Abstract
The present invention provides a gas leakage automatic detection and shutdown system which comprises a first component, a second component, a third component, an alarm and a manipulator which are connected in order. The first component comprises a carbon monoxide concentration monitoring unit, a carbon dioxide concentration monitoring unit, an oxygen concentration monitoring unit, an oxide concentration monitoring unit and a temperature monitoring unit and is used for monitoring the data signals of the above indexes. The second component is a wireless sensing output terminal for sending the detection signals of the above indexes. The third component is an information processing terminal for receiving the detection of the above indexes and carrying out early alarming. The system can effectively detect the content of gas in the air and emits an alarm, the life and property risks brought by gas leakage are avoided timely, the commercialization is easy, the application range is wide, and the system can reliably work in a variety of harsh environments and is suitable for large-scale application.

Since gas is colorless and odorless, people cannot perceive the gas when the gas leaks, most of the gas alarms are used for reducing harm, can detect the concentration of nearby gas in real time and send out alarm signals when the concentration of the gas is higher than a set value. The alarm plays a vital role in daily life of people and industrial production such as coal mines, so that combustible gas and toxic and harmful gas in the surrounding environment can be accurately measured in real time, and the alarm has important significance for protecting the physical health and property safety of people. The method has wide application in many fields of national economy, such as enterprises and families in oil fields, mines, chemical engineering and the like, and is also an important project for environmental protection.
The gas alarm that uses at present has multiple type, but when taking place danger, traditional alarm working property is unstable, and monitoring accuracy is low, and it is inconvenient to use, is unfavorable for popularizing and applying, especially is not fit for the family and uses. The alarm no longer has other actions after reporting to the police, when nobody heard alarm signal, because the ventilation is not smooth, the coal gas of leaking can not in time be discharged, leads to the poisoning personnel to obtain the succour in time, causes the casualties, how effectual detection coal gas leakage, how to avoid giving people's life and property and causing great loss because of the coal gas leakage, is the problem that waits to solve urgently.

In view of the above problems in the prior art, an object of the present invention is to provide an automatic gas leakage detecting and closing system, which can automatically detect the gas content when gas leaks and send an alarm when gas leakage is determined.
In order to achieve the aim, the invention provides an automatic gas leakage detection and closing system which comprises a first assembly, a second assembly, a third assembly, an alarm and a manipulator, wherein the first assembly, the second assembly, the third assembly, the alarm and the manipulator are sequentially connected; wherein,
the first component comprises a carbon monoxide concentration monitoring unit, a carbon dioxide concentration monitoring unit, an oxygen concentration monitoring unit and a temperature monitoring unit and is used for monitoring data signals of the indexes;
the second component is a wireless sensing output terminal and is used for sending the detection signals of the indexes;
the third component is an information processing terminal and is used for receiving the detection signals of the indexes and giving an early warning.
Preferably, when the concentration of carbon monoxide, the concentration of carbon dioxide, the concentration of oxygen or the temperature received by the third component is higher than a preset value, the alarm gives an alarm and starts the manipulator to close the gas main valve.
More preferably, the alarm comprises a musical alarm and an audible and visual alarm.
Preferably, the first component is electrically connected with the second component, the second component is wirelessly connected with the third component, and the third component is electrically connected with the alarm.
Preferably, the electrical connection is a CAN bus electrical connection and the wireless connection is a wireless communication protocol data connection.
More preferably, the wireless communication protocol includes, but is not limited to, UWB, ZigBee, Bluetooth, Z-Wave or WIFI wireless communication protocol.
Preferably, the first component further includes a first processing module, a first transceiver module, a first power module, a first radio frequency module, a first power amplifier module, a first storage module, and a first UART serial port.
More preferably, the first processing module is electrically connected with the first radio frequency module, the first storage module and the first UART serial port respectively; the first transceiver module is electrically connected with the first power amplifier module; the first power supply module is respectively electrically connected with the first processing module, the first radio frequency module and the first power amplifier module and supplies power to the first processing module, the first radio frequency module and the first power amplifier module; the first storage module stores humidity information of the switch cabinet.
Preferably, the second assembly includes a second processing module, a second transceiver module, a second power module, a second radio frequency module, a second power amplifier module, a second storage module, a second CAN module and a second UART serial port.

Compared with the prior art, the automatic gas leakage detecting and closing system provided by the invention can effectively detect the content of gas in the air, prevent the gas leakage in time, avoid the life and property safety brought to people due to the gas leakage, and accurately measure the leakage of combustible gas and toxic and harmful gas in the surrounding environment; the device has the advantages of small volume, low cost, flexible application, strong anti-interference capability and the like; the device is easy to produce, has wide application range, can reliably work in various severe environments, and is suitable for large-scale popularization and application.

The present invention will be described more fully with reference to the following detailed description and accompanying drawings.
The invention provides an automatic gas leakage detection and closing system, which comprises a first component, a second component, a third component, an alarm and an exhaust fan, wherein the first component, the second component, the third component, the alarm and the exhaust fan are connected in sequence; the first component comprises a carbon monoxide concentration monitoring unit, a carbon dioxide concentration monitoring unit, an oxygen concentration monitoring unit and a temperature monitoring unit and is used for monitoring data signals of the indexes; the second component is a wireless sensing output terminal and is used for sending the detection signals of the indexes; the third component is an information processing terminal and is used for receiving the detection signals of the indexes and giving an early warning. When the concentration of carbon monoxide, the concentration of carbon dioxide, the concentration of oxygen or the temperature received by the third component are higher than preset values, the alarm gives an alarm and starts the manipulator to close the gas main valve. The alarm comprises a music alarm and an acousto-optic alarm.
The first assembly is electrically connected with the second assembly, the second assembly is wirelessly connected with the third assembly, and the third assembly is electrically connected with the alarm. The electric connection is CAN bus electric connection, and the wireless connection is wireless communication protocol data connection. The wireless communication protocol comprises but is not limited to UWB, ZigBee, Bluetooth, Z-Wave or WIFI wireless communication protocol. The first assembly further comprises a first processing module, a first transceiver module, a first power module, a first radio frequency module, a first power amplifier module, a first storage module and a first UART serial port. The first processing module is respectively electrically connected with the first radio frequency module, the first storage module and the first UART serial port; the first transceiver module is electrically connected with the first power amplifier module; the first power supply module is respectively electrically connected with the first processing module, the first radio frequency module and the first power amplifier module and supplies power to the first processing module, the first radio frequency module and the first power amplifier module; the first storage module stores humidity information of the switch cabinet. The second assembly comprises a second processing module, a second transceiver module, a second power module, a second radio frequency module, a second power amplifier module, a second storage module, a second CAN module and a second UART serial port. The second processing module is electrically connected with a second UART serial port, a second radio frequency module, a second storage module and a second CAN module respectively; the second transceiver module is connected with the second power amplifier module; the second power module is respectively electrically connected with the second processing module, the second radio frequency module and the second power amplifier module and supplies power to the second processing module, the second radio frequency module and the second power amplifier module. The third assembly comprises a third processing module, a third transceiver module, a third UART serial port, a third power module, a third radio frequency module, a third power amplifier module, a third storage module and a third CAN module. The third processing module is respectively and electrically connected with a third UART serial port, a third radio frequency module, a third storage module and a third CAN module; the third transceiver module is connected with the third power amplifier module; the third power module is respectively electrically connected with the third processing module, the third radio frequency module and the third power amplifier module and supplies power to the third processing module, the third radio frequency module and the third power amplifier module.

The gas leak automatic detection and shut-down system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: when the concentration of carbon monoxide, the concentration of carbon dioxide, the concentration of oxygen or the temperature received by the third component are higher than preset values, the alarm gives an alarm and starts the manipulator to close the gas main valve.
3. The gas leak automatic detection and shut-down system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the alarm comprises a music alarm and an acousto-optic alarm.
4. The gas leak automatic detection and shut-down system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first assembly is electrically connected with the second assembly, the second assembly is wirelessly connected with the third assembly, and the third assembly is electrically connected with the alarm.
5. The gas leak automatic detection and shut-down system as claimed in claim 4, wherein: the electric connection is CAN bus electric connection, and the wireless connection is wireless communication protocol data connection.
6. The gas leak automatic detection and shut-down system as claimed in claim 5, wherein: the wireless communication protocol comprises but is not limited to UWB, ZigBee, Bluetooth, Z-Wave or WIFI wireless communication protocol.

The gas leak automatic detection and shut-down system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the first assembly further comprises a first processing module, a first transceiver module, a first power module, a first radio frequency module, a first power amplifier module, a first storage module and a first UART serial port.

The gas leak automatic detection and shut-down system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the second assembly comprises a second processing module, a second transceiver module, a second power module, a second radio frequency module, a second power amplifier module, a second storage module, a second CAN module and a second UART serial port.

The gas leak automatic detection and shut-down system as recited in claim 8, wherein: the second processing module is electrically connected with a second UART serial port, a second radio frequency module, a second storage module and a second CAN module respectively; the second transceiver module is connected with the second power amplifier module; the second power module is respectively electrically connected with the second processing module, the second radio frequency module and the second power amplifier module and supplies power to the second processing module, the second radio frequency module and the second power amplifier module.

The gas leak automatic detection and shut-down system as claimed in claim 1, wherein: the third assembly comprises a third processing module, a third transceiver module, a third UART serial port, a third power module, a third radio frequency module, a third power amplifier module, a third storage module and a third CAN module.
