山药又称薯蓣、土薯、山薯蓣、怀山药、淮山、白山药,是《中华本草》收载的草药,药用来源为薯蓣科植物山药干燥根茎。具有滋养强壮,助消化,敛虚汗,止泻之功效,主治脾虚腹泻、肺虚咳嗽、糖尿病消渴、小便短频、遗精、妇女带下及消化不良的慢性肠炎。山药几乎不含脂肪,而且所含的黏蛋白能预防心血管系统的脂肪沉积,防止动脉过早地发生硬化;同时含有皂苷能够降低胆固醇和甘油三酯,对高血压和高血脂等病症有改善作用;其所含的能够分解淀粉的淀粉糖化酶,是萝卜中含量的3倍,胃胀时食用,有促进消化的作用,可以去除不适症状,有利于改善脾胃消化吸收功能,是一味平补脾胃的药食两用之佳品。
山楂,又名山里果、山里红,蔷薇科山楂属,落叶乔木,高可达6米。山楂具有养颜瘦身,被誉为女人的减肥片,含有维生素C、胡萝卜素等物质能阻断并减少自由基的生成,能增强机体的免疫力,有防衰老、抗癌的作用;多吃山楂能消除体内脂肪、减少脂肪吸收的功效,对于爱美的人群可以达到美颜瘦身的效果。同时,山楂具有降压,降脂,抗氧化,增强免疫力,清除胃肠道有害细菌等,可预防肝癌,还能助消化,具有养肝去脂功效。
木瓜(学名:Chaenomeles sinensis (Thouin)Koehne):蔷薇科木瓜属,灌木或小乔木,高达5-10米,叶片椭圆卵形或椭圆长圆形,稀倒卵形,长5-8厘米,宽3.5-5.5厘米,叶柄长5-10毫米,微被柔毛,有腺齿;果实长椭圆形,长10-15厘米,暗黄色,木质,味芳香,果梗短。木瓜鲜美兼具食疗作用,尤其对女性更有美容功效。木瓜所含的蛋白分解酵素,可以补偿胰和肠道的分泌,补充胃液的不足,有助于分解蛋白质和淀粉。木瓜含有胡萝卜素和丰富的维生素C,它们有很强的抗氧化能力,帮助机体修复组织,消除有毒物质,增强人体免疫力,帮助机体抵抗包括甲流在内的病毒侵袭,其果实中的有效成分能提高吞噬细胞的功效。
木香,圆柱形、平圆柱形,长5~15cm,直径0.5~5.5cm,具有以下功效:行气,止痛,健脾,消食。木香有抗菌作用,能够抑制胃肠细菌的再生,还能抑制肝脏病毒的复制的繁殖,起到消炎护肝的作用。
食用色素,是色素的一种,即能被人适量食用的可使食物在一定程度上改变原有颜色的食品添加剂。
实施例2
本实施的健胃除湿糖片,按份数计算,包括以下成分:山药130份、山楂90份、小米50份、木瓜60份、木香30份、食用色素10份和甜味剂20份;
所述的健胃除湿糖片的制备方法,按以下步骤进行:
1)第一次干燥:将木瓜、小米、山药、山楂和木香进行干燥;
2)超微粉碎:将干燥后的木瓜、小米、山药、山楂和木香,分别经超微粉碎设备粉碎全部物料至90.0%的粒度≤25μm;
3)半成品制作:将步骤2)制得的木瓜超微粉、小米超微粉、山药超微粉、山楂超微粉和木香超微粉混合后加入水和甜味剂搅拌均匀,用模型压成球状的半成品;
4)染色:将食用色素均匀倒在骤3)制得的半成品中;
5)第二次干燥:将步骤4)染色后的半成品进行干燥后,制得成品。
更具体的,步骤3)制得的木瓜超微粉、小米超微粉、山药超微粉、山楂超微粉和木香超微粉的混合物与水的比例为1:1。
更优选的,步骤3)制得的木瓜超微粉、小米超微粉、山药超微粉、山楂超微粉和木香超微粉的混合物与甜味剂的比例为20:1。
更优选的,步骤3)制得的球状半成品直径为1cm。
更优选的,步骤4)半成品先以50℃的温度干燥40min,然后以70℃的温度再干燥80min。
实施例3
本实施的健胃除湿糖片,按份数计算,包括以下成分:山药120份、山楂80份、小米40份、木瓜55份、木香25份、食用色素8份和甜味剂15份;
所述的健胃除湿糖片的制备方法,按以下步骤进行:
1)第一次干燥:将木瓜、小米、山药、山楂和木香进行干燥;
2)超微粉碎:将干燥后的木瓜、小米、山药、山楂和木香,分别经超微粉碎设备粉碎全部物料至90.0%的粒度≤25μm;
3)半成品制作:将步骤2)制得的木瓜超微粉、小米超微粉、山药超微粉、山楂超微粉和木香超微粉混合后加入水和甜味剂搅拌均匀,用模型压成球状的半成品;
4)染色:将食用色素均匀倒在骤3)制得的半成品中;
5)第二次干燥:将步骤4)染色后的半成品进行干燥后,制得成品。
更具体的,步骤3)制得的木瓜超微粉、小米超微粉、山药超微粉、山楂超微粉和木香超微粉的混合物与水的比例为1:1。
更优选的,步骤3)制得的木瓜超微粉、小米超微粉、山药超微粉、山楂超微粉和木香超微粉的混合物与甜味剂的比例为20:1。
更优选的,步骤3)制得的球状半成品直径为1cm。
更优选的,步骤4)半成品先以47℃的温度干燥35min,然后以65℃的温度再干燥70min。

Claims (5)
1.一种健胃除湿糖片及其制备方法,其特征在于:
按份数计算,包括以下成分:山药100-130份、山楂60-90份、小米30-50份、木瓜40-60份、木香20-30份、食用色素5-10份和甜味剂10-20份;
所述的健胃糖片的制备方法,按以下步骤进行:
1)第一次干燥:将小米、木瓜、山药、山楂和木香进行干燥;
2)超微粉碎:将干燥后的小米、木瓜、山药、山楂和木香,分别经超微粉碎设备粉碎全部物料至90.0%的粒度≤25μm;
3)半成品制作:将步骤2)制得的山药超微粉、山楂超微粉和木香超微粉混合后加入水和甜味剂搅拌均匀,用模型压成球状的半成品;
4)染色:将食用色素均匀倒在骤3)制得的半成品中;
5)第二次干燥:将步骤4)添加食用色素染色后的半成品进行干燥后,制得成品。
2.据权利要求1所述的一种健胃除湿糖片及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)制得的小米超微粉、木瓜超微粉、山药超微粉、山楂超微粉和木香超微粉的混合物与水的比例为1:1。
3.据权利要求1所述的一种健胃除湿糖片及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)制得的小米超微粉、木瓜超微粉、山药超微粉、山楂超微粉和木香超微粉的混合物与甜味剂的比例为20:1。
4.据权利要求1所述的一种健胃除湿糖片及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤3)制得的球状半成品直径为1cm。
5.据权利要求1所述的一种健胃除湿糖片及其制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤4)半成品先以45-50℃的温度干燥30-40min,然后以60-70℃的温度再干燥60-80min。
