Abstract

本发明公开了一种高性能防火毯的制备方法,包括如下步骤:(1)拉丝;(2)并捻;(3)织造;(4)涂胶;(5)成型;(6)裁剪;(7)拷边、缝带;(8)检验合格后,包装入库。所得的防火毯,燃烧性能达到A1级。本发明一种高性能防火毯的制备方法,操作简便,容易实现,其通过玻璃纤维材料的难燃性、表面涂层胶液的配比设计及成型后的三辊压延工艺,有效提高了玻璃纤维布表面的光滑度和与人体接触的舒适度、同时提高了玻璃纤维布的整体结构强度和耐燃性能,所得的防火毯燃烧等级达到A1级,综合性能优异。

一种高性能防火毯的制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及防火毯领域,特别是涉及一种高性能防火毯的制备方法。
背景技术
玻璃纤维防火毯在消防灭火中有着重要作用,防火毯具有一定的阻燃性和自熄性能,可以避免火焰对人体造成伤害,使人安全逃离火灾现场。目前消防灭火使用的防火毯一般采用硅溶胶涂料和丙烯酸涂料及多层复合材料灭火毯。但现有制备工艺制得的防火毯,涂胶后未经压辊成型,使所得防火毯的玻璃布层和胶层胶结强度不够,影响防火毯的使用性能。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种高性能防火毯的制备方法,能够解决现有防火毯存在的上述缺点。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种高性能防火毯的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)拉丝:以玻璃球为原料,配以特殊比例调制的浸润剂,采用玻璃拉丝机拉成玻璃纤维原丝;
(2)并捻:将步骤(1)中得到的玻璃纤维原丝并捻制成适合纺织用的玻璃纤维纱线;
(3)织造:采用喷气织机将步骤(2)中得到的玻璃纤维纱线按斜纹或缎纹组织依次穿综、插筘、上轴、织布,得到对应规格的玻璃纤维布;
(4)涂胶:调配特殊比例的涂层胶液,采用连续涂覆机组在步骤(3)中所得玻璃纤维布的表面均匀涂覆一层胶料;
(5)成型:将步骤(4)中涂胶后的玻璃纤维布恒温干燥后,再过压延机;
(6)裁剪:将成型后的涂胶玻璃纤维布,按照不同规格尺寸用专用裁切机下料;
(7)拷边、缝带:按照对防火毯的设计要求,将裁剪后的玻璃纤维基材缝制成为防火毯,缝制中,将四边折边缝制,并在其中一个边上缝制两根手拉带;
(8)检验合格后,包装入库。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(2)中,所述并捻后的玻璃纤维细纱的单根直径为8.5~10.5μm。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(3)中,所述玻璃纤维布的规格为:经纬密度为25.8×13.2根/cm,落长度为2200~2500米/卷。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(4)中,所述涂层胶液由如下重量百分数的原料混合而成:硅溶胶15~22%、醋丙乳液10~20%、柔软剂5~8%、阻燃剂1~5%、偶联剂2~4%、成膜剂3~5%,其余为水。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(4)中,所述连续涂覆机组的涂覆工艺为:玻璃纤维布的运行线速度为0.5~0.8m/min,玻璃纤维布在胶液中的运行时间为10~15s,得到的涂胶量为5~10g/m2玻璃纤维。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述步骤(5)中,所述干燥温度为80~100℃,时间为5~10min,所述压延机为三辊压延机,压延压力为0.5~5N。
本发明的有益效果是:本发明一种高性能防火毯的制备方法,操作简便,容易实现,其通过玻璃纤维布的织造、胶液的配比设计及成型后的三辊压延工艺,有效提高了玻璃纤维布与胶液的粘结性能,从而提高了玻璃纤维布的整体结构强度和耐燃性能,所得的防火毯燃烧等级达到A1级,综合性能优异。
具体实施方式
下面对本发明的较佳实施例进行详细阐述,以使本发明的优点和特征能更易于被本领域技术人员理解,从而对本发明的保护范围做出更为清楚明确的界定。
本发明实施例包括:
实施例1
一种高性能防火毯的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)拉丝:以玻璃球为原料,配以特殊比例调制的浸润剂,采用玻璃拉丝机拉成玻璃纤维原丝;所述浸润剂由如下重量百分比的原料组成:混合乳液0.5%、偶联剂0.2%、乳化剂1.5%、冰醋酸0.2%、抗静电剂0.1%,余量为水。所述混合乳液为有机硅乳液、聚酯乳液和环氧乳液以3:1:1的比例混合的混合物;
(2)并捻:将步骤(1)中得到的玻璃纤维原丝并捻制成适合纺织用的玻璃纤维纱线;
(3)织造:采用喷气织机将步骤(2)中得到的玻璃纤维纱线按斜纹或缎纹组织依次穿综、插筘、上轴、织布,得到对应规格的玻璃纤维布;
其规格为:经纬密度为25.8×13.2根/cm,落长度为2200~2500米/卷;
(4)涂胶:以如下重量百分数的原料混合制成胶料:硅溶胶22%、醋丙乳液20%、柔软剂8%、阻燃剂5%、偶联剂4%、成膜剂5%,其余为水;然后将混合的胶料倒入连续涂覆机的胶槽内,将所得的玻璃纤维布用连续辊涂机组带动并从胶槽内通过,使玻璃纤维布在胶液中的运行线速度为0.5~0.8m/min,运行时间为10~15s,得到的涂胶量为5~10g/m2玻璃纤维;
(5)成型:将步骤(4)中涂胶后的玻璃纤维布在80~100℃的恒温干燥箱中干燥5~10min,然后再在0.5~2N压力的三辊压延机中过辊,使胶层与玻璃布层牢固粘结;
(6)裁剪:将成型后的涂胶玻璃纤维布,按照不同规格尺寸用专用裁切机下料;
(7)拷边、缝带:按照对防火毯的设计要求,将裁剪后的玻璃纤维基材缝制成为灭火毯,缝制中,将四边折边缝制,并在其中一个边上缝制两根手拉带;
(8)检验合格后,包装入库。
实施例2
与实施例1的区别在于,所述混合乳液5%、偶联剂0.4%、乳化剂3%、冰醋酸0.5%、抗静电剂0.3%,余量为水。所述混合乳液为有机硅乳液、聚酯乳液和环氧乳液以5:2:1的比例混合的混合物;所述胶料中各原料的重量百分比为:硅溶胶15%、醋丙乳液10%、柔软剂5%、阻燃剂1%、偶联剂2%、成膜剂3%,其余为水;所述成型后过压延机时所受压力为:2~5N。
上述方法所得的防火毯,其厚度为1.1mm,经燃烧测试,其燃烧性能达到A1级。

Claims (6)

1.一种高性能防火毯的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)拉丝:以玻璃球为原料,配以特殊比例调制的浸润剂,采用玻璃拉丝机拉成玻璃纤维原丝;
(2)并捻:将步骤(1)中得到的玻璃纤维原丝并捻制成适合纺织用的玻璃纤维纱线;
(3)织造:采用喷气织机将步骤(2)中得到的玻璃纤维纱线按斜纹或缎纹组织依次穿综、插筘、上轴、织布,得到对应规格的玻璃纤维布;
(4)涂胶:调配特殊比例的涂层胶液,采用连续涂覆机组在步骤(3)中所得玻璃纤维布的表面均匀涂覆一层胶料;
(5)成型:将步骤(4)中涂胶后的玻璃纤维布恒温干燥后,再过压延机;
(6)裁剪:将成型后的涂胶玻璃纤维布,按照不同规格尺寸用专用裁切机下料;
(7)拷边、缝带:按照对防火毯的设计要求,将裁剪后的玻璃纤维基材缝制成为防火毯,缝制中,将四边折边缝制,并在其中一个边上缝制两根手拉带;
(8)检验合格后,包装入库。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高性能防火毯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(2)中,所述并捻后的玻璃纤维细纱的单根直径为8.5~10.5μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的高性能防火毯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中,所述玻璃纤维布的规格为:经纬密度为25.8×13.2根/cm,落长度为2200~2500米/卷。
4.根据权利要求1所述的高性能防火毯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,所述涂层胶液由如下重量百分数的原料混合而成:硅溶胶15~22%、醋丙乳液10~20%、柔软剂5~8%、阻燃剂1~5%、偶联剂2~4%、成膜剂3~5%,其余为水。
5.根据权利要求1所述的高性能防火毯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(4)中,所述连续涂覆机组的涂覆工艺为:玻璃纤维布的运行线速度为0.5~0.8m/min,玻璃纤维布在胶液中的运行时间为10~15s,得到的涂胶量为5~10g/m2玻璃纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的高性能防火毯的制备方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(5)中,所述干燥温度为80~100℃,时间为5~10min,所述压延机为三辊压延机,压延压力为0.5~5N。
