Background
Most production plants generate a large amount of dust. When cleaning dust, a dust suction system or a dust collector is often selected to suck away the dust. However, the dust which is not sucked by the dust suction system or the dust collector is accumulated on the machine table, the wire duct, the ceiling windowsill or the pipeline of the workshop for a long time, and the dust suction system or the dust collector cannot be used for further cleaning due to the irregular surface of the equipment, the rolling winding part in the equipment, or the inconvenience for staff to approach the equipment. Most of the conventional dust is cleaned by a broom or an air pipe. On one hand, dust can only run from one place to another place due to the cleaning by using a broom or an air pipe, and the dust cannot really play a role in dust removal, and on the other hand, the concentration of local combustible dust in a workshop is easily and rapidly increased, so that the explosion/combustion risk is increased.

A rotary dust removal device comprises a shell, a brush and a driving mechanism; one end of the shell is opened to form a collecting port, and a collecting cavity is formed inside the shell; the brush comprises a brush roll and brush hairs arranged on the brush roll, the brush roll is movably arranged at a collecting opening of the shell and can rotate relative to the shell, at least one group of brush hairs is arranged, each group of brush hairs extends from one end of the brush roll to the other end of the brush roll, the middle parts of the brush hairs are bent, and if the brush hairs are provided with multiple groups, the bending directions of the multiple groups of brush hairs around the brush roll are the same; the driving mechanism is arranged on the shell and connected with the brush roller so as to be used for driving the brush roller to rotate.
In one embodiment, each group of the bristles is V-shaped, and a connecting line of opposite positions of two ends of each group of the bristles is parallel to the axis of the brush roll.

Rather, these embodiments are provided so that this disclosure will be thorough and complete.
It will be understood that when an element is referred to as being "secured to" another element, it can be directly on the other element or intervening elements may also be present. Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, a rotary dust removing device 10 according to an embodiment includes a housing 100, a brush 200, a driving mechanism 300, a transmission mechanism 400 and a collecting box 500.
One end of the housing 100 is open, forming a collection port 102. The interior of the housing 100 has a collection chamber 104. In the present embodiment, at the position of the collection port 102, the upper portion of the housing 100 is protruded than the lower portion, so that the open end of the housing 100 is disposed obliquely. Further, in the present embodiment, the casing 100 is provided with a drawer port 106 at an end opposite to the collection port 102, and the other end is closed.
The housing 100 is provided with a handle 110. The handle 110 is disposed above the housing 100 to facilitate gripping by a user.
As shown in fig. 4, the brush 200 includes a brush roll 210 and bristles 220. The bristles 220 are provided on the brush roller 210.
The brushroll 210 is movably disposed at the collection opening 102 of the housing 100 and is rotatable relative to the housing 100. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the brush roller 210 has a cylindrical structure. The housing 100 is provided with a fixing base 120 at a position near the lower portion of the collection port 102. The brush roller 210 is rotatably coupled to the holder 120. Two fixing seats 120 can be provided, the two fixing seats 120 are respectively arranged at two sides of the shell 100, and two ends of the brush roll 210 can be rotatably arranged on the two fixing seats 120; the fixing base 120 may be only one, and one fixing base 120 is disposed at one side of the housing 100 and connected to the brush roller 210.
The bristles 220 of this embodiment have multiple sets. It is understood that in other embodiments, there may be only one set of bristles 220, i.e., at least one set of bristles on the brushroll 210. Each set of bristles 220 extends from one end of the brush roll 210 to the other end of the brush roll 210. Each set of bristles 220 is bent at the middle. The plurality of sets of bristles 220 are bent in the same direction around the brushroll 210 at the middle, i.e., the plurality of sets of bristles 220 are oriented in the same direction on the brushroll 210. Specifically, in the present embodiment, each group of bristles 220 has a V-shape, and a connection line between opposite positions of the two ends of each group of bristles 220 is parallel to the axis of the brush roller 210.
Each set of bristles 220 is made up of at least one row of bristles 220. If each group of bristles 220 is formed by rows of bristles 220, the rows of bristles 220 may be oriented in a uniform manner on the brushroll 210. In this embodiment, the length of the bristles 220 is uniform, so that the entire outer portion of the brush 200 has a cylindrical structure.
In this embodiment, the brush 200 is disposed on the fixing base 120 of the housing 100 near the lower portion, and a portion of the bristles 220 extends into the collecting cavity to effectively conduct dust and the like. Since the upper portion of the housing 100 is protruded from the lower portion of the collecting port 102, the upper portion of the housing 100 partially covers the brush 200, so that the dust carried by the brush 200 can easily enter the collecting chamber 104, and the dust can be effectively prevented from splashing.
The driving mechanism 300 is provided on the housing 100. The driving mechanism 300 is connected to the brush roller 210 for driving the brush roller 210 to rotate. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the driving mechanism 300 is connected to the brush roller 210 through the transmission mechanism 400. The drive mechanism 300 is preferably a small motor. The transmission mechanism 400 is a belt. Two ends of the transmission mechanism 400 with the transmission belt structure are respectively sleeved with the brush roll 210 and the output shaft of the driving mechanism 300.
Further, in the present embodiment, the driving mechanism 300 and the transmission mechanism 400 are disposed in the housing 100, so that the safety is high, and the whole rotary dust removing device 10 can be made compact, and can be conveniently applied to different dust removing environments.
It is understood that in some other embodiments, the transmission mechanism 400 is not limited to a transmission belt, and a gear transmission structure may be adopted. In other embodiments, the rotary dust collector 10 may not include the transmission mechanism 400, and the output shaft of the driving mechanism 300 is directly connected to the brush roller 210 to drive the brush roller 210 to rotate.
The collection box 500 is opened at the upper portion and one end portion. The collecting box 500 is used for extending into the collecting cavity 104 from the end of the casing opposite to the collecting port 102 to collect dust, and the open end of the collecting box 500 is arranged close to the brush 200. Close contact between the lower portion of the collection box 500 and the bottom wall of the collection chamber 104 helps to prevent dust from remaining in the collection chamber 104 and allowing dust introduced by the dustbrush 200 to be effectively deposited in the collection box 500. Specifically, in the present embodiment, the collection box 500 is connected to the housing 100 in a drawer type. The collection cassette 500 can enter the collection chamber 104 from the drawer opening 106 of the housing 100 and close off the drawer opening 106 at the end.
It will be appreciated that in other embodiments, the rotary dedusting apparatus 10 may not include the collection box 500, and accordingly, the dust may be directly deposited into the collection chamber 104, for example, a dust outlet may be optionally provided in the collection chamber 104, and a closing door may be provided at the dust outlet, and when the dust needs to be poured out, the closing door may be opened to pour out the dust.

A rotary dust removal device is characterized by comprising a shell, a brush, a collection box and a driving mechanism; one end of the shell is opened to form a collecting port, and a collecting cavity is formed inside the shell; the brush comprises a brush roll and bristles arranged on the brush roll, the brush roll is movably arranged at a collecting opening of the shell and can rotate relative to the shell, at least one group of bristles is arranged, each group of bristles extends from one end of the brush roll to the other end of the brush roll, the bristles of each group are bent in the middle, if the bristles of each group are provided with multiple groups, the bending directions of the bristles of the multiple groups around the brush roll in the middle are the same, each group of bristles is V-shaped, the connecting line of the opposite positions of the two ends of each group of bristles is parallel to the axis of the brush roll, the brush roll is cylindrical, the bristles are consistent in length, and therefore the outer part of the whole brush is cylindrical; the driving mechanism is arranged on the shell and connected with the brush roll so as to drive the brush roll to rotate;
at the position of the collecting port, the upper part of the shell protrudes out of the lower part of the shell, the brush is arranged close to the lower part of the shell, and the upper part of the shell covers the brush;
the upper part and one end part of the collecting box are opened, the collecting box is used for extending into the collecting cavity from one end of the shell opposite to the collecting port to collect dust, and the opened end part of the collecting box is arranged close to the hairbrush; the collecting box is connected with the shell in a drawer-type matching manner;
the shell is provided with a handle.
2. The rotary dedusting apparatus as recited in claim 1, further comprising a transmission mechanism coupled to the drive mechanism and the brushroll, respectively.
3. The rotary dust collector as claimed in claim 2, wherein said driving mechanism is a motor and said transmission mechanism is a belt or a gear.
