。
优选地,所述连接板上开设有一凹槽,所述凹槽延伸至所述把手。
优选地,所述滑片的厚度与所述滑槽的宽度大致相同。
与现有技术相比,上述插槽装置包括一插槽主体及安装于插槽主体上的卡扣件,该插槽主体包括有滑槽,该卡扣件包括有安装于所述滑槽内的滑片,该滑片能够沿该滑槽滑动而使该卡扣件脱离该插槽主体,从而使位于所述卡扣件下方的芯片完全暴露,方便工作人员对芯片进行检修。

具体实施方式
请参阅图1,在本发明的一较佳实施方式中,一插槽装置100包括一插槽主体10及一卡扣件50。所述插槽主体10固定于一电路板200上,用以插接一显卡(图未示)。所述电路板200包括一芯片201。
请同时参阅图2及图3,所述插槽主体10包括一长条形的插接部20及与所述插接部20相连的卡合部30。
所述插接部20上开设有一用以插接所述显卡的插槽21。
所述卡合部30包括一滑动板32及两个对称开设于所述插槽21两侧的滑槽34。所述滑槽34位于所述滑动板32与所述插接部20之间。所述滑动板32远离所述滑槽34的一侧凸设有一卡块321,所述卡块321包括一导滑面322,用以引导所述卡扣件50安装于所述插槽主体10上。在一实施方式中,所述导滑面322为一延伸至所述滑动板32顶端的斜面。所述滑槽34包括一靠近所述插槽21的内壁341,所述内壁341上开设一限位槽342,所述限位槽342延伸至所述卡合部30的顶缘,从而使所述内壁341大致呈阶梯形。所述滑槽34的延伸方向大致垂直所述电路板200。
所述卡扣件50包括一板体52、两个大致垂直于所述板体52的连接片54、及两个大致平行于所述板体52的滑片56。所述连接片54连接所述板体52及所述滑片56,所述两个滑片56间隔对称设置。所述板体52、连接片54及所述滑片56合围成一用以收容所述滑动板32的收容空间58。在一实施方式中,所述滑片56的厚度与所述滑槽34的宽度大致相同。
所述板体52的顶端弯折延伸形成一把手521,所述把手521与所述卡块321位于同一侧。靠近所述把手521的连接片54上开设有一凹槽541,所述凹槽541延伸至所述把手521,用以增加所述把手521弹性变形的能力。所述两个滑片56的对称位置处相对延伸从而形成两个限位片561,所述限位片561能够卡扣于所述限位槽342内。
请同时参阅图4及图5,组装时,将所述卡扣件50的滑片56对准所述插槽主体10上的滑槽34竖直插入。所述滑片56沿所述滑槽34滑动,所述板体52沿所述导滑面322滑动使所述滑动板32收容于所述收容空间58内。下压所述卡扣件50直至所述限位片561卡扣于所述限位槽342内以限制所述卡扣件50向下移动,所述把手521抵靠所述卡块321以限制所述卡扣件50向上移动,从而将所述卡扣件50固定于所述插槽主体10上,所述芯片201位于所述卡扣件50下方。
当工作人员需要对所述芯片201进行检修或更换时,按压所述把手521,而使所述把手521及所述板体52与所述把手521相连接的部分发生弹性变形,从而使所述把手521脱离所述卡块321。此时,直接向上拉动所述卡扣件50,即可使所述卡扣件50与所述插槽主体10分离。所述芯片201不再被所述卡扣件50遮挡,从而方便工作人员作业。

Claims (9)

1.一种插槽装置,包括一固定于一电路板上的插槽主体及一安装于所述插槽主体上的卡扣件,所述电路板上包括一位于所述卡扣件下方的芯片,其特征在于:所述插槽主体包括一滑槽,所述卡扣件包括一安装于所述滑槽内的滑片,所述滑片能够沿所述滑槽滑动而使所述卡扣件脱离所述插槽主体,所述插槽主体包括一卡块,所述卡扣件包括一把手,所述把手抵靠于所述卡块下方从而将所述卡扣件固定于所述插槽主体上。
2.如权利要求1所述的插槽装置,其特征在于:所述滑槽包括一内壁,所述内壁上开设一限位槽,所述滑片上延伸形成一限位片,所述限位片卡扣于所述限位槽内。
3.如权利要求1所述的插槽装置,其特征在于:所述插槽主体包括一插接部及一与所述插接部相连的卡合部,所述卡合部包括所述滑槽及一滑动板,所述滑槽位于所述卡合部及所述滑动板之间。
4.如权利要求3所述的插槽装置,其特征在于:所述卡块位于所述滑动板上远离所述滑槽的一侧。
5.如权利要求3所述的插槽装置,其特征在于:所述卡块包括一用以引导所述卡扣件安装于所述插槽主体上的导滑面,所述导滑面为一延伸至所述滑动板顶端的斜面。
6.如权利要求3所述的插槽装置,其特征在于:所述卡扣件包括所述滑片、一板体及一连接所述滑片与所述板体的连接片,所述滑片、板体及连接片合围成一收容空间,所述滑动板收容于所述收容空间内。
7.如权利要求6所述的插槽装置,其特征在于:所述把手自所述板体顶端弯折形成。
8.如权利要求7所述的插槽装置,其特征在于:所述连接片上开设有一凹槽,所述凹槽延伸至所述把手。
9.如权利要求1所述的插槽装置,其特征在于:所述滑片的厚度与所述滑槽的宽度相同。
