目前的太阳能集热产品,大多数附于建筑上。太阳能集热产品存在难以与建筑结合,工程安装困难,吸热板芯不易固定,容易错位的缺点。本实用新型提供一种卡扣板芯一体式太阳能集热单元体构件,由一体式边框背板,保温层,一体式卡扣板芯,带结构胶的透明钢化盖板组成。一体式边框背板上置保温层,保温层上压上一体式卡扣板芯,盖上带结构胶的透明钢化盖板。本实用新型组装简便,易于实现产业化和工程化,适用于节能领域。

背景技术
目前的太阳能集热产品,大多数附于建筑上。太阳能集热产品存在难以与建筑结合,工程安装困难,吸热板芯不易固定,容易错位的缺点。在研发设计该产品时,需要解决其建筑一体化与板芯固定问题。
发明内容
针对以上问题,本实用新型提供一种结构新颖,易于模块化与工程化,太阳能利用效率高的卡扣板芯一体式太阳能集热单元体构件。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种卡扣板芯一体式太阳能集热单元体构件,由一体式边框背板、保温层、一体式卡扣板芯、带结构胶的透明钢化盖板组成,其特征在于:一体式边框背板上置保温层,保温层上压上一体式卡扣板芯,盖上带结构胶的透明钢化盖板。
所述一体式边框背板为铝合金。
所述一体式卡扣板芯由铜铝复合材料制成。
所述带结构胶的透明钢化盖板为带结构胶的钢化玻璃。
本实用新型由于采用以上设计,其具有以下优点:
1、本实用新型所述一体式边框背板,密封性能好,避免了构件漏水,并与所述带结构胶的透明钢化盖板形成单元体构件,易于与建筑一体化,实现模块式工程;
2、本实用新型所述一体式卡扣板芯,方便组装,易于固定板芯,节省材料。
    本实用新型组装简便,易于实现产业化和工程化,适用于节能领域。

如附图所示,本实用新型所述的卡扣板芯一体式太阳能集热单元体构件,保温层(2)放置在一体式边框背板(1)上,一体式卡扣板芯(3)压在一体式边框背板(1)上接触面内边缘,一体式卡扣板芯(3)底部卡扣卡住保温层(2)固定好,顶部用带结构胶的透明钢化盖板(4)覆盖。
