一种纳米抗菌去污防弹玻璃,它包括一防弹玻璃基片,所述的防弹玻璃基片由三层浮法玻璃和两层PVC胶层组成,其中外层浮法玻璃和中间浮法玻璃、中间浮法玻璃和内层浮法玻璃之间分别敷设有一层PVC胶层并压接而成,而在所述外层浮法玻璃的外侧表面敷设有纳米TiO2涂层;所述的外层浮法玻璃和内层浮法玻璃的厚度在5.5—6.5mm,中间浮法玻璃的厚度在8—9mm;所述的PVC胶层的厚度为0.8—1.1mm;它具有结构组成合理,使用方便,制造成本低,特别适用于特殊展出场合等特点。

本发明涉及的是一种纳米抗菌去污防弹玻璃,属于玻璃加工制造技术领域。
背景技术
普通玻璃因为强度不够,容易被击碎,因而不适用于银行、珠宝店和文物展览等场合,由于这些贵重财物云集,难免引起不法分子注意,为防盗抢,这些特殊场合的安保要求使用防弹玻璃,不仅如此,由于这些特殊的场合会有一些现场的公开展出,即便使用了防弹玻璃,但因展出时间一长,防弹玻璃上面会出现污渍,影响观展效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术存在的不足,而提供一种结构组成合理,使用方便,制造成本低,特别适用于特殊展出场合的纳米抗菌去污防弹玻璃。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案来完成的,一种纳米抗菌去污防弹玻璃,它包括一防弹玻璃基片,所述的防弹玻璃基片由三层浮法玻璃和两层PVC胶层组成,其中外层浮法玻璃和中间浮法玻璃、中间浮法玻璃和内层浮法玻璃之间分别敷设有一层PVC胶层并压接而成,而在所述外层浮法玻璃的外侧表面敷设有纳米TiO2涂层。
作为优选:所述的外层浮法玻璃和内层浮法玻璃的厚度在5.5—6.5mm,中间浮法玻璃的厚度在8—9mm;所述的PVC胶层的厚度为0.8—1.1mm。
本发明属于对现有技术的改良,它具有结构组成合理,使用方便,制造成本低,特别适用于特殊展出场合等特点。

下面将结合附图对本发明作详细的介绍:图1所示,一种纳米抗菌去污防弹玻璃,它包括一防弹玻璃基片,所述的防弹玻璃基片由三层浮法玻璃和两层PVC胶层组成,其中外层浮法玻璃1和中间浮法玻璃2、中间浮法玻璃2和内层浮法玻璃3之间分别敷设有一层PVC胶层4并压接而成,而在所述外层浮法玻璃1的外侧表面敷设有纳米TiO2涂层5。
本发明所述的外层浮法玻璃1和内层浮法玻璃3的厚度在5.5—6.5mm,中间浮法玻璃2的厚度在8—9mm;所述的PVC胶层4的厚度为0.8—1.1mm。

1.一种纳米抗菌去污防弹玻璃,它包括一防弹玻璃基片,其特征在于所述的防弹玻璃基片由三层浮法玻璃和两层PVC胶层组成,其中外层浮法玻璃和中间浮法玻璃、中间浮法玻璃和内层浮法玻璃之间分别敷设有一层PVC胶层并压接而成,而在所述外层浮法玻璃的外侧表面敷设有纳米TiO2涂层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的纳米抗菌去污防弹玻璃,其特征在于所述的外层浮法玻璃和内层浮法玻璃的厚度在5.5—6.5mm,中间浮法玻璃的厚度在8—9mm;所述的PVC胶层的厚度为0.8—1.1mm。
