一种整体式平板太阳能集热器。它包括背板、保温层、集热层、钢化玻璃,所述背板一次性冲压成型,背板上方设置有保温层,所述保温层使用聚氨酯一次性高压发泡成型,保温层上方设置有集热层,所述集热层由铜管流和集热膜铜管激光焊接而成,集热层上方设置有钢化玻璃,所述钢化玻璃与背板结合处用橡胶进行包边,背板与钢化玻璃通过边条卡扣一次性冲压进行锁死。本发明大大增加了产品集热效果和保温效果,减少了由多次连接造成产品使用过程的安全隐患,大大提高了安全系数,使用边条卡扣进行冲压锁死,牢固而且易于安装。

技术领域:
本发明涉及热水器热水器技术领域,尤其涉及一种整体式平板太阳能集热器。
背景技术:
太阳能热水器作为一种能源清洁、成本低的热水器而在世界备受青睐,而平板太阳能是当前最受欢迎的一种,但是目前使用的平板太阳能集热器基本都是分体式,其铝合金框架通过角码连接,再组框压合成型,由于设计的缺陷,在使用过程中由于连接处较多很难做到全部密封,又经过长期风吹日常晒,容易在连接处产生缺口,影响集热器整体的密封性及其集热效果,其次由于连接处较多易造成局部连接松散有解体脱落的风险,对住户及行人产生潜在的危害。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是提供一种增加产品集热效果和保温效果,提高安全系数的整体式平板太阳能集热器。
为了解决背景技术所存在的问题,本发明是采用如下技术方案:它包括背板、保温层、集热层、钢化玻璃,所述背板一次性冲压成型,背板上方设置有保温层,所述保温层使用聚氨酯一次性高压发泡成型,保温层上方设置有集热层,所述集热层由铜管流和集热膜铜管激光焊接而成,集热层上方设置有钢化玻璃,所述钢化玻璃与背板结合处用橡胶进行包边,背板与钢化玻璃通过边条卡扣一次性冲压进行锁死。
所述背板采用铝或者镀锌材质。
所述钢化玻璃为3mm的布纹钢化玻璃。
本发明大大增加了产品集热效果和保温效果,减少了由多次连接造成产品使用过程的安全隐患,大大提高了安全系数,使用边条卡扣进行冲压锁死,牢固而且易于安装。

具体实施方式:
参照图1-2,本发明它包括背板1、保温层2、集热层3、钢化玻璃4,所述背板1采用铝或者镀锌材质,一次性冲压成型,背板1上方设置有保温层2,所述保温层2使用聚氨酯一次性高压发泡成型,保温层2上方设置有集热层3,所述集热层3由铜管流和集热膜铜管激光焊接而成,集热层3上方设置有钢化玻璃4,钢化玻璃4为3mm的布纹钢化玻璃,所述钢化玻璃4与背板1结合处用橡胶进行包边,背板1与钢化玻璃4通过边条卡扣5一次性冲压进行锁死。
与普通铝合金框架通过角码连接组框压合成型的分体式平板太阳能集热器相比,本发明采用一次性冲压成型的整体背板作为保温框架,保温层使用聚氨酯一次性高压发泡成型,大大增加了产品集热效果和保温效果,其次其整体性进一步提高,减少了由多次连接造成产品使用过程的安全隐患,大大提高了安全系数,而且使用边条卡扣进行冲压锁死,牢固而且易于安装。

1.一种整体式平板太阳能集热器,其特征在于,它包括背板、保温层、集热层、钢化玻璃,所述背板一次性冲压成型,背板上方设置有保温层,所述保温层使用聚氨酯一次性高压发泡成型,保温层上方设置有集热层,所述集热层由铜管流和集热膜铜管激光焊接而成,集热层上方设置有钢化玻璃,所述钢化玻璃与背板结合处用橡胶进行包边,背板与钢化玻璃通过边条卡扣一次性冲压进行锁死。
