Abstract
本发明公开一种手部稳定装置,包括手套本体和设置在手套本体手背部基板上的陀螺装置、蓄电装置和调节装置,所述陀螺装置通过外壳设置在所述手套本体的手背部基板上,所述陀螺装置包括电机、转轴和陀螺转子,所述电机与所述外壳的顶部固定相连,所述电机下部通过转轴与所述陀螺转子相连,使所述陀螺转子贴近所述手套本体的手背部基板;所述电机通过导线与所述调节装置和蓄电装置依次相连,由所述调节装置控制所述陀螺装置。本发明具有体积小、重量轻、成本低、功耗低的特点,利用高速旋转的陀螺转子具有的定轴性的特点,高速电机带动转子高速旋转,产生的角动量使得陀螺转子以及整个手套抗拒微小的振动,从而保持稳定。

技术领域
本发明是一种手稳定装置,具体是一种可以使佩戴者的手部保持稳定的仪器。
背景技术
在微电路焊接和精密元件安装以及其他需要精密操作的活动过程中,操作人员手部的稳定对于结果起到了至关重要的作用。一个绕对称轴高速旋转的飞轮转子叫陀螺,螺旋仪是一种用来传感与维持方向的装置,基于角动量守恒的理论设计出来的。陀螺仪主要是由一个位于轴心且可旋转的转子构成,陀螺仪一旦开始旋转,由于转子的角动量,陀螺仪有抗拒方向改变的趋向;陀螺仪具有的这种力图保持其旋转轴在惯性空间内的方向稳定性不变的特性称为定轴性。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于:提出一种手部稳定装置,通过转轴带动陀螺转子高速旋转,产生的转动惯量保持使用者手部的稳定,确保使用者在微电路焊接和精密元件安装等领域能够准确稳定操作。
本发明实现以上发明目的的技术方案是:本发明提供一种手部稳定装置,包括手套本体和设置在手套本体手背部基板上的陀螺装置、蓄电装置和调节装置,所述陀螺装置通过外壳设置在所述手套本体的手背部基板上,所述陀螺装置包括电机、转轴和陀螺转子,所述电机与所述外壳的顶部固定相连,所述电机下部通过转轴与所述陀螺转子相连,使所述陀螺转子贴近所述手套本体的手背部基板,陀螺转子越接近手背,其稳定性能越突出,在保证转子工作运转正常的情况下,使得陀螺转子尽量接近手背部;所述电机通过导线与所述调节装置和蓄电装置依次相连,由所述调节装置控制所述陀螺装置。
本发明的进一步限定技术方案,前述的手部稳定装置,所述手套本体内设有夹层,所述导线通过夹层与各装置相连。
前述的手部稳定装置,所述手套本体为露指手套,在所述手套本体的手腕部和拇指部均设有带魔术贴的固定带,保证手套本体与佩戴者手部固定良好,从而确保陀螺装置能够发挥稳定手部的作用。
前述的手部稳定装置,所述调节装置为滑动变阻器,通过控制电流大小,实现陀螺装置的调速,满足不同佩戴者在不同场合的使用需求。
前述的手部稳定装置,罩壳由透明塑料制成,所述外壳与所述手套本体手背部基板粘接固定,便于观察陀螺装置的工作情况,保证设备的工作稳定。
进一步的,前述的手部稳定装置,所述蓄电装置包括锂电池组和充放电电路板,在所述充放电电路板上设有充电接口。
本发明的技术效果为:本发明具有体积小、重量轻、成本低、功耗低的特点,利用高速旋转的陀螺转子具有的定轴性的特点,高速电机带动转子高速旋转,产生的角动量使得陀螺转子以及整个手套抗拒微小的振动,从而保持稳定,填补这一领域的市场空白,对于微电路焊接和精密元件安装以及其他需要精密操作的活动提供有力保障,使产品合格率得以大大提高。

具体实施方式
下面通过附图对本发明技术方案进行详细说明,但是本发明的保护范围不局限于所述实施例。
实施例1
本实施例提供的一种手部稳定装置,结构如图1和图2所示,包括手套本体1和设置在手套本体手背部基板上的陀螺装置2、蓄电装置3和调节装置4,手套本体1为露指手套,手套的指端部均设有指尖开口8,在手套本体的手腕部和拇指部均设有带魔术贴5的固定带6,陀螺装置通过外壳12粘接在手套本体的手背部基板上,陀螺装置2包括电机13、转轴14和陀螺转子15,电机与外壳的顶部固定相连,电机下部通过转轴与陀螺转子相连,使陀螺转子贴近手套本体的手背部基板;电机通过导线7与调节装置4和蓄电装置3依次相连,由调节装置控制陀螺装置,手套本体内设有夹层,导线通过夹层与各装置相连,蓄电装置包括锂电池组10和充放电电路板,在充放电电路板上设有充电接口9。
本实施例在使用时,将手套本体穿戴并固定好固定带后,打开调节开关,蓄电装置给陀螺装置提供电力,陀螺装置的高速旋转产生的转动惯量保持手套稳定,抵抗手部的微小抖动。调节旋钮为滑动变阻器结构,串联在电源和直流电机之间,电源提供恒定电压,转动旋钮时,电阻发生变化,由于分压原理,施加在电机之间的电压发生变化,达到调节转速的目的。同时转速的改变会影响陀螺效应,以应对不同程度的手部抖动。

Claims (7)
1.一种手部稳定装置,其特征在于:包括手套本体和设置在手套本体手背部基板上的陀螺装置、蓄电装置和调节装置,所述陀螺装置通过外壳设置在所述手套本体的手背部基板上,所述陀螺装置包括电机、转轴和陀螺转子,所述电机与所述外壳的顶部固定相连,所述电机下部通过转轴与所述陀螺转子相连,使所述陀螺转子贴近所述手套本体的手背部基板;所述电机通过导线与所述调节装置和蓄电装置依次相连,由所述调节装置控制所述陀螺装置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的手部稳定装置,其特征在于:所述手套本体内设有夹层,所述导线通过夹层与各装置相连。
3.根据权利要求1所述的手部稳定装置,其特征在于:所述手套本体为露指手套,在所述手套本体的手腕部和拇指部均设有带魔术贴的固定带。
4.根据权利要求1所述的手部稳定装置,其特征在于:所述调节装置为滑动变阻器。
5.根据权利要求1所述的手部稳定装置,其特征在于:所述外壳与所述手套本体手背部基板粘接固定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的手部稳定装置,其特征在于:所述蓄电装置包括锂电池组和充放电电路板,在所述充放电电路板上设有充电接口。
7.根据权利要求5所述的手部稳定装置,其特征在于:所述罩壳由透明塑料制成。
