本发明提供一种立式纺丝车，包括底板、拉手、车轮架、车轮、矩形柱和纱锭固定架，所述底板的四个侧边均有拉手，所述底板的四个角的底部各有一个车轮架，所述车轮通过车轮轴安装在对应的车轮架内，所述车轮架的转轴穿过底板，所述底板上有矩形柱，所述矩形柱的四个面均有至少3排纱锭固定架，每排纱锭固定架有至少2个。本发明提供一种立式纺丝车，底板上为立式柱体，有4个面设置纱锭，底部设置有万向轮，使用极为方便，并可有效利用空间。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺丝车领域，特别是涉及一种立式纺丝车。
背景技术
纺丝车是化纤行业中纱锭的主要运输工具，主要用于运输纱锭，现有纺纱车往往是两侧有多排纱锭，这样如果操作者在侧面工作，就无法取下纱锭，因此会影响工作效率，如果将纺纱车设计为立式则可在四面均设置纱锭，工作人员则可在四面工作从而大大提高了工作效率。
发明内容
为了解决上述存在的问题，本发明提供一种立式纺丝车，底板上为立式柱体，有4个面设置纱锭，底部设置有万向轮，使用极为方便，并可有效利用空间，为达此目的，本发明提供一种立式纺丝车，包括底板、拉手、车轮架、车轮、矩形柱和纱锭固定架，所述底板的四个侧边均有拉手，所述底板的四个角的底部各有一个车轮架，所述车轮通过车轮轴安装在对应的车轮架内，所述车轮架的转轴穿过底板，所述底板上有矩形柱，所述矩形柱的四个面均有至少3排纱锭固定架，每排纱锭固定架有至少2个。
本发明的进一步改进，所述矩形柱的两个相邻侧面的相交处有把手，在矩形柱的两个相邻侧面的相交处设置把手可便于人工移动立式纺丝车。
本发明一种立式纺丝车，底板上为立式柱体，柱体的四个面均设置有多排纱锭，这样使用者在四个方位均可以进行相应的操作，底板底部设置有万向轮移动方便，可适合于空间较小的厂房使用。

本发明提供一种立式纺丝车，底板上为立式柱体，柱体的四个面均设置有多排纱锭，这样使用者在四个方位均可以进行相应的操作，底板底部设置有万向轮移动方便，可适合于空间较小的厂房使用。
作为本发明一种实施例，本发明提供一种立式纺丝车，包括底板1、拉手2、车轮架3、车轮4、矩形柱5和纱锭固定架7，所述底板1的四个侧边均有拉手2，所述底板1的四个角的底部各有一个车轮架3，所述车轮4通过车轮轴安装在对应的车轮架3内，所述车轮架3的转轴穿过底板1，所述底板1上有矩形柱5，所述矩形柱5的四个面均有至少3排纱锭固定架7，每排纱锭固定架7有至少2个。
作为本发明一种具体实施例，本发明提供如图1所示的一种立式纺丝车，包括底板1、拉手2、车轮架3、车轮4、矩形柱5和纱锭固定架7，所述底板1的四个侧边均有拉手2，所述底板1的四个角的底部各有一个车轮架3，所述车轮4通过车轮轴安装在对应的车轮架3内，所述车轮架3的转轴穿过底板1，所述底板1上有矩形柱5，所述矩形柱5的四个面均有至少3排纱锭固定架7，每排纱锭固定架7有至少2个，所述矩形柱5的两个相邻侧面的相交处有把手6，在矩形柱的两个相邻侧面的相交处设置把手可便于人工移动立式纺丝车。

1.一种立式纺丝车，包括底板（1）、拉手（2）、车轮架（3）、车轮（4）、矩形柱（5）和纱锭固定架（7），其特征在于：所述底板（1）的四个侧边均有拉手（2），所述底板（1）的四个角的底部各有一个车轮架（3），所述车轮（4）通过车轮轴安装在对应的车轮架（3）内，所述车轮架（3）的转轴穿过底板（1），所述底板（1）上有矩形柱（5），所述矩形柱（5）的四个面均有至少3排纱锭固定架（7），每排纱锭固定架（7）有至少2个。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种立式纺丝车，其特征在于：所述矩形柱（5）的两个相邻侧面的相交处有把手（6）。
