Abstract

本发明公开了一种抗菌泡腾片及其制备方法。抗菌泡腾片包括以下重量份组分：2535％苦参、1525％蛇床子、812％红花、81％当归、0.51.5％血蝎、1.52％芦荟、0.51％冰片、1520％醋酸氯已定、1522％碳酸氢钠、1522％酒石酸、3035％淀粉以及0.51.2％硬脂酸镁。本发明涉及的抗菌泡腾片抗菌效果明显、成本低。

抗菌泡腾片及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及生物制药领域，特别是涉及一种抗菌泡腾片及其制备方法。
背景技术
传统的抗菌泡腾片的抗菌效果并不十分明显，并且成本高。
发明内容
基于此，有必要提供一种抗菌效果明显、成本低的抗菌泡腾片。
一种抗菌泡腾片，包括以下重量份组分：25-35％苦参、15-25％蛇床子、8-12％红花、8-1％当归、0.5-1.5％血蝎、1.5-2％芦荟、0.5-1％冰片、15-20％醋酸氯已定、15-22％碳酸氢钠、15-22％酒石酸、30-35％淀粉以及0.5-1.2％硬脂酸镁。
在其中一个实施例中，包括以下重量份组分：30％苦参、20％蛇床子、10％红花、10％当归、1％血蝎、2％芦荟、0.5％冰片、16.5％醋酸氯已定、20％碳酸氢钠、20％酒石酸、32％淀粉以及1％硬脂酸镁。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种抗菌泡腾片的制备方法。
一种抗菌泡腾片的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
取以下重量份组分：苦参、蛇床子、红花、当归、血蝎、芦荟、冰片、醋酸氯已定、碳酸氢钠、酒石酸、淀粉以及硬脂酸镁；
(1)将所述冰片采用乙醇溶解，得到冰片乙醇溶解液，备用；
(2)将所述碳酸氢钠过100目筛，加入淀粉以及淀粉浆湿润，制粒后干燥制得第一中间颗粒，备用；
(3)将所述酒石酸分别过100目筛，加入淀粉以及淀粉浆湿润，制粒后干燥制得第二中间颗粒
(4)将所述血蝎以及所述芦荟分别干燥后过100目筛，备用；
(5)取所述苦参、蛇床子、红花、当归，加水煎煮2次，第一次加入所述苦参、蛇床子、红花、当归总量的8倍的水煎煮2h，第二次加入所述苦参、蛇床子、红花、当归总量的6倍的水煎煮1.5h，合并两次煎煮的煎煮液，过滤后浓缩至相对密度为1.30，干燥后粉碎成细粉，所得的细粉通过所述醋酸氯已定溶解后再与步骤(3)中干燥的所述血蝎以及所述芦荟混合得混合物，在所述混合物中加入淀粉、乙醇混合制粒后干燥制得第三中间颗粒；
(6)将步骤(2)中制得的第一中间颗粒、步骤(3)制得的第二中间颗粒以及步骤(5)中制得的第三中间颗粒混合后通过步骤(1)中制得所述冰片乙醇溶解液溶解，再加入硬脂酸镁混合均匀制得半成品；
(7)将步骤(6)中的半成品经过分装、检验、包装以及消毒，及制得抗菌泡腾片。
在其中一个实施例中，步骤(2)中所述的干燥温度为60-70℃。
在其中一个实施例中，步骤(3)中所述的干燥温度为60-70℃。
在其中一个实施例中，步骤(5)中所述的干燥温度为75-85℃。
本发明涉及的抗菌泡腾片抗菌效果好，成分综合利用率高，产品储运方便。并且生产制作工艺简单，对设备的要求低，成本低。
具体实施方式
实施例1
本实施例提供了一种抗菌泡腾片。
一种抗菌泡腾片，包括以下重量份组分：25-35％苦参、15-25％蛇床子、8-12％红花、8-1％当归、0.5-1.5％血蝎、1.5-2％芦荟、0.5-1％冰片、15-20％醋酸氯已定、15-22％碳酸氢钠、15-22％酒石酸、30-35％淀粉以及0.5-1.2％硬脂酸镁。
实施例2
本实施例提供了一种抗菌泡腾片。
包括以下重量份组分：30％苦参、20％蛇床子、10％红花、10％当归、1％血蝎、2％芦荟、0.5％冰片、16.5％醋酸氯已定、20％碳酸氢钠、20％酒石酸、32％淀粉以及1％硬脂酸镁。
实施例3
本实施例的在于提供一种抗菌泡腾片的制备方法。
一种抗菌泡腾片的制备方法，包括以下步骤：
取以下重量份组分：苦参、蛇床子、红花、当归、血蝎、芦荟、冰片、醋酸氯已定、碳酸氢钠、酒石酸、淀粉以及硬脂酸镁；
(1)将所述冰片采用乙醇溶解，得到冰片乙醇溶解液，备用；
(2)将所述碳酸氢钠过100目筛，加入淀粉以及淀粉浆湿润，制粒后，60-70℃干燥制得第一中间颗粒，备用；
(3)将所述酒石酸分别过100目筛，加入淀粉以及淀粉浆湿润，制粒后，60-70℃干燥制得第二中间颗粒
(4)将所述血蝎以及所述芦荟分别干燥后过100目筛，备用；
(5)取所述苦参、蛇床子、红花、当归，加水煎煮2次，第一次加入所述苦参、蛇床子、红花、当归总量的8倍的水煎煮2h，第二次加入所述苦参、蛇床子、红花、当归总量的6倍的水煎煮1.5h，合并两次煎煮的煎煮液，过滤后浓缩至相对密度为1.30，干燥后粉碎成细粉，所得的细粉通过所述醋酸氯已定溶解后再与步骤(3)中干燥的所述血蝎以及所述芦荟混合得混合物，在所述混合物中加入淀粉、乙醇混合制粒后，75-85℃干燥制得第三中间颗粒；
(6)将步骤(2)中制得的第一中间颗粒、步骤(3)制得的第二中间颗粒以及步骤(5)中制得的第三中间颗粒混合后通过步骤(1)中制得所述冰片乙醇溶解液溶解，再加入硬脂酸镁混合均匀制得半成品；
(7)将步骤(6)中的半成品经过分装、检验、包装以及消毒，及制得抗菌泡腾片。
本发明涉及的抗菌泡腾片抗菌效果好，成分综合利用率高，产品储运方便。并且生产制作工艺简单，对设备的要求低，成本低。

Claims (6)

1.一种抗菌泡腾片，其特征在于，包括以下重量份组分：25-35％苦参、15-25％蛇床子、8-12％红花、8-1％当归、0.5-1.5％血蝎、1.5-2％芦荟、0.5-1％冰片、15-20％醋酸氯已定、15-22％碳酸氢钠、15-22％酒石酸、30-35％淀粉以及0.5-1.2％硬脂酸镁。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗菌泡腾片，其特征在于，包括以下重量份组分：30％苦参、20％蛇床子、10％红花、10％当归、1％血蝎、2％芦荟、0.5％冰片、16.5％醋酸氯已定、20％碳酸氢钠、20％酒石酸、32％淀粉以及1％硬脂酸镁。
3.一种抗菌泡腾片的制备方法，其特征在于，包括以下步骤：
取以下重量份组分：苦参、蛇床子、红花、当归、血蝎、芦荟、冰片、醋酸氯已定、碳酸氢钠、酒石酸、淀粉以及硬脂酸镁；
(1)将所述冰片采用乙醇溶解，得到冰片乙醇溶解液，备用；
(2)将所述碳酸氢钠过100目筛，加入淀粉以及淀粉浆湿润，制粒后干燥制得第一中间颗粒，备用；
(3)将所述酒石酸分别过100目筛，加入淀粉以及淀粉浆湿润，制粒后干燥制得第二中间颗粒
(4)将所述血蝎以及所述芦荟分别干燥后过100目筛，备用；
(5)取所述苦参、蛇床子、红花、当归，加水煎煮2次，第一次加入所述苦参、蛇床子、红花、当归总量的8倍的水煎煮2h，第二次加入所述苦参、蛇床子、红花、当归总量的6倍的水煎煮1.5h，合并两次煎煮的煎煮液，过滤后浓缩至相对密度为1.30，干燥后粉碎成细粉，所得的细粉通过所述醋酸氯已定溶解后再与步骤(3)中干燥的所述血蝎以及所述芦荟混合得混合物，在所述混合物中加入淀粉、乙醇混合制粒后干燥制得第三中间颗粒；
(6)将步骤(2)中制得的第一中间颗粒、步骤(3)制得的第二中间颗粒以及步骤(5)中制得的第三中间颗粒混合后通过步骤(1)中制得所述冰片乙醇溶解液溶解，再加入硬脂酸镁混合均匀制得半成品；
(7)将步骤(6)中的半成品经过分装、检验、包装以及消毒，及制得抗菌泡腾片。
4.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌泡腾片的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(2)中所述的干燥温度为60-70℃。
5.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌泡腾片的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(3)中所述的干燥温度为60-70℃。
6.根据权利要求3所述的抗菌泡腾片的制备方法，其特征在于，步骤(5)中所述的干燥温度为75-85℃。
