Motor fixing device and mobile terminal
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of mobile communication devices, and particularly relates to a motor fixing device and a mobile terminal.
Background
The mobile phone motor generally refers to a small vibration motor applied to a mobile phone, and the main function of the mobile phone motor is to enable the mobile phone to generate a vibration effect.
The process type and application of the mobile phone motor are as follows:
1. the wire type is manual welding and socket with connector;
the material cost is low, a manufacturer needs to increase manual welding and assembling operation flows, and the labor cost is high;
2. the spring pieces are in contact type; special structural design and matching are needed, and the replaceability is poor;
3. the paster type: the method is divided into a planar surface mount type and a sinking plate surface mount type; early motor designers could not reduce the thickness of the motor to the minimum to meet the requirement of ultra-thin mobile phones, and developed a sinking plate type, which saves the thickness space of the PCB. The patch type motor has higher requirements on related materials because of the need of high-temperature reflow soldering, and the corresponding quality is the best of various types of motors and is also a material recommended by international brand mobile phones.
No matter which kind of technology connected mode, the motor all is direct and PCB board is connected, causes the motor to drive whole PCB board when the vibration so all at the vibration, and the vibration will produce the risk that takes off to all components and parts of being connected with the PCB board, also breaks away from with the PCB board easily including the motor itself, causes the cell-phone to damage. The user feels not good enough to use.
