本发明公开了一种硬质合金岩凿钻牙,涉及硬质合金刀具加工机械技术领域,包括头部圆弧形的钻牙体,所述钻牙体的顶部嵌装有一块嵌块,所述嵌块和所述钻牙体之间设有过渡嵌体,所述嵌块和所述过渡嵌体及所述钻牙体牙头部的顶部在一个圆弧过渡面上。本发明与现有技术相比,可以解决现有硬质合金岩凿钻牙不能兼顾硬度耐磨性和韧性的问题。

硬质合金岩凿钻牙
技术领域
本发明涉及硬质合金刀具加工机械技术领域,尤其是一种用硬质合金制造的岩凿钻牙。
背景技术
硬质合金岩凿钻牙,由于岩凿需要高速的旋转,因而需要有较高韧性以不易断裂,而岩凿又需要有较高的硬度和耐磨性,以快速开凿岩石。而现有的用硬质合金制造的岩凿钻牙,一般都包括头部圆弧形的钻牙体,都是只考虑满足岩凿的硬度和耐磨性,在硬质合金中Co含量较少和WC晶粒尺寸较小,导致钻牙塑性差,容易因应力松弛引起裂纹甚至碎裂。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的问题是提供一种硬质合金岩凿钻牙,以解决现有硬质合金岩凿钻牙不能兼顾硬度耐磨性和韧性的问题。
为了解决上述问题,本发明的技术方案是:本硬质合金岩凿钻牙包括头部圆弧形的钻牙体,所述钻牙体的顶部嵌装有一块嵌块,所述嵌块和所述钻牙体之间设有过渡嵌体,所述嵌块和所述过渡嵌体及所述钻牙体的顶部在一个圆弧过渡面上;所述钻牙体的原料各组分的质量百分比含量为:硬质相84%~90%,粘结料9.5%~15.7%,添加剂0.3%~0.5%;硬质相为WC和陶瓷,WC和陶瓷质量百分比为1.0:1.0,粒径1.0um~8.0um;所述过渡嵌体的原料各组分的质量百分比含量为:硬质相78%~85%,粘结料14.5%~21.7%,添加剂0.3%~0.5%;硬质相为WC和陶瓷,WC和陶瓷质量百分比为1.0:1.1,粒径8.0um~10.0um;所述嵌块的原料各组分的质量百分比含量为:硬质相72%~78%,粘结料21.5%~27.7%,添加剂0.3%~0.5%;硬质相为WC和陶瓷,WC和陶瓷质量百分比为1.0:1.2,粒径10.0um~12.0um。
在上述的技术方案中,更为具体的技术方案可以是:所述嵌块为顶部小于尾部的楔形。
进一步的:所述钻牙体从所述过渡嵌体的尾端开始至所述钻牙体的尾端设有一条散热槽。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明与现有技术相比具有如下有益效果:
本硬质合金岩凿钻牙采用在钻牙体嵌入嵌块及过渡嵌体,且嵌块、钻牙体和过渡嵌体均按钻牙在实际工作中的要求有相应的晶相结构,以兼顾硬度耐磨性和韧性。

实施例一:
如图1所示的硬质合金岩凿钻牙,包括头部圆弧形的钻牙体1,钻牙体1的顶部嵌装有一块嵌块3,嵌块3和钻牙体1之间设有过渡嵌体2,嵌块3和过渡嵌体2及钻牙体1的顶部在一个圆弧过渡面上;嵌块3为顶部小于尾部的楔形。钻牙体1从过渡嵌体2的尾端开始至钻牙体1的尾端设有一条散热槽,以方便钻牙在工作中散热。
钻牙体1的原料各组分的质量百分比含量为:硬质相88%,粘结相11.6%,添加剂0.4%;硬质相为WC和陶瓷,WC和陶瓷质量百分比为1.0:1.0,粒径1.0um~5.0um;粘结相为Co粉,粒度2um~4um;添加剂为RE粉和TiC粉,RE粉和TiC粉的质量比为1:1,粒度均为3um~4um。
过渡嵌体2的原料各组分的质量百分比含量为:硬质相78%,粘结相21.7%,添加剂0.3%;硬质相为WC和陶瓷,WC和陶瓷质量百分比为1.0:1.1,粒径8.0um~9.0um;粘结相为Co粉,粒度2um~4um;添加剂为RE粉和TiC粉,RE粉和TiC粉的质量比为1:1,粒度均为3um~4um。
嵌块3的原料各组分的质量百分比含量为:硬质相72%,粘结相21.5%,添加剂0.5%;硬质相为WC和陶瓷,WC和陶瓷质量百分比为1.0:1.2,粒径10.0um~11.0um;粘结相为Co粉,粒度1um~2um;添加剂为RE粉和TiC粉,RE粉和TiC粉的质量比为1:1,粒度均为3um~4um。
实施例二:
本硬质合金岩凿钻牙的加工方法的结构如实施例一。
钻牙体1的原料各组分的质量百分比含量为:硬质相84%,粘结相15.7%,添加剂0.3%;硬质相为WC和陶瓷,WC和陶瓷质量百分比为1.0:1.0,粒径4.0um~6.0um;粘结相为Co粉,粒度2um~4um;添加剂为RE粉和TiC粉,RE粉和TiC粉的质量比为1:1,粒度均为3um~4um。
过渡嵌体2的原料各组分的质量百分比含量为:硬质相85%,粘结相14.5%,添加剂0.5%;硬质相为WC和陶瓷,WC和陶瓷质量百分比为1.0:1.1,粒径8.5um~9.5um;粘结相为Co粉,粒度2um~4um;添加剂为RE粉和TiC粉,RE粉和TiC粉的质量比为1:1.1,粒度均为3um~4um。
嵌块3的原料各组分的质量百分比含量为:硬质相78%,粘结相21.5%,添加剂0.5%;硬质相为WC和陶瓷,WC和陶瓷质量百分比为1.0:1.2,粒径11.0um~11.5um。
实施例三:
本硬质合金岩凿钻牙的加工方法的结构如实施例一。
钻牙体1的原料各组分的质量百分比含量为:硬质相90%,粘结相9.5%,添加剂0.5%;硬质相为WC和陶瓷,WC和陶瓷质量百分比为1.0:1.0,粒径6.0um~8.0um;粘结相为Co粉,粒度2um~4um;添加剂为RE粉和TiC粉,RE粉和TiC粉的质量比为1:1,粒度均为3um~4um。
过渡嵌体2的原料各组分的质量百分比含量为:硬质相82%,粘结相17.6%,添加剂0.4%;硬质相为WC和陶瓷,WC和陶瓷质量百分比为1.0:1.1,粒径9.0um~10.0um;粘结相为Co粉,粒度2um~4um;添加剂为RE粉和TiC粉,RE粉和TiC粉的质量比为1:1.2,粒度均为3um~4um。
嵌块3的原料各组分的质量百分比含量为:硬质相75%,粘结相14.6%,添加剂0.4%;硬质相为WC和陶瓷,WC和陶瓷质量百分比为1.0:1.2,粒径11.0um~12.0um;粘结相为Co粉,粒度1um~2um;添加剂为RE粉和TiC粉,RE粉和TiC粉的质量比为1:1.2,粒度均为3um~4um。

1.一种硬质合金岩凿钻牙,包括头部圆弧形的钻牙体,其特征在于:所述钻牙体的顶部嵌装有一块嵌块,所述嵌块和所述钻牙体之间设有过渡嵌体,所述嵌块和所述过渡嵌体及所述钻牙体的顶部在一个圆弧过渡面上;
所述钻牙体的原料各组分的质量百分比含量为:硬质相84%~90%,粘结料9.5%~15.7%,添加剂0.3%~0.5%;硬质相为WC和陶瓷,WC和陶瓷质量百分比为1.0:1.0,粒径1.0um~8.0um;
所述过渡嵌体的原料各组分的质量百分比含量为:硬质相78%~85%,粘结料14.5%~21.7%,添加剂0.3%~0.5%;硬质相为WC和陶瓷,WC和陶瓷质量百分比为1.0:1.1,粒径8.0um~10.0um;
所述嵌块的原料各组分的质量百分比含量为:硬质相72%~78%,粘结料21.5%~27.7%,添加剂0.3%~0.5%;硬质相为WC和陶瓷,WC和陶瓷质量百分比为1.0:1.2,粒径10.0um~12.0um。
2.根据权利要求1所述的硬质合金岩凿钻牙,其特征在于:所述嵌块为顶部小于尾部的楔形。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的硬质合金岩凿钻牙,其特征在于:所述钻牙体从所述过渡嵌体的尾端开始至所述钻牙体的尾端设有一条散热槽。
