Technical Field
The present invention relates to a household appliance, and more particularly, to a storage device having a weighing device and capable of moving freely, and a household appliance equipped with the storage device.
Background
The storage device of the conventional household appliance, for example, a storage box or a storage rack of a refrigerator, is only used for storing articles, and has a single function. In order to enrich the function of the storage device, the weight of the article can be acquired and displayed by matching with the weighing sensor.
Generally, a load cell is fixedly disposed on a body of a home appliance so that its weight can be obtained only by placing an article at a specific position, and thus, its use is limited to a certain extent. In addition, the power of the weighing sensor is derived from a power supply system of the household appliance, and the movement of the weighing sensor is limited due to the physical connection between the weighing sensor and the household appliance. In addition, the weight information of the articles obtained by the weighing sensor is communicated with a processor in the household appliance in a wired mode so as to realize information exchange. Thus, the movement of the load cell is further restricted.
Meanwhile, the traditional household appliance only utilizes the weight information of the articles to display the weight of the articles, so that the realized function is single.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention solves the problems that the existing storage device with the weighing function is immovable and has single function.
To solve the above problems, the present invention provides a home appliance, comprising: a movable storage device for storing articles; the weighing device is used for acquiring weight information of the article; the power supply is used for providing power for the weighing device; wherein the weighing device and the power supply are both disposed on the storage device so that the storage device together with the weighing device and the power supply can be freely moved. Therefore, the weighing sensor can freely move along with the storage device, and meanwhile, an independent power supply is also configured, so that the operation of the weighing device is not limited by a power supply system of the household appliance. Therefore, the storage device provided with the weighing device and the power supply can be freely moved and placed without limitation.
Optionally, the power supply is fixedly or detachably configured on the storage device.
Optionally, the power supply is adapted to be charged wirelessly. The application of the non-contact charging technology enables the charging process of the power supply to be free from the limitation of wires.
Optionally, the household appliance further includes: the first wireless communication device is configured on the storage device and used for wirelessly transmitting the weight information acquired by the weighing device. Therefore, the weighing device and a remote processor, such as a central processing module of a refrigerator, a cloud server and the like, can exchange information in a wireless mode, and more diversified functions can be realized.

The second wireless communication device can be used for receiving weight information and sending storage information generated by the processor to the remote client to inform a user. Therefore, even when the household appliance is far away, the user can know the storage condition in the household appliance.
Optionally, the household appliance further comprises a playing device for playing the storage information.
Optionally, the playing device plays the storage information in a text or audio mode.

Detailed Description
In order to make the aforementioned objects, features and advantages of the present invention comprehensible, embodiments accompanied with figures are described in detail below.
Referring to fig. 1, a schematic diagram illustrating an operation principle of a home appliance according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. In the present embodiment, the household appliance is a refrigerator, but the household appliance in the present invention is not limited to a refrigerator, and may also be a freezer, a wine cabinet, a locker, a washing machine or a cooker, etc.
As shown in fig. 1, the home appliance includes: the storage system 10 is provided with a weighing device, and the appliance main body 20, wherein the storage system 10 is movable and can communicate with a processor (for example, a central processing module of a refrigerator) in the appliance main body 20 in a wireless manner, so that information can be exchanged between the storage system 10 and the appliance main body 20, and the weight information acquired by the weighing device is transmitted to the processor of the appliance main body. The processor in the appliance body 20 performs various functions by processing the received weight information, and the processed result may be further transmitted to the remote client 30 to inform the user.
Referring to fig. 2, a storage system 100 according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, the storage system comprising: a storage device 101 for storing articles; and a weighing device 103 for acquiring weight information of the article; the weighing device 103 is disposed on the storage device 101, so that the storage device 101 and the weighing device 103 can move freely, and thus, the movement of the storage device 101 having the weighing device 103 is no longer limited.
The storage system 100 further includes a first wireless communication device 105 for transmitting the weight information obtained by the weighing device 103 in a wireless communication manner. Therefore, the exchange of information between the storage device 101 and a remote processing device (e.g., a central processing module of a refrigerator) is no longer subject to a physical connection therebetween. It should be noted that the first wireless communication device 105 is also disposed on the storage device 101.
In order to ensure the proper operation of the storage system 100, it further comprises a power source 107 for powering the weighing device 103 and the first wireless communication device 105 of the storage system 100. The power supply 107 is also disposed on the storage device 101.
The storage device 101 may be configured in the form of a storage box or a storage rack. It should be noted that the storage device 101 may have other shapes, and the shape and material of the storage device 101 are not limited as long as the storage device can be used for placing articles.
The weighing device 103 may be a load cell or an integrated chip with weight information.
The first wireless communication device 105 may include one or more of a GPRS module, a WiFi module, and an Ethernet module, so as to implement wireless transmission. The first wireless communication device 105 may also use other forms of wireless transmission, and the invention is not limited thereto.
The power source 107 may be fixedly or detachably disposed on the storage device 101. In some embodiments of the present invention, the power source 107 is a battery that is removably disposed on the storage device 101, and when the battery is depleted, the storage system 100 can be continuously powered by replacing the battery. In some embodiments of the present invention, the power source 107 is fixedly disposed on the storage device 101, and the power source 107 can be charged by wireless charging technology, so that the normal use of the storage system 100 is no longer limited by the power line.
It can be seen that the storage system 100 is a stand-alone system that can collect weight information of an item and transmit the weight information to a remote processing device in a wireless fashion. Further, the remote processing device may process the weight information to achieve a particular function. The cooperation between the storage system 100 and the remote processing device will be explained in detail below. It should be noted that the remote processing device may be a central processing module of a refrigerator, or a cloud processing system, or a processing system of other household appliances such as a wine cabinet.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the storage system 100 may further include a user interface 109 that may be used to output weight information and also to input information, such as the name, type, etc. of the item. The user interface 109 will be explained in more detail in the following description of the stowage management system.
Referring to fig. 3, a storage management system 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated, and the system includes a storage system 201 (the specific structure may refer to the storage system 100 shown in fig. 2), a second wireless communication device 203, and a processor 205, wherein the second wireless communication device 203 is configured to receive weight information transmitted from the storage system 201 (specifically, the first wireless communication device of the storage system), and the processor 205 generates storage information by analyzing and processing the weight information received by the second wireless communication device 203 to inform a user of a status of an article in the storage system 201 (specifically, the storage device of the storage system).
The storage information generated by the processor 205 may include one or more of inventory information, freshness information, out-of-stock alerts, and expiration alerts for the items. The inventory information may include the name, type, and weight of the article, and the weight of the article may be obtained through the weight information transmitted from the storage device 201; the freshness of the goods is obtained by analyzing the water loss of the goods, and the water loss is reflected by the weight change of the goods, so that the freshness information can be obtained based on the weight change of the goods; the out-of-stock reminder is generated when the weight of the article is smaller than a preset threshold value so as to remind a user to replenish the corresponding article in time; the expiration reminder is generated based on the freshness of the item. It is worth mentioning that in some embodiments of the present invention, the preset threshold is related to the type of the article, that is, different types of articles may have different preset thresholds. In some embodiments, the preset threshold may be determined by the processor 205 automatically matching according to the type of the item, or may be determined by a value input by the user through the user interface 109. In some embodiments of the invention, the processor 205 may generate and display a list of categories on the user interface 109 for the user to select the categories that need to be input. In other embodiments of the present invention, the processor 205 may generate and display a dialog box on the user interface 109 for the user to input the category of the item.
As shown in FIG. 4, a user interface 109 in accordance with an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The user interface 109 may be a touch display screen, which may be disposed on the storage device 101 or on the main body of the household appliance. In the present embodiment, the user interface 109 is a touch screen display, and includes an input category icon 1091, an input preset threshold icon 1093, and a category list icon 1095. The user may input the type of the item by touching the input box after the type icon 1091 is input, or may input the type of the item by selecting the "select" icon in the type list icon 1095. Similarly, the user may input the preset threshold by touching the input box after the preset threshold icon 1093 is input.
It is worth mentioning that the user interface 109 may also remind the user to place the item in the correct position (not shown) by displaying text. Thus, on the one hand, the preservation period of the articles is prolonged by placing the articles at proper positions; on the other hand, the user can develop a good storage habit.
It is also worth integrating that the weight of the articles is a dynamically changing process, and therefore the weight information collected by the weighing device in the storage system is also constantly changing. In some embodiments, the weight information may be automatically updated. In other embodiments, the weight information may be updated based on the user's update instructions.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the storage management system 200 further includes a playing device 207 for playing the storage information. The playing device 207 can be disposed on the outer case of the refrigerator, so that the user can know the state of the articles in the refrigerator without opening the refrigerator. The playing device 207 can play the storage information in a text or audio form.
As shown in fig. 5, illustrating the playing apparatus 207 according to an embodiment of the present invention, the playing apparatus 207 includes a reminder icon 2071, an inventory icon 2073 and a freshness icon 2075. The reminder icon 2071 includes a text display icon 20711 and an audio display icon 20713, wherein when the user touches the text display icon 20711, reminder messages such as a stock out reminder, an expiration reminder, etc. will be displayed in text on the text display area 2077; when the user touches audio display icon 20713, the reminder messages can be played through the speaker. Similarly, when the text display icon or the audio display icon under the inventory icon 2073 is touched, the inventory information may be played in text or audio form; when the text display icon or the audio display icon under the freshness icon 2075 is touched, the freshness information can be played in text or audio form. It should be noted that the playing device can also automatically play the object information, for example, display the object information on the text display area 2077, or automatically play the object information through the speaker. The playing device 207 may also include only one display screen or only one speaker, i.e. only the storage information is played in text form or audio form.
In some embodiments of the present invention, the storage information may also be transmitted to a remote client via the second wireless communication device 203 to inform the user of the status of the article. The remote client can be a mobile phone client, a computer and the like. In this way, the user can know the condition of the articles in the refrigerator even if the user is not at home. For example, when shopping, it is clear which items need to be replenished in time and which items do not need to be, thereby avoiding the need to repeatedly purchase or forget to purchase an item.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the storage management system 200 can be applied to a refrigerator, wherein the storage device 101 of the storage system 100 can be a storage box or a storage rack of the refrigerator, and can also be placed in or on the storage box or the storage rack of the existing refrigerator, and the storage system 100 can move freely. That is, the user can freely arrange the location of the storage system 100, the second wireless communication device 203, and the processing device 205. the processing device 205 can be a Central Processing Module (CPM) of the refrigerator.

Claims (12)

1. A household appliance comprising: a movable storage device for storing articles; the weighing device is used for acquiring weight information of the article; the power supply is used for providing power for the weighing device; the weighing device and the power supply are both arranged on the storage device, so that the storage device, the weighing device and the power supply can move freely; the first wireless communication device is configured on the storage device and used for wirelessly transmitting the weight information acquired by the weighing device; the system comprises a second wireless communication device and a processor, wherein the second wireless communication device is used for receiving weight information transmitted by the first wireless communication device in a wireless mode, and the processor is used for generating storage information according to the weight information received by the second wireless communication device; the storage information generated by the processor comprises inventory information, freshness information, out-of-stock reminder, expiration reminder of the article, or any combination thereof; the processor is configured to: generating the freshness information of the item according to a change in weight of the item.
2. The household appliance according to claim 1, wherein the power source is fixedly or detachably arranged on the storage device.
3. The household appliance of claim 1, wherein the power source is adapted to be charged wirelessly.
4. The household appliance of claim 1, wherein the second wireless communication device is further configured to send the storage information to a remote client.
5. The household appliance according to claim 1, further comprising a playing device for playing the storage information.
6. The household appliance according to claim 5, wherein the playing device plays the storage information in a text or audio form.
7. The household appliance of claim 1, wherein the processor is configured to: generating the expiration reminder according to the freshness information of the item.
8. The household appliance of claim 1, wherein the processor generates the out-of-stock alert when the weight of the item is less than a preset threshold corresponding to the type of item.
9. The domestic appliance according to claim 8, further comprising a user interface for inputting said category of said item.
10. The household appliance of claim 9, wherein the processor is further configured to: and generating a category list and displaying the category list on the user interface so that a user can select categories needing to be input.
