本发明一种导热、导电好的航空轮胎胎面胶,是由下述按重量份配比计的原料制成:1#烟片胶70~100,丁苯橡胶SBR1500 30~0,超耐磨炭黑N115 46~52,沉淀法白炭黑5~8,硅烷偶联剂Si69 0.5~3,热稳定剂HS‑80 1~2,抗硫化返原剂WK‑901 0.5~1.0,多功能硫化活性剂ZNZB746 1~3,氧化锌3~5,对苯二胺类防老剂4020 1~3,酮胺类防老剂S‑RD 1~2,不溶性硫黄HD OT 20或IS‑60 1.5~2.5,次磺酰胺类促进剂NS或NOBS 0.8~2.0,功能纳米橡胶添加剂GTR‑M02 3~10。本发明胎面胶具有导热和导电性能较好、耐磨性能好、热稳定性好的性能特点,同时具有拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和300%定伸应力较高的优点。

Description

一种导热、导电好的航空轮胎胎面胶
技术领域
本发明涉及高分子材料,具体是一种导热、导电好的航空轮胎胎面胶。
背景技术
随着新型飞机的载荷和起飞、着陆速度的不断提高,对轮胎的性能要求越来越高。由于橡胶是热的不良导体,现有的航空轮胎胎面胶,存在着导热不好的缺点。航空轮胎在高负荷下高速起飞、着陆,轮胎在使用时胎面胶部位因生热大而处于高温状态,由于温度高,橡胶产生降解,使胎面胶的耐磨等性能下降,且由于轮胎内部高温,胶料与骨架材料之间的粘合强度下降,极易出现补强层等部位内部脱空、鼓包等质量问题,影响飞机飞行安全。
另外,飞机穿过云层时会带有静电,着落时需要通过轮胎释放静电,因此航空轮胎胎面胶还需要满足航空轮胎具有导静电功能的要求。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种导热、导电好的航空轮胎胎面胶。
实现本发明目的的技术方案是:
一种导热、导电好的航空轮胎胎面胶,由下述按重量份配比计的原料制成:
1#烟片胶 70~100
丁苯橡胶SBR1500 30~0
超耐磨炭黑N115 46~52
沉淀法白炭黑 5~8
硅烷偶联剂Si69 0.5~3
热稳定剂HS-80 1~2
抗硫化返原剂WK-901 0.5~1.0
多功能硫化活性剂ZNZB746 1~3
氧化锌 3~5
对苯二胺类防老剂4020 1~3
酮胺类防老剂S-RD 1~2
不溶性硫黄HD OT 20或IS-60 1.5~2.5
次磺酰胺类促进剂NS或NOBS 0.8~2.0
功能纳米橡胶添加剂GTR-M02 3~10。
配方中所述:
1#烟片胶,使胶料具有弹性较高、生热较低、良好的综合性能;
功能纳米橡胶添加剂是一种能提高橡胶胶料的导热、导电性能和耐磨性能的添加剂,
在配方中加入功能纳米橡胶添加剂,可使胶料的导热、导电性能较好,同时可使胎面胶的耐磨性能大幅提高;
使用超耐磨炭黑作为补强剂,可使胶料的耐磨性能超好;
在配方中加入白炭黑可使胶料的生热较低,抗撕裂强度较高;
加入硅烷偶联剂、热稳定剂和抗硫化返原剂,可使硫化胶具有良好的热稳定性和抗硫化返原性能,使轮胎在使用时胎面胶温度较高时橡胶不降解或少降解,可明显的提高胎面胶的耐热性能;
加入多功能硫化活性剂,可使胶料具有耐扎性能较好、工艺性能好的特点。
本发明胎面胶的制作工艺,是将上述各原料通过密炼机混炼,制造出混炼胶,用挤出机挤出的方式,将混炼胶制成胎面半成品,在成型机上将胎面半成品贴于胎体上部,制成轮胎胎坯,并通过硫化机将胎坯硫化而成为航空轮胎成品。
本发明通过配方配合试验,研制出能达到附表1中的性能要求的航空轮胎胎面胶的最佳配方。胶料具体性能见附表1。
附表1 胶料性能
本发明胎面胶具有导热和导电性能较好、耐磨性能好、热稳定性好的性能特点,同时具有拉伸强度、扯断伸长率和300%定伸应力较高的优点。胎面胶的导热性能较好,可以使航空轮胎在高速、高载条件下使用时胎面胶中的热量散发较快,胎面胶部位的温度相对较低,轮胎不会因胎面部位温度过高而出现胶料熔融、位于上下胎面间的补强层出现脱层等质量问题。还可以使航空轮胎使用着落时具有很好的导静电性能。该胎面胶还具有耐磨性能好、热稳定性好的特点,能使轮胎的使用寿命更长,使用更安全。
具体实施方式
下面通过实施例对本发明作进一步阐述。
通过密炼机混炼,制造出混炼胶,用挤出机挤出的方式,将混炼胶制成胎面半成品,在成型机上将胎面半成品贴于胎体上部,制成轮胎胎坯,并通过硫化机将胎坯硫化而成为航空轮胎成品。
