本发明涉及空气净化技术领域,特别是一种智能空气净化器。
背景技术
随着人们生活水平的提高,人们越发重视健康,目前空气污染严重,室内空气质量越来越受到人们的重视。室内污染也成为影响健康的重要因素,因此人们迫切的希望能将室外的雾霾拒之于家门外,同时也希望能够有产品能够解决室内污染,空气净化器就应运而生,但目前市面上空气净化器的大都为高压静电吸附装置和过滤装置,其结构复杂、功能较为单一,且噪音大、净化风量小、净化速度慢,无法满足现代家庭的实际需求。
专利申请号:201510670442.1公开了一种多功能室内智能空气净化器,本发明的外壳是一方柱体,在中上部设置封闭的方柱箱体,中下部分别设置加湿装置和制氧装置;在方柱箱体内,沿本发明的中心线上下依次设置风机和送风延长管;在净化水箱内,水位线以下,送风延长管上,上下依次设置凹形针孔透气挡板、多层针孔球体罩、针孔送风延长管、针孔堵片构成的分散气流冲击振动压力的消音减振装置,分别与送风延长管结构连接。该发明的有益效果是,构造简约,除尘彻底,甲醛等污染物经过多层次的降解,效果明显,噪音低,易清理,操作简便,边净化边检测,环保节能,保健增氧,智能化,多功能。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种智能空气净化器,本申请设有空气净化单元、杀菌单元和加湿单元,不仅能实现空气净化和杀菌加湿的功能,同时还能空气检测、空气添香和无叶出风的功能。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种智能空气净化器,包括净化器本体,所述净化器本体为圆柱形结构,净化器本体顶部为环形的无叶出风口,净化器本体底部为吸风口,净化器本体底部还设有排污装置,所述净化器本体内部还设有控制单元、供电单元、空气净化单元、杀菌单元、检测单元、加湿单元和香氛单元;控制单元的信号端分别与供电单元、空气净化单元、杀菌单元、检测单元、加湿单元和香氛单元相连;所述空气净化单元包括进风均流网层、HEPA过滤层、碳纤维滤网层和活性炭滤网层,该空气净化单元用于过滤空气杂质;所述杀菌单元包括杀菌灯和甲醛处理通道,该杀菌单元用于去除空气中的病菌;所述检测单元包括温湿度传感器、噪音检测装置、甲醛检测装置和空气质量检测装置,该检测单元用于检测温湿度数据、噪音信息、甲醛含量和空气质量;所述加湿单元包括加湿器,所述加湿单元用于增加空气水含量;所述香氛单元包括食用香氛喷射器,该香氛单元用于增加空气香气。
在本发明中,净化器本体底部设有吸风口,空气通过吸风口进入净化器本体内部,再通过内部分流板,将空气分为数道气流进入空气净化单元,由空气净化单元的多层过滤层对空气进行净化,再依次通过杀菌单元、检测单元和加湿单元,排出空气净化器外。
在本发明中,空气净化器本体出口处设有香氛单元,所述香氛单元为盛装香气粉末的香氛盒,由强大气流通过香氛盒时,香氛盒内的香气粉末会有部分穿过香氛盒的细孔,随气流一起排除,增加空气中的香味。
在本发明中,净化器本体内还设有无线通信模块,所述无线通信模块用于与移动终端或云服务器相连,净化器本体内采集的数据信息可通过无线通信模块实时发送到移动终端或云服务器上,用户还可随时查看历史数据,使用方便简单。
在本发明中,碳纤维滤网层上还涂覆有纳米光触媒层。
在本发明中,所述空气净化单元还包括负离子发生器。
在本发明中,净化器本体内还包括涡轮增压器和喷气发动机,涡轮增压器和喷气发动机用于产生强大的气流。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)采用多种过滤层,能有效祛除空气中的杂质、尘埃和细菌等,净化后的空气质量好;
(2)具有多种空气环境检测装置,包含温湿度检测、噪音检测、甲醛含量检测和空气质量检测等;
(3)设有香氛单元,能为净化后的空气添加香味,增加空间舒适度和用户居住体验;
(4)设有加湿单元,能对净化后的空气添加湿气,增加空气水分含量,避免净化后的空气太过干燥,对用户造成不适;
(5)设有涡轮增压器和喷气发动机,能产生强大的气流,实现无叶出风,实现湿风功能,有利于夏季降温。

如图1、图2所示,一种智能空气净化器,包括净化器本体10,所述净化器本体10为圆柱形结构,净化器本体10顶部为环形的无叶出风口102,净化器本体10底部为吸风口101,净化器本体10底部还设有排污装置,所述净化器本体10内部还设有控制单元20、供电单元30、空气净化单元40、杀菌单元50、检测单元60、加湿单元70和香氛单元80;控制单元20的信号端分别与供电单元30、空气净化单元40、杀菌单元50、检测单元60、加湿单元70和香氛单元80相连;所述空气净化单元40包括进风均流网层401、HEPA过滤层402、碳纤维滤网层403和活性炭滤网层404,该空气净化单元40用于过滤空气杂质;所述杀菌单元50包括杀菌灯和甲醛处理通道,该杀菌单元50用于去除空气中的病菌;所述检测单元60包括温湿度传感器、噪音检测装置、甲醛检测装置和空气质量检测装置,该检测单元60用于检测温湿度数据、噪音信息、甲醛含量和空气质量;所述加湿单元70包括加湿器,所述加湿单元70用于增加空气水含量;所述香氛单元80包括食用香氛喷射器,该香氛单元80用于增加空气香气。

在本发明中,空气净化器本体10出口处设有香氛单元80,所述香氛单元80为盛装香气粉末的香氛盒,由强大气流通过香氛盒时,香氛盒内的香气粉末会有部分穿过香氛盒的细孔,随气流一起排除,增加空气中的香味。
