Abstract

本发明公开了离心爪式离合器,包括内圈,外圈,顶销,压簧,滚柱,耐磨片。内圈离心爪的凹槽内各布置一对滚柱,在滚柱和离心爪之间置有耐磨片,压簧通过顶销向滚柱施加压力。本发明克服了现有技术的不足,设计简单,结构合理,防卡死,节省能源;在使用过程中具有高扭矩、使用寿命长、低噪音的优点。

本发明涉及一种离合器,特别是涉及一种离心爪式离合器。
背景技术
现有摩擦块式离合器的体积大,成本高,要外加旋转接头才能使用;摩擦块尺寸大,传递扭矩小,摩擦材料为石棉,容易摩损,优点是可以在发动机不停机的情况下自由的分离和结合,操作员误操作时不会损坏离合器。且无法做到单向传递扭矩,低速现有结构的离心式离合器时传递扭矩很小。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述问题提供了离心爪式离合器,克服了现有技术的不足,设计简单,结构合理,内圈离心爪的凹槽内各布置一对滚柱,在滚柱和离心爪之间置有耐磨片,压簧通过顶销向滚柱施加压力。内圈转动时离心力使内侧的滚柱向外移动,推挤柱销一侧的滚柱向柱销一侧移动,当达到一定转速时滚柱离心力克服顶销弹力,向内圈的离心爪和外圈形成的夹角内挤入,产生自锁角,离合器自锁从而使的内圈带动外圈转动,转速下降时离心力降低,顶销将滚柱推离自锁角,滚柱自由转动,本离合器在使用过程中具有高度耐磨、使用寿命长、低噪音、低油耗量和传动效率搞的优点。
本发明采用的技术方案如下:
离心爪式离合器,包括内圈,外圈,顶销,压簧,滚柱,其特征在于:所述内圈外形为离心爪,所述顶销安装在内圈离心爪上顶住滚柱,所述压簧安装在内圈离心爪上为顶销提供弹力;所述滚柱内圈之间的接触点置有钨钢耐磨片;所述外圈的和内圈离心爪凹槽面之间有夹角;所述外圈上留有通孔可连接联轴器;所述内圈上置有键槽可连接发动机。
与已有技术相比,本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明提供的离心爪式离合器结构合理,防卡死,节省能源;在使用过程中具有低速时高扭矩、使用寿命长、低噪音的优点。

参见附图,爪式离合器,包括内圈7,外圈6,顶销1,压簧3滚柱一2,滚柱二4,其特征在于:所述内圈外形为离心爪,所述顶销安装在内圈离心爪上顶住滚柱,所述压簧安装在内圈离心爪上为顶销提供弹力,所述滚柱一可延内圈凹槽面横向移动,所述滚柱二可在内圈凹槽内径向移动,工作时滚柱二向外移动,所述滚柱内圈之间的接触点置有钨钢耐磨片5。

1.离心爪式离合器,包括内圈(7)、外圈(6)、顶销(1)、压簧(3)和至少一对滚柱(2,4),其特征在于:所述内圈(7)外形为离心爪,所述内圈离心爪的外圆周上设置有多个凹槽,每个凹槽的内部均呈台阶状并容置有一对滚柱(2,4);所述顶销(1)安装在内圈离心爪上顶住所述一对滚柱(2,4),所述压簧(3)安装在内圈离心爪上为所述顶销(1)提供弹力,所述压簧(3)通过所述顶销(1)向所述一对滚柱(2,4)施加压力;所述一对滚柱(2,4)包括紧靠所述顶销(1)侧的滚柱一(2)和远离所述顶销(1)侧的滚柱二(4),其中,所述滚柱一(2)在所述内圈(7)的凹槽内横向移动,所述滚柱二(4)在所述内圈(7)的凹槽内径向移动;所述一对滚柱(2,4)与所述内圈(7)之间的接触点分别设置有钨钢耐磨片(5);所述外圈(6)和所述内圈离心爪的凹槽面之间有夹角;当所述内圈(7)转动时,离心力使所述滚柱二(4)在所述内圈(7)的凹槽内径向外移,推挤所述滚柱一(2)向靠近所述顶销(1)侧横向移动,当达到一定转速时,所述一对滚柱(2,4)的离心力克服来自所述顶销(1)侧的所述压簧(3)的弹力,向所述内圈离心爪和所述外圈(6)形成的所述夹角内挤入,产生自锁角,离合器自锁,从而使得所述内圈(7)带动所述外圈(6)转动;当转速下降时,离心力降低,所述顶销(1)将所述一对滚柱(2,4)推离自锁角,所述一对滚柱(2,4)自由转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的离心爪式离合器,其特征在于:所述外圈上留有通孔可连接联轴器。
3.根据权利要求1所述的离心爪式离合器,其特征在于:所述内圈上置有键槽可连接发动机。
