本发明公开一种含有负载何首乌提取物滤网片的滤棒,包括滤棒本体,所述滤棒本体包括滤棒丝束、滤网片和滤棒成型纸,所述滤棒成型纸包裹滤棒丝束与滤网片,所述滤网片设有一片或一片以上、且呈等距放置于滤棒丝束中间,所述滤网片上负载吸附有何首乌提取物,所述滤网片的基体为多孔状植物纤维,该用于卷烟中的滤棒能丰富卷烟香气、增强烟气生津感并吸附烟气有害物质。

技术领域
本发明属于烟草滤棒生产技术领域,具体涉及一种含有负载何首乌提取物滤网片的滤棒。
背景技术
随着消费者健康意识的不断增强,控烟形势的日益严峻,同时,也督促着卷烟技术的不断创新发展。近年来,多种新型卷烟降焦减害技术得到开发应用,例如接装纸新型打孔技术、新型卷烟纸、新型复合滤棒、新型滤棒添加剂等,但是总体而言,烟气过滤方式仍然主要是通过对烟气中气溶胶颗粒的碰撞、截留等物理方式来实现。
何首乌(学名:Fallopiamultiflora(Thunb.)Harald.),又名多花蓼、紫乌藤、夜交藤等。是蓼科蓼族何首乌属多年生缠绕藤本植物,块根肥厚,长椭圆形,黑褐色。生山谷灌丛、山坡林下、沟边石隙。产陕西南部、甘肃南部、华东、华中、华南、四川、云南及贵州。其块根入药,可安神、养血、活络,解毒(截疟)、消痈;制首乌可补益精血、乌须发、强筋骨、补肝肾,是常见贵细中药材。
近年来,对于何首乌的功能成分和应用有很多报道,但将何首乌应用于卷烟中尚未见有相关的报道。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能丰富卷烟香气、增强烟气生津感并吸附烟气有害物质的用于卷烟中且含有负载何首乌提取物滤网片的滤棒。
为了解决上述的问题,本发明采用的技术以及方法如下:
一种含有负载何首乌提取物滤网片的滤棒,包括滤棒本体,所述滤棒本体包括滤棒丝束、滤网片和滤棒成型纸,所述滤棒成型纸包裹滤棒丝束与滤网片,所述滤网片设有一片或一片以上、且呈等距放置于滤棒丝束中间,所述滤网片上负载吸附有何首乌提取物,所述滤网片的基体为多孔状植物纤维。
进一步的,所述滤网片通过二元或多元滤棒复合工艺放置于基棒衔接处或者直接置于滤棒本体的居中位置。
进一步的,所述每一滤棒本体内设有1-3片滤网片。
该滤棒既可以单独应用,也可以与其他滤棒复合应用。
滤网片长度、网孔大小或多少可控、负载何首乌提取物方式多样,负载量易于控制,是优良的减害降焦、增香提质制剂的负载载体;同时由于滤网片在卷烟滤棒中的数量、位置可调,滤网片长度、孔径可控,因而能够在较好的降焦减害的同时调节卷烟滤棒吸阻。何首乌提取物在滤网片的负载方式、负载量可控,因而能够较好的在调节卷烟滤棒吸阻的同时达到降刺、降焦、减害、增香、提质功能。同时本发明对设备要求简单,易于实现,且可以与其他类型的卷烟滤棒复合制备、使用,因而具有较好的实用价值。
本发明的有益效果为:1、该滤网片在滤棒中以单片或者多片等距放置于滤棒丝束中间;2、该滤网片基体为多孔状植物纤维,滤网片长度、孔径可控;3、该滤网片上负载吸附有何首乌提取物,何首乌提取物在滤网片上的负载方式、负载量可控;4、设计合理,结构简单,适宜推广。

具体实施方式
参阅图1‐2所示,一种含有负载何首乌提取物滤网片的滤棒,包括滤棒本体1,所述滤棒本体1包括滤棒丝束2、滤网片3和滤棒成型纸4,所述滤棒成型纸4包裹滤棒丝束2与滤网片3,所述滤网片3设有一片或一片以上、且呈等距放置于滤棒丝束2中间,所述滤网片3上负载吸附有何首乌提取物(未图示),何首乌提取物在滤网片3上的负载方式、负载量可以根据卷烟香气设计而进行调整,所述滤网片3的基体为多孔状植物纤维,滤网的长度、网孔大小或多少可以根据卷烟吸阻及焦油设计而进行调整。
所述滤网片3通过二元或多元滤棒复合工艺放置于基棒衔接处或者直接置于滤棒本体1的居中位置。
所述每一滤棒本体1内设有1-3片滤网片3。
所述何首乌提取物的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
第一步:何首乌500g,在40℃条件下烘干、粉碎后置于5L玻璃容器中;
第二步:向容器中添加3L二氯甲烷,与何首乌粉末均匀混合后置于功率为1.5WPcm2的超声池中超声30min;
第三步:向超声后的何首乌、二氯甲烷混合液中添加适量无水碳酸钠进行干燥,然后过滤得到何首乌二氯甲烷提取液;
第四步:得到的何首乌二氯甲烷提取液通过低温真空旋转蒸发仪浓缩的到何首乌提取物。
以某具体规格为例,滤网片1材质为木质纤维素网片,滤网片长度为5mm,网孔直径大小约为0.15mm,单片滤网片负载何首乌提取物量约为1.5mg,何首乌提取物通过浸泡方式负载于滤网片上。以相同添加量的何首乌颗粒作为对照。抽吸实验表明,相同何首乌提取物添加量情况下,与何首乌颗粒在滤棒丝束中均匀分布对照相比,本发明所提供的卷烟滤棒,吸阻较小,且主流烟气过滤效果相当甚至更优,因而具有较好的技术效果(表1)。

本发明的有益效果为:1、该滤网片在滤棒中以单片或者多片等距放置于滤棒丝束中间;2、该滤网片基体为多孔状植物纤维,滤网片长度、孔径可控;3、该滤网片上负载吸附有何首乌提取物,何首乌提取物在滤网片上的负载方式、负载量可控;4、设计合理,结构简单,适宜推广。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何不经过创造性劳动想到的变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内,因此,本发明的保护范围应该以权利要求书所限定的保护范围为准。

1.一种含有负载何首乌提取物滤网片的滤棒,其特征在于:包括滤棒本体,所述滤棒本体包括滤棒丝束、滤网片和滤棒成型纸,所述滤棒成型纸包裹滤棒丝束与滤网片,所述滤网片设有一片或一片以上、且呈等距放置于滤棒丝束中间,所述滤网片上负载吸附有何首乌提取物,所述滤网片的基体为多孔状植物纤维。
2.如权利要求1所述的含有负载何首乌提取物滤网片的滤棒,其特征在于:所述滤网片通过二元或多元滤棒复合工艺放置于基棒衔接处或者直接置于滤棒本体的居中位置。
3.如权利要求1所述的含有负载何首乌提取物滤网片的滤棒,其特征在于:所述每一滤棒本体内设有1-3片滤网片。
