背景技术
目前玻璃制品已经广泛使用在生活中,为了防止玻璃制品出现划痕,延长玻璃制品的使用美观性以及其寿命,大多都需要贴包装膜,然而普通使用的包装膜会出现水波纹,影响美观,如果这种膜用在汽车上会影响视线,给驾驶者的生命安全带来威胁。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述问题,设计了一种可消除水波纹的包装膜。
实现上述目的本发明的技术方案为,一种可消除水波纹的包装膜,它由复合薄膜构成,所述复合薄膜为层结构,所述层结构由外侧到内侧的结构分别为,EVA膜层1、TIE膜层2、TPA膜层3、TIE膜层2和GSPET膜层4。
所述EVA膜层1为乙烯和醋酸乙烯酯的共聚物。
所述GSPET膜层4由PET、PBT、PCT聚合共混而成。
利用本发明的技术方案制作的可消除水波纹的包装膜,有益效果是抗划磨性较好,不会出现水波纹,具有良好的透明度。

下面结合附图对本发明进行具体描述,如图1是本发明所述可消除水波纹的包装膜的结构示意图,一种可消除水波纹的包装膜,它由复合薄膜构成,所述复合薄膜为层结构,所述层结构由外侧到内侧的结构分别为,EVA膜层、TIE膜层、TPA膜层、TIE膜层和GSPET膜层;所述EVA膜层为乙烯和醋酸乙烯酯的共聚物;所述GSPET膜层由PET、PBT、PCT聚合共混而成。
本实施方案的特点为,该包装膜是由复合薄膜构成,所述复合薄膜为层结构,所述层结构由外侧到内侧的结构分别为,EVA膜层、TIE膜层、TPA膜层、TIE膜层和GSPET膜层。EVA膜层具有较好的防潮耐水性,耐腐蚀,其结构中有密闭泡孔,隔音效果较好,TIE膜层提高了包装膜的韧性,增强粘合附着力,GSPET膜层收缩率较大,韧性较好具有良好的透明性,表面光泽度极高,耐高温性能较好。
