本发明涉及一种发动机润滑油,它包括下述组分:0.050.08wt%的化合物A,0.080.13wt%的化合物B,0.040.05wt%的维生素E,5060PPM二烃基二硫代磷酸镁,3040wt%环氧大豆油,100200PPM的HF,2叔丁基4甲基苯酚500800PPM,水杨酸钙0.05wt%,500800PPM的单油酸甘油酯,500800PPM的水,1.5wt%0.5微米级陶瓷粉剂,余量为中性油。本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:能为发动机提供升级保护,其主要的功能是在车辆原来使用的各种品牌基友的基础上,进一步加强润滑性能,主要成分之一非化学制剂,耐高温高压,不会随着机油的氧化而衰竭,持久保护发动机,超强的抗摩擦性能,能够有效降低发动机冷启动以及运行时产生的自然机械磨损,本产品适用于各种燃油、燃气发动机以及一些需要加强润滑抗摩擦的工程机械、设备使用。

一种发动机润滑油
技术领域
本发明涉及一种发动机润滑油。
背景技术
润滑油是用在各种类型汽车、机械设备上以减少摩擦,保护机械及加工件的液体或半固体润滑剂,主要起润滑、冷却、防锈、清洁、密封和缓冲等作用(Roab)。发动机润滑油,对发动机而言,润滑油起到润滑、清洁、冷却、密封、减磨、防锈、防蚀等作用。发动机是汽车的心脏,发动机内有许多相互摩擦运动的金属表面,这些部件运动速度快、环境差,工作温度可达400℃至600℃。在这样恶劣的工况下面,只有合格的润滑油才可降低发动机零件的磨损,延长使用寿命。市场上的发动机润滑油因其基础油不同可简分为矿物油及合成油两种(植物油因产量稀少故不计)。合成油中又分为:全合成及半合成。全合成发动机润滑油是最高等级的。发动机润滑油由基础油和添加剂两部分组成。基础油是润滑油的主要成分,决定着润滑油的基本性质,添加剂则可弥补和改善基础油性能方面的不足,赋予某些新的性能,是润滑油的重要组成部分。
现有的润滑油基本上都是石油化工产业生产出来的,由于石油资源是不可再生资源,因为石油中含有各种有毒有害物质,这些有毒有害物质很难通过化学工程的手段去除掉,所以使用从石油中提炼的物质,不仅具有有害物质,还不利于我们的环境的保护。
所以现在的方向是使用可再生的天然油类加工而来的润滑油作为环保的替代产品。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术中存在的上述不足,而提供一种具有大比例含量的环氧大豆油的的发动机润滑油。
本发明解决上述问题所采用的技术方案是:该发动机润滑油,其特征在于包括下述组分:0.05-0.08wt%的化合物A,0.08-0.13wt%的化合物B,0.04-0.05wt%的维生素E,50-60PPM二烃基二硫代磷酸镁,30-40wt%环氧大豆油,100-200PPM的HF,2-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚500-800PPM,水杨酸钙0.05wt%,500-800PPM的单油酸甘油酯,500PPM-800PPM的水,1.5wt%0.5微米级陶瓷粉剂,余量为中性油,

化合物B的分子式为:
本发明中环氧大豆油具有较高的环氧值,应为环氧大豆油具有一项缺陷,使用过程容易出现交联,所以在配方中加入了HF、化合物A和化合物B,使其能够达到润滑油的要求。
本发明中所述化合物A的含量为0.07wt%,所述化合物B的含量为0.1wt%。
本发明中所述环氧大豆油的环氧值为5,所述环氧大豆油的含量为35wt%,所述HF的含量为150PPM。
本发明中所述2-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚为600PPm,所述水杨酸钙含量为0.04wt%。
本发明中所述单油酸甘油酯含量为600PPM,所述水的含量为500PPM。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有以下优点和效果:能为发动机提供升级保护,其主要的功能是在车辆原来使用的各种品牌基友的基础上,进一步加强润滑性能,主要成分之一非化学制剂,耐高温高压,不会随着机油的氧化而衰竭,持久保护发动机,超强的抗摩擦性能,能够有效降低发动机冷启动以及运行时产生的自然机械磨损,本产品适用于各种燃油、燃气发动机以及一些需要加强润滑抗摩擦的工程机械、设备使用。

本实施例的发动机润滑油包括下述组分:0.05的化合物A,0.08的化合物B,0.04的维生素E,50PPM二烃基二硫代磷酸镁,30wt%环氧大豆油,100PPM的HF,2-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚500PPM,水杨酸钙0.05wt%,500PPM的单油酸甘油酯,500PPM的水,1.5wt%0.5微米级陶瓷粉剂,余量为中性油,

实施例2
本实施例的发动机润滑油包括下述组分:0.06的化合物A,0.09的化合物B,0.045的维生素E,52PPM二烃基二硫代磷酸镁,35wt%环氧大豆油,150PPM的HF,2-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚550PPM,水杨酸钙0.05wt%,550PPM的单油酸甘油酯,550PPM的水,1.5wt%0.5微米级陶瓷粉剂,余量为中性油。
实施例3
本实施例的发动机润滑油包括下述组分:0.07的化合物A,0.1的化合物B,0.045的维生素E,52PPM二烃基二硫代磷酸镁,35wt%环氧大豆油,150PPM的HF,2-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚550PPM,水杨酸钙0.05wt%,550PPM的单油酸甘油酯,550PPM的水,1.5wt%0.5微米级陶瓷粉剂,余量为中性油。

本实施例的发动机润滑油包括下述组分:0.08的化合物A,0.011的化合物B,0.05的维生素E,56PPM二烃基二硫代磷酸镁,36wt%环氧大豆油,150PPM的HF,2-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚550PPM,水杨酸钙0.05wt%,550PPM的单油酸甘油酯,560PPM的水,1.5wt%0.5微米级陶瓷粉剂,余量为中性油。

本实施例的发动机润滑油包括下述组分:0.065wt%的化合物A,0.0966wt%的化合物B,0.048wt%的维生素E,58PPM二烃基二硫代磷酸镁,40wt%环氧大豆油,180PPM的HF,2-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚500-800PPM,水杨酸钙0.05wt%,500-800PPM的单油酸甘油酯,500PPM-800PPM的水,1.5wt%0.5微米级陶瓷粉剂,余量为中性油。

本实施例的发动机润滑油包括下述组分:0.066%的化合物A,0.112wt%的化合物B,0.0465wt%的维生素E,60PPM二烃基二硫代磷酸镁,32wt%环氧大豆油,100PPM的HF,2-叔丁基-4-甲基苯酚,800PPM,水杨酸钙0.05wt%,800PPM的单油酸甘油酯,800PPM的水,1.5wt%0.5微米级陶瓷粉剂,余量为中性油。
特别是如果将环氧大豆油提交到80wt%则余下的为化合物A含量7wt%,1wt%的HF和水,余量为化合物B。
