Abstract
本发明公开了一种防治花生青枯病的生物源农药及制备方法,属于农药技术领域。本发明选择中草药长萼鸡眼草、板蓝根、松萝、苦地丁、岩豇豆、罗锅底,采用蒸煮水提的方法,制成生物源农药用于防治花生青枯病,经田间试验证明,防治效果较好,无污染和农药残留。

技术领域
本发明属于生物农药技术领域,尤其涉及一种防治花生青枯病的生物源农药及制备方法。
背景技术
花生青枯病危害性较大又最常见,防治不及时,会导致减产10%~40%。因此,识别和掌握花生青枯病的发生及流行规律,及时有效地进行防治,是花生高产的重要措施。目前,对花生青枯病的防治主要以化学农药为主,不但对环境造成污染,在花生中有残留,对人体健康造成危害。为此,我们经过多年的实践,研制出一种具有绿色环保的防治花生青枯病的生物源农药,经田间防治试验证明,不但防治效果好,而且环保绿色。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种防治效果显著、无农药残留、无环境污染的防治花生青枯病的生物源农药。
本发明的目的是通过以下技术方案实现的,该防治花生青枯病的生物源农药是由以下重量份的中草药制成:长萼鸡眼草30-40份、板蓝根40-50份、松萝32-40份、苦地丁28-34份、岩豇豆40-50份、罗锅底35-45份。
优选的:长萼鸡眼草35份、板蓝根45份、松萝36份、苦地丁31份、岩豇豆45份、罗锅底40份。
制备方法:按以上重量份称取长萼鸡眼草、板蓝根、松萝、苦地丁、岩豇豆、罗锅底粉碎混匀后,分别加入适量的水熬3遍,每遍熬制到2L合并滤液,并用多层纱布和滤纸过滤,加热合并后的滤液浓缩至2L制成水剂,即得本发明的生物源农药。
各中药的特性:长萼鸡眼草对弗氏、舒氏、志贺氏痢疾杆菌等有一定的抑制作用;板蓝根对枯草杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、八联球菌、大肠杆菌、伤寒杆菌、副伤寒杆菌、痢疾杆菌、肠炎杆菌等都有较强的抑制作用;松萝其抗菌谱主要为革兰氏阳性细菌及结核杆菌,对肺炎球菌、溶血性链球菌、白喉杆菌、结核杆菌等都有很强的抑制作用;苦地丁对甲型链球菌、肺炎球菌、卡他球菌、痢疾杆菌、大肠杆菌、绿脓杆菌等有抑制作用;岩豇豆对金黄色葡萄球菌、白色葡萄球菌、草绿色链球菌、卡他球菌等有较强的抑制作用;罗锅底对弗氏痢疾杆菌、溶血性链球菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、猪霍乱沙门氏菌等都有不同程度的抑制作用;
本发明的有益效果:对农作物无药害、无残留、不污染环境及农产品,不杀天敌,对哺乳动物无致畸、致癌、致突变等危害,高效安全,防效好。
田间试验资料
1、在自家园内对发生青枯病的花生进行防治,设立试验组和对照组:在其它条件相同的情况下,试验组采用中草药制成的生物农药120倍液喷雾防治,对照组用14%络氨铜水剂300倍液喷雾防治,兑水药量都是40kg/亩,对开始发病的花生植株进行施药,使用喷雾器定量均匀喷雾。
2、调查内容及方法施药后8天开始进行调查,试验组和对照组各调查50病株,其中试验组50病株中有48株复活,2株死亡,复活率为96%;对照组调查50病株中30病株复活,20病株死亡,复活率为60%。实验组与对照相比,实验组防治效果显著。
具体实施方式
实施方式一:称取长萼鸡眼草300克、板蓝根400克、松萝320克、苦地丁280克、岩豇豆400克、罗锅底350克,粉碎混匀后,分别加入18L、10L、10L的水熬3遍,每遍熬制到2L合并滤液,并用多层纱布和滤纸过滤,加热合并后的滤液浓缩至2L制成水剂,即得本发明的生物源农药。
实施方式二:称取长萼鸡眼草350克、板蓝根450克、松萝360克、苦地丁310克、岩豇豆450克、罗锅底400克,制备方法同实施方式一。
实施方式三:称取长萼鸡眼草400克、板蓝根500克、松萝400克、苦地丁340克、岩豇豆500克、罗锅底450克,制备方法同实施方式一。

1.一种防治花生青枯病的生物源农药,其特征在于该生物源农药是由以下重量份的中草药制成:长萼鸡眼草30-40份、板蓝根40-50份、松萝32-40份、苦地丁28-34份、岩豇豆40-50份、罗锅底35-45份。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种防治花生青枯病的生物源农药,其特征在于该生物源农药是由以下重量份的中草药制成:优选的:长萼鸡眼草35份、板蓝根45份、松萝36份、苦地丁31份、岩豇豆45份、罗锅底40份。
