Abstract

一种收割浒苔的装置，用于解决现有收割设备在行进过程中左右两端遇浒苔阻挡影响前行的问题。它包括定板、动板、锯片、齿轮、轴、弹簧，定板通过螺纹连接固定在船体上，在定板中间位置设置轴承孔，上下两端设置有运动导孔和弹簧安装孔，轴通过轴承固定在定板的轴承孔中，锯片和齿轮安装在轴上，在动板上设置有齿条，与齿轮相啮合，上下两端设置有运动导条，运动导条插入到定板上的运动导孔中确定定板与动板的相对位置，弹簧前端安装在动板弹簧孔中，后端安装在定板的挡板上。该收割装置，可实现对阻挡在打捞设备两端的浒苔进行切割，并且结构简单、安装方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及浒苔处理技术领域，具体地说是一种收割浒苔的装置。
背景技术
近年来，海水富营养化污染严重，导致浒苔大量繁殖，影响水体中其它动植物生长。现有的收割设备存在行进过程中左右两端的浒苔产生堆积影响前进的问题。因此急需一种对阻挡在设备左右两端的浒苔及时进行切割的装置。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种收割浒苔的装置，用于实现对阻挡在打捞设备左右两端的浒苔进行切割、消除阻碍。
本发明解决其技术问题所采取的技术方案是：一种收割浒苔的装置，其特征是，它包括定板、动板、锯片、齿轮、轴、弹簧，在所述的定板中间位置设置轴承孔，上下两端设置有运动导孔和弹簧安装孔，所述的轴通过轴承固定在定板的轴承孔中，所述的锯片和齿轮安装在轴上，在所述的动板上设置有齿条，上下两端设置有运动导条，所述的弹簧前端安装在动板弹簧孔中，后端安装在定板挡板上。
进一步地，所述的定板通过螺纹连接固定在船体上。
进一步地，所述的锯片与轴之间为过盈连接。
进一步地，所述的动板上的齿条与所述的齿轮相啮合。
进一步地，所述的动板的运动导条插入到所述定板的运动导孔中确定相对位置。
本发明的有益效果是：本发明提供的一种收割浒苔的装置，可对浒苔进行无动力收割。本发明结构简单，安装方便，可有效的实现对浒苔的高效收割。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3所示，本发明主要包括定板1，轴承2，锯片3，齿轮4，轴5，动板6，弹簧7，下面结合附图对本发明进行详细说明。
如图1至图3所示，定板1通过螺纹连接固定在船体上，在定板中间位置设置轴承孔，上下两端设置有运动导孔和弹簧安装孔，轴5通过轴承固定在定板的轴承孔中，锯片3和齿轮4安装在轴上，在动板6上设置有齿条，与齿轮相啮合，齿轮、齿条的作用是将前端水平方向的力转变为扭矩传递给锯片，动板上下两端设置有运动导条，运动导条插入到定板的运动导孔中，运动导条、导孔的作用是确定定板与动板的相对位置，弹簧7前端安装在动板弹簧孔中，后端安装在定板的挡板上，弹簧的作用是当动板前端压力消失时能够使动板恢复到原来位置。

1.一种收割浒苔的装置，其特征是，它包括定板、动板、锯片、齿轮、轴、弹簧，在所述的定板中间位置设置轴承孔，上下两端设置有运动导孔和弹簧安装孔，所述的轴通过轴承固定在定板的轴承孔中，所述的锯片和齿轮安装在轴上，在所述的动板上设置有齿条，上下两端设置有运动导条，所述的弹簧前端安装在动板弹簧孔中，后端安装在定板挡板上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种收割浒苔的装置，其特征在于，所述的定板通过螺纹连接固定在船体上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种收割浒苔的装置，其特征在于，所述的锯片与轴之间为过盈连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种收割浒苔的装置，其特征在于，所述的动板上的齿条与所述的齿轮相啮合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种收割浒苔的装置，其特征在于，所述的动板的运动导条插入在所述定板的运动导孔中确定相对位置。
