现在加工中心切削工件时都要使用乳化液,其能够降低切削时的切削力,及时带走切削区内产生的热量以降低切削温度,提高刀具耐用度,从而提高生产效率,改善工件表面粗糙度,保证工件加工精度,但是传统的乳化液一般含有矿物油或植物油、表面活性剂、亚硝酸盐和磷、硫化合物,夏天易臭,几天不用乳化液就会变质,冬天难稀释,有一定的沉淀物、会污染环境等问题,最终影响着产品的加工质量,随着对产品质量要求的提高,乳化液的质量和其配制技术也需要不断提高,以适应时代的需求。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明公开了一种加工中心防臭乳化液,具有环保性能,在产品配方中排除了亚硝酸盐和磷、硫化合物,产品性能也得到了提高,润滑冷却效果好,具有防臭、防腐作用,无沉淀物。
为达到上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种加工中心防臭乳化液,其特征在于:由以下质量份数组分组成:甲基苯骈三氮唑18-34份,三乙醇胺8-13份,乙二醇22-38份,防臭剂7-16份,防腐蚀剂4-10份,六偏磷酸钠3-11份,茶水70-90份,月桂基葡萄糖羧酸钠3-6份,月桂基葡萄糖2-4份。
作为优选,所述防臭剂为3000ppm水化硅酸钙、1000ppm二氧化氯溶液和薰衣草油香料混合搅拌而成,且所述水化硅酸钙、二氧化氯溶液和薰衣草油香料的质量比为90-100:100:1-1.5。

(2)将茶水、乙二醇,按照比例倒入压力釜中,常压搅拌10-20分钟;
(3)加入甲基苯骈三氮唑、三乙醇胺、六偏磷酸钠、月桂基葡萄糖羧酸钠、月桂基葡萄糖,加热到45-50℃,搅拌1-2小时;
(4)加入防臭剂和防腐蚀剂,关闭压力釜在85-100Kpa气压、50-60℃搅拌20-30min,倒出后过滤即得。

本发明加入茶水代替原有的纯净水,茶水具有很强的碱性,在85-100Kpa气压、50-60℃下搅拌能够与其他原料形成的混合物融合,保持原有碱性,与防臭剂复合使用,能够分解机床漏出的机油,消灭有害微生物,延缓乳化液变质时间,整体不发臭,而且无需加入氢氧化物等碱类化合物,绿色环保,茶香还能对乳化液其他原料引起的一些微量有毒水雾起到消毒作用,有益于操作者身体健康;防臭剂里的二氧化氯具有较强的杀菌能力和杀菌持久性,且不产生氯消毒副产物,与水化硅酸钙共同使用,水化硅酸钙能够锁住二氧化氯,减缓二氧化氯的挥发时间,为使水化硅酸钙充分吸附二氧化氯和香料,发挥防臭作用,吸附顺序为先吸附二氧化氯然后再吸附香料,而且二氧化氯液体喷射入水化硅酸钙中,同时加以搅拌,使用时间长,防臭效果好。
本发明所述茶水用普洱茶效果更佳,能够起到杀菌效果,增加金属的抗酸防腐能力,抑制金属腐蚀。

(4)加入防臭剂和石油磺酸盐,关闭压力釜在95Kpa气压、55℃搅拌25min,倒出后用网眼为20μm不锈钢过滤网筛过滤即得。

(1)按质量份数准备以下组分:甲基苯骈三氮唑34份,三乙醇胺8份,乙二醇38份,防臭剂7份,二烷基苯磺酸盐10份,六偏磷酸钠3份,茶水90份,月桂基葡萄糖羧酸钠3份,月桂基葡萄糖4份,
(2)将茶水、乙二醇,按照比例倒入压力釜中,常压搅拌10分钟;
(3)加入甲基苯骈三氮唑、三乙醇胺、六偏磷酸钠、月桂基葡萄糖羧酸钠、月桂基葡萄糖,加热到50℃,搅拌1小时;
(4)加入防臭剂和二烷基苯磺酸盐,关闭压力釜在100Kpa气压、50℃搅拌30min,倒出后用网眼为20μm不锈钢过滤网筛过滤即得。
所述防臭剂为3000ppm水化硅酸钙、1000ppm二氧化氯溶液和薰衣草油香料混合搅拌而成,且所述水化硅酸钙、二氧化氯溶液和薰衣草油香料的质量比为100:100:1.5,其加工方法是:先将二氧化氯溶液均匀喷射入水化硅酸钙中,同时加以搅拌,再将薰衣草油香料放入,搅拌均匀即可。
用本实施例所述的原料及方法制备出来的防臭乳化液,颜色微红,用于加工中心上加工5天后,检验乳化液质量,乳化液无变质现象,无沉淀物产生,冷却、润滑、清洗、防锈四个效果正常,使用40天后,乳化液不发臭,沉淀物量为原来的50%,对钢板腐蚀速度比原来慢35%。

Claims (8)

1.一种加工中心防臭乳化液,其特征在于:由以下质量份数组分组成:甲基苯骈三氮唑18-34份,三乙醇胺8-13份,乙二醇22-38份,防臭剂7-16份,防腐蚀剂4-10份,六偏磷酸钠3-11份,茶水70-90份,月桂基葡萄糖羧酸钠3-6份,月桂基葡萄糖2-4份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加工中心防臭乳化液,其特征在于:所述防臭剂为3000ppm水化硅酸钙、1000ppm二氧化氯溶液和薰衣草油香料混合搅拌而成,且所述水化硅酸钙、二氧化氯溶液和薰衣草油香料的质量比为90-100:100:1-1.5。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种加工中心防臭乳化液,其特征在于:所述防臭剂的加工方法是:先将二氧化氯溶液均匀喷射入水化硅酸钙中,同时加以搅拌,再将薰衣草油香料放入,搅拌均匀即可。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种加工中心防臭乳化液,其特征在于:所述防腐蚀剂为石油磺酸盐、二壬基萘磺酸盐、二烷基苯磺酸盐中的一种或两种。
5.一种加工中心防臭乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)按质量份数准备以下组分:甲基苯骈三氮唑18-34份,三乙醇胺8-13份,乙二醇22-38份,防臭剂7-16份,防腐蚀剂4-10份,六偏磷酸钠3-11份,茶水70-90份,月桂基葡萄糖羧酸钠3-6份,月桂基葡萄糖2-4份,
(2)将茶水、乙二醇,按照比例倒入压力釜中,常压搅拌10-20分钟;
(3)加入甲基苯骈三氮唑、三乙醇胺、六偏磷酸钠、月桂基葡萄糖羧酸钠、月桂基葡萄糖,加热到45-50℃,搅拌1-2小时;
(4)加入防臭剂和防腐蚀剂,关闭压力釜在85-100Kpa气压、50-60℃搅拌20-30min,倒出后过滤即得。
6.根据权利要求5所述的一种加工中心防臭乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于: 步骤(1)所述的茶水为纯净水加热沸腾后与茶叶混合冷却而成,所述纯净水与茶叶的质量比为100:2-3。
7.根据权利要求6所述的一种加工中心防臭乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于:所述茶叶为普洱茶。
8.根据权利要求5所述的一种加工中心防臭乳化液的制备方法,其特征在于:步骤(4)所述的过滤是用网眼不超过30μm不锈钢过滤网筛。
