Abstract

本发明提供一种防过充电池盖板,包括上下叠置的电芯盖板主体和底层绝缘板,以及设置在该电芯盖板主体两侧的正极柱和负极柱,所述正极柱包括依次叠置的正极上导电片、正极绝缘板和正极下导电片,所述正极上导电片与正极下导电片之间通过爆破片导通,该爆破片能在电池内部压力过大时断开正极上导电片与正极下导电片的连接。本发明在正极柱位置增加爆破片起到电流导通的作用,并在电池内部压力过大时,正极处的爆破片可以切断电池供电,实现电池异常鼓胀时切断电流的作用,具有结构简单、性能可靠、保证电池过充安全的特点。

一种防过充电池盖板
技术领域
本发明涉及锂离子电池技术领域,具体涉及一种防过充电池盖板。
背景技术
目前,铝壳方形电池盖板基本无防过充结构,电池防过充手段多为添加电解液添加剂或者选用较为安全的LFP材料作为电池正极材料,能量效率不高。
随着三元的发展,目前出现了一些防过充的盖板,原理主要是短路结构,并没有完全阻断电流,电池安全存在隐患,另此些结构,需求空间较大,制作成本及过程复杂。
发明内容
为了解决方形铝壳电池的使用安全问题以及电池过充安全的问题,本发明提供一种可以将电池回路电流切断的防过充电池盖板,大大的提高电池的安全性能和防过充能力。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种防过充电池盖板,包括上下叠置的电芯盖板主体和底层绝缘板,以及设置在该电芯盖板主体两侧的正极柱和负极柱,所述正极柱包括依次叠置的正极上导电片、正极绝缘板和正极下导电片,所述正极上导电片与正极下导电片之间通过爆破片导通,该爆破片能在电池内部压力过大时断开正极上导电片与正极下导电片的连接。
进一步地,所述爆破片包括贯穿所述正极绝缘板的正极导柱本体,该正极导柱本体的顶端通过两侧的薄片与所述正极上导电片连通,正极导柱本体的底端与所述正极下导电片连通。
进一步地,所述负极柱包括依次叠置的负极上导电片、负极绝缘板和负极下导电片,以及用于连通负极上下导电片的负极导柱本体。
进一步地,所述电芯盖板本体上开设有防爆阀。
由以上技术方案可知,本发明与短路电池盖板相比,具有如下有益效果:
(1)电池过充或异常时,内部形成断路,完全阻断电流,能保证电池的安全;
(2)电芯无需添加防过充添加剂,电池性能好;
(3)爆破片集成在正极柱内部,节省了空间;
(4)结构简单,便于生产加工;
(5)该盖板生产的电池在pack成组时因每个电池自带切断回路,整个电池包的安全性高。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的一种优选实施方式作详细的说明。
如图1和2所示,电池盖板包括上下叠置的电芯盖板主体10和底层绝缘板20,以及设置在该电芯盖板本体两侧的正极柱30、负极柱40和防爆阀50,其中防爆阀设置在正负极柱之间的位置,该电池盖板需与电池壳体焊接后实现功能。
如图2所示,所述负极柱40包括依次叠置的负极上导电片41、负极绝缘板42和负极下导电片43,以及用于连通负极上下导电片的负极导柱本体44,该负极导柱本体铆接在负极下导电片上,所述负极绝缘板42上具有容置槽结构,可以对负极上导电片进行限位。
如图3和4所示,所述正极柱30包括依次叠置的正极上导电片31、正极绝缘板32和正极下导电片33,所述正极上导电片与正极下导电片之间通过爆破片34导通,本实施例中的爆破片34具有一个贯穿正极绝缘板32的正极导柱本体341,该正极导柱本体的顶端通过两侧的薄片342与所述正极上导电片31连通,正极导柱本体的底端与所述正极下导电片33连通,在电池内部压力过大时,该爆破片会有一个向上的位移动作,此时顶端两侧的薄片会破裂,断开正极上导电片与正极下导电片的连接,从而切断电池供电,实现在电池异常鼓胀时切断电流的作用,大大的提高电池的安全性能和防过充能力。

Claims (2)

1.一种防过充电池盖板,其特征在于,包括上下叠置的电芯盖板主体(10)和底层绝缘板(20),以及设置在该电芯盖板主体两侧的正极柱(30)和负极柱(40),所述正极柱(30)包括依次叠置的正极上导电片(31)、正极绝缘板(32)和正极下导电片(33),所述正极上导电片与正极下导电片之间通过爆破片(34)导通,该爆破片能在电池内部压力过大时断开正极上导电片与正极下导电片的连接;
所述爆破片(34)包括贯穿所述正极绝缘板(32)的正极导柱本体(341),该正极导柱本体的顶端通过两侧的薄片(342)与所述正极上导电片(31)连通,正极导柱本体的底端与所述正极下导电片(33)连通;所述负极柱(40)包括依次叠置的负极上导电片(41)、负极绝缘板(42)和负极下导电片(43),以及用于连通负极上下导电片的负极导柱本体(44)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的防过充电池盖板,其特征在于,所述电芯盖板本体(10)上开设有防爆阀(50)。
