切削液是一种用在金属切、削、磨加工过程中,用来冷却和润滑刀具和加工件的工业用液体,包括含有矿物油和添加剂的油基切削液,含有聚乙二醇或聚丙二醇作为主要组分的二醇基切削液,以及表面活性剂水溶液形式的水性切削液。油基切削液在切削点的冷却效果差,油基切削液会污染加工件或工具,需要用有机溶剂进一步进行清洗,对环境不友好,二醇基切削液和水性切削液在切削操作中的粘度稳定性以及磨料的分散稳定性方面表现较差。本发明切削液由多种功能助剂经科学复合配伍而成,同时具备良好的冷却性能、润滑性能、防锈性能、除油清洗功能、防腐功能、易稀释特点,克服了传统皂基乳化液夏天易臭、冬天难稀释、防锈效果差的的毛病,对车床漆也无不良影响,适用于黑色金属的切削及磨加工,属当前最领先的磨削产品。

所述防腐剂采用对羟基苯甲酸酯类防腐剂与苯甲酸及其盐类的混合物。
所述防腐剂采用20%对羟基苯甲酸甲酯与80%苯甲酸钠的混合物。
所述防腐剂采用10%磷酸酯、20%羧酸酯、40%对羟基苯甲酸酯和30%苯甲酸复合。

所述杀菌剂采用70%吗啉和30%吡啶硫酮钠的混合物。
所述耐磨剂采用纳米合金耐磨材料,所述纳米合金耐磨材料以铬铁、镍、钛铁、铜、圆钢为原材料熔融压制而成。
实施例2
一种环保金属切削液,其配方包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚5份、聚四氟乙烯4份、纳米碳酸钙8份、防腐剂4份、分散剂9份、杀菌剂6份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯3份、耐磨剂12份、纳米硼化钒4份、十二烯基丁二酸4份、水40份。
所述防腐剂采用10%磷酸酯、20%羧酸酯、40%对羟基苯甲酸酯和30%苯甲酸复合。
所述分散剂采用30%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和70%十二烷基苯磺酸钠的混合液。
所述杀菌剂采用20%甲壳素和80%有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂的混合物。
所述耐磨剂采用纳米合金耐磨材料,所述纳米合金耐磨材料以铬铁、镍、钛铁、铜、圆钢为原材料熔融压制而成。
实施例3
一种环保金属切削液,其配方包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚4份、聚四氟乙烯4份、纳米碳酸钙6份、防腐剂3份、分散剂7份、杀菌剂5份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯2份、耐磨剂10份、纳米硼化钒3份、十二烯基丁二酸3份、水30份。
所述防腐剂采用20%对羟基苯甲酸甲酯与80%苯甲酸钠的混合物。
所述分散剂采用30%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和70%十二烷基苯磺酸钠的混合液。
所述杀菌剂采用70%吗啉和30%吡啶硫酮钠的混合物。
所述耐磨剂采用纳米合金耐磨材料,所述纳米合金耐磨材料以铬铁、镍、钛铁、铜、圆钢为原材料熔融压制而成。

1.一种环保金属切削液,其配方包括:壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚3-5份、聚四氟乙烯3-4份、纳米碳酸钙5-8份、防腐剂2-4份、分散剂4-9份、杀菌剂4-6份、聚甘油脂肪酸酯2-3份、耐磨剂8-12份、纳米硼化钒2-4份、十二烯基丁二酸3-4份、水20-40份。
2.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保金属切削液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂采用对羟基苯甲酸酯类防腐剂与苯甲酸及其盐类的混合物。
3.根据权利要求书2所述的一种环保金属切削液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂采用20%对羟基苯甲酸甲酯与80%苯甲酸钠的混合物。
4.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保金属切削液,其特征在于,所述防腐剂采用10%磷酸酯、20%羧酸酯、40%对羟基苯甲酸酯和30%苯甲酸复合。
5.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保金属切削液,其特征在于,所述分散剂采用分散剂混合液。
6.根据权利要求书5所述的一种环保金属切削液,其特征在于,所述分散剂采用30%聚乙烯吡咯烷酮和70%十二烷基苯磺酸钠的混合液。
7.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保金属切削液,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂采用70%吗啉和30%吡啶硫酮钠的混合物。
8.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保金属切削液,其特征在于,所述杀菌剂采用20%甲壳素和80%有机硅季铵盐抗菌剂的混合物。
9.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保金属切削液,其特征在于,所述耐磨剂采用纳米合金耐磨材料。
10.根据权利要求书1所述的一种环保金属切削液,其特征在于,所述纳米合金耐磨材料以铬铁、镍、钛铁、铜、圆钢为原材料熔融压制而成。
