本发明公开了一种治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的中药，是由中草药三角风、鬼箭锦鸡儿、薜荔根、柚叶、白马骨根、三楞筋骨草、麋脂、箭杆风、麦撇花藤、芙蓉菊根、黄桷叶、雪山林、防风花、水蓼根、大树跌打、楤木白皮、野鸦椿根、大蓑衣藤根、丁榔皮组成。本发明以纯天然的中草药为原料，标本兼治，疗效确切、无毒副作用，不易复发。

技术领域
本发明属于中药领域，具体涉及一种治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的中药。
背景技术
血栓闭塞性脉管炎是一种少见的慢性复发性中、小动脉和静脉的节段性炎症性疾病，下肢多见。表现为患肢缺血、疼痛、间歇性跛行、足背动脉搏动减弱或消失和游走性表浅静脉炎，严重者有肢端溃疡和坏死。本病多见于青壮年，好发于下肢。患肢呈现一时性或持续性苍白、发绀、有灼热及刺痛，病肢下垂时皮色变红，上举时变白，继之足趾麻木，小腿肌肉疼痛，行走时激发，休息时消失；小腿部常发生浅表性静脉炎和水肿。检查时发现足背动脉搏动减弱或消失。随着病情发展可出现间歇性跛行及雷诺现象、夜间疼痛加剧，足趾疼痛剧烈，皮肤发绀，进而趾端溃疡或坏疽而发黑，逐渐向近心端蔓延。
用分子量为5000～20000的右旋糖酐静脉滴注。长期应用有出血的可能，对急性发展期和溃疡坏疽伴有继发感染时不宜应用。经非手术方法治疗无效者，可行腰交感神经切除术、大隐静脉移植转流术或动脉血栓内膜剥离术。当肢端坏死边界局限后，在无菌情况下扩创，将坏死组织清除。对已形成指（趾）端坏疽者，要考虑截指（趾）术。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有技术的不足，提供一种新的治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的中药，以纯天然的中草药为原料，标本兼治，疗效确切、无毒副作用，不易复发。
本发明所要解决的技术问题是通过以下的技术方案来实现的。一种治疗血栓闭塞性脉管炎的中药，是由中草药三角风、鬼箭锦鸡儿、薜荔根、柚叶、白马骨根、三楞筋骨草、麋脂、箭杆风、麦撇花藤、芙蓉菊根、黄桷叶、雪山林、防风花、水蓼根、大树跌打、楤木白皮、野鸦椿根、大蓑衣藤根、丁榔皮组成。
单剂药量为三角风8g、鬼箭锦鸡儿8g、薜荔根15g、柚叶8g、白马骨根15g、三楞筋骨草5g、麋脂5g、箭杆风10g、麦撇花藤12g、芙蓉菊根10g、黄桷叶8g、雪山林10g、防风花5g、水蓼根15g、大树跌打12g、楤木白皮10g、野鸦椿根15g、大蓑衣藤根15g、丁榔皮10g。
配制及服用方法：水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，7天为一疗程。
各中药的药理作用
三角风：祛风除湿、通络、止血、解毒，主治风湿痹痛、偏头痛、风湿疮毒、骨折；鬼箭锦鸡儿：接筋续断、祛风除湿、活血通络、消肿止痛，主治跌扑损伤、风湿筋骨疼痛、月经不调、乳房发炎；薜荔根：祛风除湿、舒筋通络，主治头痛眩晕、关节风湿痛、产后风；柚叶：治头风痛、寒湿痹痛、食滞腹痛；白马骨根：祛风、清热、利湿，主治偏正头痛、牙痛、喉痛、目赤肿痛、湿热黄疸、白带、白蚀；三楞筋骨草：除风湿、通经络，主治风湿筋骨痛、瘫痪、跌打损伤；麋脂：通血脉、润皮肤，主治风寒湿痹、恶疮痈肿；箭杆风：除湿消肿、行气止痛，主治风湿痹痛、胃痛、跌打损伤；麦撇花藤：调经活血、祛风除湿，主治月经不调、痛经、闭经、风湿痹痛；芙蓉菊根：祛风湿，主治风谩关节痛、胃脘冷痛；黄桷叶：祛风、止痛、续筋骨，主治筋骨疼痛、风眼流泪、皮肤瘙痒；雪山林：除风湿、清热解毒、调经活血、止带，主治风湿性筋骨痛、白带、月经过多、烦躁不安；防风花：主心腹痛、四肢拘急、行履不得、经脉虚羸、骨节间疼痛；水蓼根：除湿、祛风、活血、解毒，主治痢疾、泄泻、皖腹绞痛、风湿骨痛、月经不调、皮肤湿癣；大树跌打：祛瘀生新、消肿镇痛、舒筋活络，主治骨折、跌打劳伤、风寒湿痹、关节疼痛、腰腿痛、四肢麻木；楤木白皮：补腰肾、壮筋骨、舒筋活血、散瘀止痛、健胃、收敛、利尿及制糖作用，主治糖尿病、肾脏病、胃溃疡；野鸦椿根：祛风除湿、健脾调营，主治痢疾、泄泻、疝痛、崩漏、风湿疼痛、跌打损伤；大蓑衣藤根：行气活血、祛风湿、止痛，主治跌打损伤、瘀血疼痛、风湿性筋骨痛、肢体麻木；丁榔皮：祛风止痛、通经活络，主治筋骨疼痛、腰腿痛、肢体瘫痪。
与现有技术相比，本发明以纯天然的中草药为原料，标本兼治，疗效确切、无毒副作用，不易复发。

中草药配比：三角风8g、鬼箭锦鸡儿8g、薜荔根15g、柚叶8g、白马骨根15g、三楞筋骨草5g、麋脂5g、箭杆风10g、麦撇花藤12g、芙蓉菊根10g、黄桷叶8g、雪山林10g、防风花5g、水蓼根15g、大树跌打12g、楤木白皮10g、野鸦椿根15g、大蓑衣藤根15g、丁榔皮10g。
配制及服用方法：水煎服，每日一剂，分早晚两次饭后服用，7天为一疗程。
