本发明公开了一种气管导管套囊压力控制器,包括压力调节阀和储气囊,所述压力调节阀包括标有数值的标尺、调节旋钮和弹簧,所述调节旋钮的中柱上设有标卡且中柱上设有连续的螺纹,通过旋转调节旋钮使标卡随着转动的中柱左右移动达到所需设定的压力值,所述调节旋钮的端部与泄气阀门14相连;所述储气囊一侧设有连接气管导管套囊充气的接口,所述储气囊下部设有自动充气接口。本发明操作简便、快速、自动充泄气,全程动态监测气管导管套囊压力,减少气管黏膜的损伤。

Description

一种气管导管套囊压力控制器
技术领域
本发明涉及一种医疗器械,具体是用于减少气管插管全身麻醉所引起的气管黏膜损伤的气管导管套囊压力控制器。
背景技术
全麻气管插管后导管套囊充气的作用在于防止通气过程中发生漏气、反流和误吸,提高通气质量,保证机械通气的效果并减小吸入性麻醉药的泄漏。由于导管套囊压力过小,不能有效封闭气道,影响有效正压机械通气效果,同时会增加误吸的发生,导致术后肺部并发症发生率明显升高,而导管套囊压力过高,导管套囊压迫气管壁,造成受压迫的局部气管黏膜缺血、坏死、脱落,严重者可出现局部溃疡,愈合后可能形成环形瘢痕而致气管狭窄。气管黏膜对机械性刺激敏感,气管插管全麻术后声嘶、咽喉痛甚至气管狭窄呼吸窘迫等并发症时常发生。气管插管全麻后常伴发咳嗽、声嘶、咽喉痛,甚至肺炎等并发症,其中咽喉痛的发生率高达30~55%,因此气管导管套囊压力的控制是十分的重要。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足和缺陷,提供一种气管导管套囊压力控制器,其操作简便、快速、自动充泄气,全程动态监测气管导管套囊压力,减少气管黏膜的损伤。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种气管导管套囊压力控制器,包括压力调节阀和储气囊,所述压力调节阀包括标有数值的标尺、调节旋钮和弹簧,所述调节旋钮的中柱上设有标卡且中柱上设有连续的螺纹,通过旋转调节旋钮使标卡随着转动的中柱左右移动达到所需设定的压力值,所述调节旋钮的端部与泄气阀门14相连;所述储气囊一侧设有连接气管导管套囊充气的接口,所述储气囊下部设有自动充气接口。
作为一种优选,所述自动充气接口处设有单向充气阀门。
本发明气管导管套囊压力控制器连接气管导管套囊充气接口后,设定好最低有效套囊压力,套囊压力控制器通过自主充泄气来恒定套囊压力。当气管横径逐渐增大时,套囊压力随之减少并及时驱动套囊压力控制器充气阀门进行充气,至设定的最低有效压力时停止充气;当气管横径逐渐缩小时,套囊压力随之增高并及时驱动套囊压力控制器泄气阀门进行泄气,至设定的最低有效压力时停止泄气。套囊压力的微小变化就能引起充泄气阀门的开启,因此套囊压力恒定在设定的最低有效压力上下,其变化范围较小,避免了过高的套囊对气管黏膜的压力,减少气管黏膜的损伤,有效的保护气管黏膜。
本发明的有益效果是:
第一,操作使用简单方便,医务人员不需专门培训就能操作使用。充气接口连接持续充气的气体导管(如带有可调节流量的氧气充气管),气体通过单向充气阀门进入储气囊,当储气囊内的压力超过所设定的压力值时,泄气阀门被冲开排出多余的气体直至压力达到设定压力。通过调整弹簧的长短来判断其对泄气阀门的压力,每个压力值对应一个长度。
第二,安全性高,由于储气囊压力与气管导管套囊压力相同,并可随时调节,减少临床医师根据个人经验用触捏指示气囊法评估套囊压力的主观误差,使用本发明后套囊能随着气道的舒缩来增减其内的气体容量,而压力始终保持在安全设定范围内,在人工气道维护中具有一定的应用价值,不仅方便医务人员实时便捷的掌握套囊压力状况,而且保证了临床工作的安全与准确。泄气阀门排除储气囊过多的气体,在气管插管全麻期间全程动态控制导管套囊压力,保证能完全封闭气道和减少呼吸道并发症。

具体实施方式
如图所示,一种气管导管套囊压力控制器,包括压力调节阀1和储气囊2,所述压力调节阀1包括标有数值的标尺3、调节旋钮4和弹簧5,所述调节旋钮4的中柱6上设有标卡7且中柱6上设有连续的螺纹,通过旋转调节旋钮4使标卡7随着转动的中柱6左右移动达到所需要设定的压力值,所述调节旋钮4的端部与泄气阀门8相连;所述储气囊2一侧设有连接气管导管套囊充气的接口9,所述储气囊8下部设有自动充气接口10,所述自动充气接口10处设有单向充气阀门11。
本发明使用时,将储气囊2一侧的接口串联连接气管导管套囊充气口,旋转调节旋钮4至预设定的压力值,自动充气接口10连接中心供氧后,气管导管套囊自动给予充气或封闭气道,自动充气接口10处的单向充气阀门11为一单向活瓣,当储气囊2的压力下降时,活瓣自动向内开启,气体进入储气囊2,达设定压力后活瓣开闭;当储气囊2的压力升高时,气体从泄气阀门8溢出直至压力达到设定压力时泄气阀门8才关闭。

1.一种气管导管套囊压力控制器,其特征在于:包括压力调节阀(1)和储气囊(2),所述压力调节阀(1)包括标有数值的标尺(3)、调节旋钮(4)和弹簧(5),所述调节旋钮(4)的中柱(6)上设有标卡(7)且中柱(6)上设有连续的螺纹,通过旋转调节旋钮(4)使标卡(7)随着转动的中柱(6)左右移动达到所需设定的压力值,所述调节旋钮(1)的端部与泄气阀门(8)相连;所述储气囊(2)一侧设有连接气管导管套囊充气的接口(9),所述储气囊下部设有自动充气接口(10)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种气管导管套囊压力控制器,其特征在于:所述自动充气接口(10)处设有单向充气阀门(11)。
