本发明涉及一种气囊增压液压油箱,包括箱体,箱体上设有进油管及出油管,箱体内设有将箱体内腔分隔成上腔及下腔的弹片,上腔中装置气囊,气囊上设有进气管及出气管,出气管上设置阀门,所述弹片带有弧形结构,所述下腔中还滑动连接压板,压板包括两层,上层压板借助立板与所述弹片连接,下层压板借助弹簧与箱体的内底面连接。本发明结构简单,通过气囊实现对箱体中油液的增压,与压板增压相结合,提高增压效果;双层压板结构,实现增压平稳,提高可靠性。

技术领域:
本发明涉及液压设备领域,特别涉及增压油箱。
背景技术:
液压系统中,油箱主要用来储油、散热及分离液压油中的空气、杂质等。油箱设计的好坏直接影响到液压元件及系统的工作可靠性,尤其对于液压泵的寿命有决定性的影响。对于海拔较高或者气压较小的环境下,若采用一般的开式油箱,往往导致液压泵入口压力的降低而引起液压泵的气蚀,严重影响液压系统的正常工作,因此需要采用增压油箱,增压油箱可以增加油箱油面上的压力,防止液压泵产生气蚀,从而有效地提高液压系统的高空性能。传统的增压油箱的缺点是增压效果不佳,油箱的出油压力较低。
发明内容:
本申请人针对传统增压油箱的上述缺点,进行研究和改进,提供一种气囊增压液压油箱,其具有结构简单、增压效果好的特点。
为了解决上述问题,本发明采用如下方案:
一种气囊增压液压油箱,包括箱体,箱体上设有进油管及出油管,箱体内设有将箱体内腔分隔成上腔及下腔的弹片,上腔中装置气囊,气囊上设有进气管及出气管,出气管上设置阀门,所述弹片带有弧形结构,所述下腔中还滑动连接压板,压板包括两层,上层压板借助立板与所述弹片连接,下层压板借助弹簧与箱体的内底面连接。
本发明的技术效果在于:
本发明结构简单,通过气囊实现对箱体中油液的增压,与压板增压相结合,提高增压效果;双层压板结构,实现增压平稳,提高可靠性。

如图1所示,本实施例的气囊增压液压油箱,包括箱体1,箱体1上设有进油管11及出油管12,箱体1内设有将箱体内腔分隔成上腔13及下腔14的弹片2,上腔13中装置气囊3,气囊3上设有进气管31及出气管32,出气管32上设置阀门4,弹片2带有弧形结构,下腔14中还滑动连接压板6,压板6包括两层,上层压板6借助立板5与弹片2连接,下层压板6借助弹簧7与箱体1的内底面连接。
本发明结构简单,通过气囊实现对箱体中油液的增压,与压板增压相结合,提高增压效果;双层压板结构,实现增压平稳,提高可靠性。

1.一种气囊增压液压油箱,包括箱体(1),箱体(1)上设有进油管(11)及出油管(12),箱体(1)内设有将箱体内腔分隔成上腔(13)及下腔(14)的弹片(2),上腔(13)中装置气囊(3),气囊(3)上设有进气管(31)及出气管(32),出气管(32)上设置阀门(4),其特征在于:所述弹片(2)带有弧形结构,所述下腔(14)中还滑动连接压板(6),压板(6)包括两层,上层压板(6)借助立板(5)与所述弹片(2)连接,下层压板(6)借助弹簧(7)与箱体(1)的内底面连接。
