Abstract
本发明提供了一种环保耐磨防水补漏材料及其制备方法。该环保耐磨防水补漏材料包括:不含异氰酸酯的羟基水性聚氨酯、碳酸钙粉剂、粉状无机颜料、消泡剂和无色透明的水性聚氨酯交联剂,其中羟基水性聚氨酯100重量份,碳酸钙粉剂35?45重量份,水性聚氨酯交联剂为20?30重量份。其中,羟基水性聚氨酯、碳酸钙粉剂、粉状无机颜料、消泡剂构成第一组份,水性聚氨酯交联剂构成第二组份,使用时,将这两个组份混合起来即可得到环保耐磨防水补漏材料。本申请无毒环保、性能稳定、固化成膜后富有弹性、粘结力强,耐酸碱,耐老化,使用寿命可达30年以上,能够克服和弥补目前常规的防水堵漏灌浆材料不耐久和不够环保的缺点。

技术领域
本发明涉及防水材料领域,特别涉及一种环保耐磨防水补漏材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
现有技术中的防水涂料用于建筑防水补漏修缮最广泛使用的就是聚氨酯类防水涂料,此类材料价格便宜,具有浓烈刺鼻的气味,起主要作用的为苯类化合物,此种材料必须用稀料或汽油来稀释才能施工,由于稀料与汽油相比较价格上更占优势,因此95%的工程团队会采用稀料来进行传统的聚氨酯类防水涂料的稀释,稀料的主要成分就是含苯的有机溶剂,而苯是公认的强致癌物,使用这种材料进行施工防水,只能在短期间内暂时解决渗漏的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种成本低、抗渗性能好、耐磨耐腐蚀性优异、无毒环保的环保耐磨防水补漏材料及其制备方法。
为解决上述问题,作为本发明的一个方面,提供了一种环保耐磨防水补漏材料,包括:不含异氰酸酯的羟基水性聚氨酯、碳酸钙粉剂、粉状无机颜料、消泡剂和无色透明的水性聚氨酯交联剂,其中羟基水性聚氨酯100重量份,碳酸钙粉剂35-45重量份,水性聚氨酯交联剂为20-30重量份。其中,羟基水性聚氨酯、碳酸钙粉剂、粉状无机颜料、消泡剂构成第一组份,水性聚氨酯交联剂构成第二组份,使用时,将这两个组份混合起来即可得到环保耐磨防水补漏材料。
优选地,碳酸钙粉剂的粒度为80目。
优选地,粉状无机颜料的粒度为1500-2000目。
本发明还提供了一种环保耐磨防水补漏材料的制备方法,包括:取不含异氰酸酯的羟基水性聚氨酯100重量份;向所述羟基水性聚氨酯中均匀加入35-45份的碳酸钙粉剂,并用可调速分散机以800-1200转/分钟的速度搅拌10分钟;添加1500-2000目粉状无机颜料用高速分散机以1000-1500转/分钟的速度高速搅拌10分钟,形成颜色均匀的有色粘稠状液料;加入适量的消泡剂以500-1000转/分钟的速度均匀搅拌5-10分钟形成第一组份;使用时在第一组份中加入20-30份的无色透明的水性聚氨酯交联剂并以300-500转/分钟的速度进行均匀搅拌10-15分钟。
本发明采用双组份合成,在第一组份中加入第二组份中的交联剂进行交联反应改性,与国内的同类产品相比较,拉伸强度提高0.5倍以上,干燥时间缩短一半以上,此外,老化处理后的拉伸强度保持率及老化处理后的断裂延伸率两项性能指标也有显著的提高,合成后材料的物理力学性能及抗渗性能和耐磨耐腐蚀等性能更加优异。
此外,本发明还具有以下优点:
(1)具有超强的粘结力及在潮湿基面反应成膜的独特性能,可以有效解决传统防水涂料难以解决的建筑物外墙及厨房、露台和卫浴间墙面地面及地漏管周边部位的防水补漏难题;
(2)去掉一般水性聚氨酯所含的异氰酸酯成分,以环碳酸酯羟基取而代之,解决了异氰酸酯有毒有害及在使用过程中与水反应释放大量二氧化碳的弊端;
(3)无需厚膜施工,每公斤的材料可以涂刷2-3平方米,与传统的拆除后再造防水层的防水修缮工艺相比,节约工时约十倍,综合成本也只有原来的十分之一左右,经济效果十分显著。而且同传统的防水涂料相比,解决了不够环保的难题。
本申请所开发的产品是一种特别适合用于建筑防水补漏修缮的新型材料,它无毒环保,性能卓越,可起到持久性防水抗裂作用,尤其适合用于建筑物外墙和厨房、露台、卫浴间墙面地面瓷砖缝及地漏管周边接缝以及各种颜色的渗漏墙体的表面涂刷达到良好的防水补漏效果和与原有面层保持一致的美观的色泽效果。
具体实施方式
以下对本发明的实施例进行详细说明,但是本发明可以由权利要求限定和覆盖的多种不同方式实施。
实施例1
采用不含异氰酸酯的羟基水性聚氨酯、碳酸钙粉剂、粉状无机颜料、消泡剂和无色透明的水性聚氨酯交联剂,其中羟基水性聚氨酯100重量份,碳酸钙粉剂35重量份,水性聚氨酯交联剂为20重量份。其中,羟基水性聚氨酯、碳酸钙粉剂、粉状无机颜料、消泡剂构成第一组份,水性聚氨酯交联剂构成第二组份,使用时,将这两个组份混合起来即可得到环保耐磨防水补漏材料。
实施例2
采用不含异氰酸酯的羟基水性聚氨酯、碳酸钙粉剂、粉状无机颜料、消泡剂和无色透明的水性聚氨酯交联剂,其中羟基水性聚氨酯100重量份,碳酸钙粉剂38重量份,水性聚氨酯交联剂为22重量份。其中,羟基水性聚氨酯、碳酸钙粉剂、粉状无机颜料、消泡剂构成第一组份,水性聚氨酯交联剂构成第二组份,使用时,将这两个组份混合起来即可得到环保耐磨防水补漏材料。
实施例3
采用不含异氰酸酯的羟基水性聚氨酯、碳酸钙粉剂、粉状无机颜料、消泡剂和无色透明的水性聚氨酯交联剂,其中羟基水性聚氨酯100重量份,碳酸钙粉剂40重量份,水性聚氨酯交联剂为25重量份。其中,羟基水性聚氨酯、碳酸钙粉剂、粉状无机颜料、消泡剂构成第一组份,水性聚氨酯交联剂构成第二组份,使用时,将这两个组份混合起来即可得到环保耐磨防水补漏材料。
实施例4
采用不含异氰酸酯的羟基水性聚氨酯、碳酸钙粉剂、粉状无机颜料、消泡剂和无色透明的水性聚氨酯交联剂,其中羟基水性聚氨酯100重量份,碳酸钙粉剂45重量份,水性聚氨酯交联剂为30重量份。其中,羟基水性聚氨酯、碳酸钙粉剂、粉状无机颜料、消泡剂构成第一组份,水性聚氨酯交联剂构成第二组份,使用时,将这两个组份混合起来即可得到环保耐磨防水补漏材料。
本申请以无异氰酸酯型水性双组份聚氨酯为主要成分制备而成,无毒环保、性能稳定、固化成膜后富有弹性、粘结力强,耐酸碱,耐老化,使用寿命可达30年以上,能够克服和弥补目前常规的防水堵漏灌浆材料不耐久和不够环保的缺点,可大大提高防水堵漏施工的质量,保证良好而持久的止水堵漏效果,从而可有效增加建筑物的使用寿命。

Claims (4)
1.一种环保耐磨防水补漏材料,其特征在于,包括:不含异氰酸酯的羟基水性聚氨酯、碳酸钙粉剂、粉状无机颜料、消泡剂和无色透明的水性聚氨酯交联剂,其中羟基水性聚氨酯100重量份,碳酸钙粉剂35-45重量份,水性聚氨酯交联剂为20-30重量份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐磨防水补漏材料,其特征在于,碳酸钙粉剂的粒度为80目。
3.根据权利要求1所述的环保耐磨防水补漏材料,其特征在于,粉状无机颜料的粒度为1500-2000目。
4.一种环保耐磨防水补漏材料的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
取不含异氰酸酯的羟基水性聚氨酯100重量份;
向所述羟基水性聚氨酯中均匀加入35-45份的碳酸钙粉剂,并用可调速分散机以800-1200转/分钟的速度搅拌10分钟;
添加1500-2000目粉状无机颜料用高速分散机以1000-1500转/分钟的速度高速搅拌10分钟,形成颜色均匀的有色粘稠状液料;
加入适量的消泡剂以500-1000转/分钟的速度均匀搅拌5-10分钟形成第一组份;
使用时在第一组份中加入20-30份的无色透明的水性聚氨酯交联剂并以300-500转/分钟的速度进行均匀搅拌10-15分钟。
