Abstract

本发明介绍了一种新型高效节能金属氢化物放电灯管的制备方法,整套灯管系统包括:电源,耐高温透明陶瓷管,两端电极,以及发光材料构成。电源由镇流器,启动器以及高频电流发生器组成,耐高温陶瓷管内装有发光材料锂的氢化物以及金属镍粉。灯管接通电源后,高压电流首先击穿陶瓷管内的氢气,之后产生的高温使锂的氢化物分解,电压降低后镇流器限流灯管稳定发光。

本发明专利涉及一种新型高效气体放电灯管。
背景技术
陶瓷金卤灯被国际照明界誉为“照明之王”,以其光效高、显色性好、多色调、寿命长、能耗低著称,陶瓷金卤灯是目前所有高强度气体放电灯中综合技术参数最佳的电光源,顺应了当今世界对节能照明产品的要求。它在商业照明、道路照明、工矿企事业室内外照明等领域的市场应用前景十分广阔。
陶瓷金卤灯专利大部分都被三大行业巨头如:通用照明,飞利浦以及欧司朗所掌握,国内企业很难有所作为。
本专利以金属卤素灯为蓝本,发明了一种新型高效节能灯管,该灯管具有发光效率高,灯管不闪烁,寿命长,节能,环保等优点,是国内取代金属卤素灯管的理想选择。
发明内容
原理:本发明公开了一种新型高效气体放电灯管制备方法,灯管由耐高温透明陶瓷管,两端电极,发光材料以及电源构成。
发光材料由处理过的纳米镍粉,锂的氢化物以及氢气组成。
灯管接通电源后,启动器产生的高压将灯管内的氢气击穿,灯管内温度迅速升高,锂的氢化物开始分解为氢气和金属锂。
分解的氢气和金属锂蒸汽使得灯管内气压和温度进一步升高,高压氢气开始大量进入到纳镍粉金属晶格内,镍原子在高热和脉冲电流的共同作用下发生共振,通过镍原子晶格的氢原子加速被电离并产生强烈的等离子体,整个灯管发出耀眼的强光。

具体实施方法
将纳米镍粉用浓度0.5~1%左右的稀盐酸浸泡数个小时,去掉表面的氧化层,然后用去离子水浸泡洗涤至PH值中性,再用乙醇中浸泡,过滤后将镍粉放入真空干燥箱内干燥备用。
将以上处理过的镍粉在氢气氛围内加热保温数天后冷却,在惰性气体保护的手套箱内将氢气处理过的镍粉和氢化锂按质量比1:1混合均匀后备用。
将陶瓷管1一端插入陶瓷塞3和金属钼帽4密封并插入钍钨电极2,另外一端装入50毫克氢化锂和氢气处理过的纳米镍粉5,抽真空后将另外一端密封,完成封装。封装后的灯管外观如图1。
将封装好的灯管在惰性气体高温炉内800~850度保温2~3小时,使部分氢化锂分解成氢气和金属锂,陶瓷灯管制备完成。
将陶瓷灯管密封到石英玻璃管内,玻璃管内充入氙气,氩气或其他惰性气体,外观如:附图2。

Claims (3)

1.灯管内发光材料由金属镍粉,以及锂的氢化物,或氢气组成,锂的氢化物包含氢化铝锂,氢化锂等含有氢和锂元素的化合物。
2.灯管材料由透明石英,透明陶瓷等耐高温透明材料组成。
3.灯管激发和运行电源为高频交流,或高频脉冲直流电源,脉冲频率50~10万赫兹。
