[0008] 紫草:凉血,活血,清热,解毒。治温热斑疹,湿热黄疸,紫癜,吐、衄、尿血,淋浊,烧 伤,湿疹,丹毒,痈疡。

[0017] 炙甘草:甘,平。归心、肺、脾、胃经。补脾益气,滋咳润肺,缓急解毒,调和百药。蜜 炙主治脾胃功能减退,大便溏薄,乏力发热以及咳嗽、心悸等。甘草或甘草次酸有去氧皮质 酮类作用,对慢性肾上腺皮质功能减退症有良好功效;甘草制剂能促进胃部粘液形成和分 泌,延长上皮细胞寿命,有抗炎活性,常用于慢性溃疡和十二指肠溃疡的治疗;甘草的黄酮 具有消炎、解痉和抗酸作用。
[0018] 现代医学认为:静脉曲张是因静脉壁薄弱和静脉瓣膜闭锁不全,使静脉血液倒流 和停滞,静脉压增高,使下肢处于郁血状态,缺氧,静脉壁受损遭受炎症性损害,从而酿成血 栓性静脉炎。静脉郁血,血液含氧量降低,毛细血管壁通透性增加,液体、蛋白质、红细胞和 代谢产物的渗出,引起纤维增生和色素沉着,足靴区皮肤因营养性变化发生变性而形成皮 炎,反复多次发作,因淋巴管阴塞而导致淋巴水肿,轻微外伤和感染时,则引起经久不愈的 溃疡。中医认为:本病乃因先天禀赋不足,筋脉薄弱,加之久行久立,过度劳累,进一步损 伤筋脉,以致经脉不合,气血运行不畅,血壅于下,淤血阻滞脉络扩张充盈,日久交错盘曲而 成。日久类似瘤体之状。针对本病的病因病机,治疗应运用改善局部组织血液循环、活血化 瘀,溶栓通络等方法,本方以紫草,当归,赤芍,桃仁补血和血,破血行瘀;以黄芪、太子参补 气升阳、托毒生肌;以牛膝散瘀血,消痈肿;以川芎,红花活血通经,去瘀止痛;甘草缓急止 痛,并调和诸药。诸药配伍,可解除血管痉挛、促进血液循环、镇静止痛、增强组织抗坏死能 力,有效地缓解病情。
[0019] 本发明的有益效果是:本发明采用以上配方后,快速温通血脉,养血活血。消除肢 体麻木、疼痛、行走后下肢憋涨疼痛等症状。服用本方治疗一个月,凝固的血块得到有效裂 解,粘稠血液被有效稀释到正常值范围,静脉血栓被逐步瓦解,静脉血液回流加快,下肢溃 疡、溃烂、疮口等开始明显愈合;服用两个月,坏死的功能逐渐恢复,肿胀、疼痛、下肢无力、 麻木、发凉等症状基本消失,黑紫、硬结的皮肤趋于正常;服用三个月,静脉血管逐步畅通, 血液循环加速、静脉曲张明显改善,血液粘稠度、血小板聚集显著下降,溃疡面开始封口,堵 塞、坏死的血管逐步通畅、平顺,坏死的皮肤开始生长新的肉牙。本发明共治疗120例,治愈 率65. 83%,有效率92%。 [0020] 典型病例
[0021 ] 例1 :曲某,男,40岁,下肢静脉曲张炎变综合征。患者双下肢静脉曲张已有5-6年, 自觉小腿肿胀,右小腿皮肤暗红灼热,伴皮下多条静脉红肿条索,小腿广泛色素沉着。舌嫩 红,苔薄腻,脉弦滑。服用本方l星期后,诸症均减轻。再服用一个疗程后,皮下静脉条索残 留,苔薄,脉滑。继续服药三个疗程肿痛消退,行动自由,原曲张的静脉也没有条索状物。2年以后随访未见复发,且皮肤色色素明显转淡,皮下静脉条索状结节吸收。
[0022] 例2 :林某,男,57岁,河南省人。患者原患右侧下肢小腿外侧及足背部静脉曲张,
感觉患肢不适,行走或站坐的时间过久,即感酸困、胀痛、再行走有乏力感,晚上足踝部肿胀
局部有蚁行感,痒,病情逐渐加重。近两个月来,右下肢小腿外侧静脉色素沉着,行动受阻,
疼痛等,在当地医院治疗无效,诊断:继发性下静脉曲张。患者服用本发明药方治疗一个疗
程后,复诊肿痛消退,行动自由,原曲张的静脉也没有条索状物。继续服药治疗两个疗程后,
痊愈。随访,至今未复发。
[0023] 例3 :陈某,男,35岁,河北人。患者患静脉曲张已数年了,两侧下肢小腿内侧及足 背,静脉怒张,肿胀,疼痛,行动及站立过久,以上症状加剧,局部皮肤色素沉着呈青紫色,局 部发痒,行动不便,早上起床症状见轻,但踝部肿胀尚不能完全消退,曾做过局部注射治疗, 效果不佳。中度静脉曲张。患者服用本方一个疗程,症状明显减轻。患者继续用药,两个疗 程后,浮肿已完全消退,能自由行动,痊愈。电话随访,未见复发。
[0024] 例4:闰某,女,54岁,辽宁人。四年前,血管扭曲,像蜘蛛网、蚯蚓。腿逐渐变得酸 痛、麻胀,后来出现水肿和溃疡的症状。服用本发明中药1个疗程,血管壁内皮细胞获得再 生修复,静脉血管光滑流畅,弹性再生修复,巻曲血管恢复,两个疗程静脉团舒展散解、修复 静脉瓣膜,临床症状消失。三个疗程发炎部位血液循环恢复正常,新的肌肉正常作用,皮肤 色素、硬皮逐渐消失,而且神经纤维再生,神经调节能力恢复;一些部分肢体已坏死的重症 患者坏死部分自行脱落而痊愈。

- 一种治疗静脉曲张的药物,其特征在于,制成药物有效成分的原料药按下述重量为:紫草15-25克,当归10-20克,黄芪10-20克,牛膝10-20克,赤芍5-15克,川芎5-15克,太子参5-15克,桃仁5-8克,红花5-8克,炙甘草5-8克。
