本发明提供一种振动式电磁炉,包括基座,所述基座的面板中央设有一块可上下移动的支承板,所述支承板下方设有电磁线盘,所述电磁线盘耦合于所述基座内的电路板;所述电磁线盘下方还设有与基座相对固定的铁基板;所述支承板、铁基板之间设有弹性支承件。该振动式电磁炉可以促进锅内食物均匀受热,以提高食物的口味。

技术领域
本发明涉及厨房电器领域,特别地,涉及一种电磁炉。
背景技术
目前的电磁炉,其面板是固定的,在烹煮食物的过程中,铁锅底部通过涡电流加热,因此发热功率极大,使锅底快速升温,在汤水沸腾前,使锅内底部的食物加热速度明显高于上部的食物,锅内食物由于受热不均,导致影响食物的口味。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明的目的在于提供一种振动式电磁炉,该振动式电磁炉可以促进锅内食物均匀受热,以提高食物的口味。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:该振动式电磁炉包括基座,所述基座的面板中央设有一块可上下移动的支承板,所述支承板下方设有电磁线盘,所述电磁线盘耦合于所述基座内的电路板;所述电磁线盘下方还设有与基座相对固定的铁基板;所述支承板、铁基板之间设有弹性支承件。
作为优选,所述支承板由金属板构成;所述铁基板下侧设有隔热层;所述弹性支承件由导热金属构成;所述铁基板通过所述弹性支承件与所述支承板实现热传导。
作为优选,所述电磁线盘具有上下两个,相互串联;上侧的电磁线盘固定于所述支承板下侧,下侧的电磁线盘固定于所述铁基板上侧;以使支承板上的铁锅始终可以被电磁线盘充分作用。
作为优选,所述支承板由非金属构成;所述铁基板由等宽的窄铁条拼合而成,并且各窄铁条之间涂制有绝缘漆。
本发明的有益效果在于:该振动式电磁炉在使用时,所述支承板上的铁锅锅底与所述铁基板同时受到电磁线盘的励磁,从而相互吸引,并且吸力随着电磁线盘的功率波动而变化,从而使所述铁基板与所述支承板之间的距离形成波动,以使支承板上的铁锅上下波动,从而使锅内的水体上下流动,以促进锅内食物均匀受热,以提高食物的口味。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明:
实施例一:
在图1所示的实施例一中,该振动式电磁炉包括基座1,所述基座1的面板中央设有一块可上下移动的支承板2,所述支承板2下方设有电磁线盘3,所述电磁线盘3耦合于所述基座内的电路板4;所述电磁线盘3下方还设有与基座1相对固定的铁基板5;所述支承板2、铁基板5之间设有弹性支承件6。
在本实施例一中,所述支承板2由金属板构成;所述铁基板5下侧设有隔热层7;所述弹性支承件6由导热金属构成,如金属支承弹簧;所述铁基板5通过所述弹性支承件6与所述支承板2实现热传导。从而使被电磁线盘3交变励磁而产生涡电流发热效应的铁基板5上的热量只能通过弹性支承件6及热辐射向上传递至支承板2,并传递给锅体。
上述振动式电磁炉在使用时,所述支承板2上的铁锅锅底与所述铁基板5同时受到电磁线盘3的励磁,从而相互吸引,并且吸力随着电磁线盘3的功率波动(一般为十秒左右波动一次)而变化,从而使所述铁基板5与所述支承板2之间的距离形成波动,以使支承板2上的铁锅上下波动,从而使锅内的水体上下流动,以促进锅内食物均匀受热,以提高食物的口味。
实施例二:
对于图2、图3所示的实施例二,其与实施例一的不同之处在于:所述电磁线盘3、3‘具有上下两个,相互串联;上侧的电磁线盘3固定于所述支承板2下侧,下侧的电磁线盘3‘固定于所述铁基板5上侧;以使支承板2上的铁锅始终可以被电磁线盘3充分作用。
实施例二与实施例一的更为关键的不同之处在于:所述支承板2由非金属构成;如图3所示,所述铁基板5由等宽的窄铁条拼合而成,且各窄铁条之间涂制有绝缘漆。其优点在于:当电磁线盘3‘在铁基板5上交变励磁时,可以在铁基板5上形成与实施例一基本相同的竖向磁场,但是却无法在铁基板5内形成涡电流,从而使铁基板5不发热,使电能输出直接作用于支承板2上的铁锅锅底,减少热量传递损耗,从而明显比实施例一节能。

1.一种振动式电磁炉,包括基座(1),其特征在于:所述基座(1)的面板中央设有一块可上下移动的支承板(2),所述支承板(2)下方设有电磁线盘(3),所述电磁线盘(3)耦合于所述基座(1)内的电路板(4);所述电磁线盘(3)下方还设有与基座(1)相对固定的铁基板(5);所述支承板(2)、铁基板(5)之间设有弹性支承件(6);
所述支承板(2)由金属板构成;所述铁基板(5)下侧设有隔热层(7);所述弹性支承件(6)由导热金属构成;所述铁基板(5)通过所述弹性支承件(6)与所述支承板(2)实现热传导;
所述电磁线盘(3、3‘)具有上下两个,相互串联;上侧的电磁线盘(3)固定于所述支承板(2)下侧,下侧的电磁线盘(3‘)固定于所述铁基板(5)上侧;以使支承板(2)上的铁锅始终可以被电磁线盘(3)充分作用;
