本发明公开了一种具有高涂布性能的胶料,所述胶料的原料组分包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体、N-苯基-2-萘胺、聚合松香、石蜡和碳酸钙,所述胶料以重量份计,包括的原料组分为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体 120-130份、N-苯基-2-萘胺 10-15份、聚合松香 12-20份、石蜡 3-7份、碳酸钙 8-13份,所述胶料涂布于基材上得到胶带。通过上述方式,本发明的具有高涂布性能的胶料,此胶料能够很容易的在胶带的基材上分散均匀,节约胶料的使用量,从而减少成本,采用此胶料得到的胶带使用效果好,能够满足不同消费者的需求。

一种具有高涂布性能的胶料
技术领域
本发明涉及胶带及其相关原料和生产领域,特别是涉及一种具有高涂布性能的胶料。
背景技术
1928年在美国明尼苏达圣保罗,理查德鲁发明了透明胶带。胶带按其功效分可以分为高温胶带、双面胶带、绝缘胶带、特种胶带、压敏胶带和模切胶带多种,不同功效的胶带能适合于不同的行业需求。人们为胶带找到了几百种用途,从补衣服到保护碰破的鸡蛋胶带都发挥了巨大作用。现有的胶带的涂布性能不能满足要求,涂布效果差。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种具有高涂布性能的胶料,胶料涂布效果好。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明采用的一个技术方案是:提供一种具有高涂布性能的胶料,所述胶料的原料组分包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体、N-苯基-2-萘胺、聚合松香、石蜡和碳酸钙,所述胶料以重量份计,包括的原料组分为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体120-130份、N-苯基-2-萘胺10-15份、聚合松香12-20份、石蜡3-7份、碳酸钙8-13份,所述胶料涂布于基材上得到胶带。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述胶料以重量份计,包括的原料组分为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体125份、N-苯基-2-萘胺13份、聚合松香16份、石蜡5份、碳酸钙10份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述胶料以重量份计,包括的原料组分为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体120份、N-苯基-2-萘胺15份、聚合松香20份、石蜡3份、碳酸钙8份。
在本发明一个较佳实施例中,所述涂料的涂布量为300-400g/m2
本发明的有益效果是:本发明的具有高涂布性能的胶料,此胶料能够很容易的在胶带的基材上分散均匀,节约胶料的使用量,从而减少成本,采用此胶料得到的胶带使用效果好,能够满足不同消费者的需求。

实施例一:
提供一种具有高涂布性能的胶料,所述胶料的原料组分包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体、N-苯基-2-萘胺、聚合松香、石蜡和碳酸钙。所述胶料以重量份计,包括的原料组分为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体125份、N-苯基-2-萘胺13份、聚合松香16份、石蜡5份、碳酸钙10份,所述胶料涂布于基材上得到胶带。所述涂料的涂布量为350g/m2
实施例二:
提供一种具有高涂布性能的胶料,所述胶料的原料组分包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体、N-苯基-2-萘胺、聚合松香、石蜡和碳酸钙。所述胶料以重量份计,包括的原料组分为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体120份、N-苯基-2-萘胺15份、聚合松香20份、石蜡3份、碳酸钙8份,所述胶料涂布于基材上得到胶带。所述涂料的涂布量为300g/m2
实施例三:
提供一种具有高涂布性能的胶料,所述胶料的原料组分包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体、N-苯基-2-萘胺、聚合松香、石蜡和碳酸钙,所述胶料以重量份计,包括的原料组分为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体130份、N-苯基-2-萘胺10份、聚合松香12份、石蜡7份、碳酸钙13份,所述胶料涂布于基材上得到胶带。所述涂料的涂布量为400g/m2
本发明的有益效果是:
一、所述胶料能够很容易的在胶带的基材上分散均匀,节约胶料的使用量,从而减少成本;
二、采用此胶料得到的胶带使用效果好,能够满足不同消费者的需求。

1.一种具有高涂布性能的胶料,其特征在于,所述胶料的原料组分包括乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体、N-苯基-2-萘胺、聚合松香、石蜡和碳酸钙,所述胶料以重量份计,包括的原料组分为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体120-130份、N-苯基-2-萘胺10-15份、聚合松香12-20份、石蜡3-7份、碳酸钙8-13份,所述胶料涂布于基材上得到胶带。
2.根据权利要求1所述的具有高涂布性能的胶料,其特征在于,所述胶料以重量份计,包括的原料组分为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体125份、N-苯基-2-萘胺13份、聚合松香16份、石蜡5份、碳酸钙10份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的具有高涂布性能的胶料,其特征在于,所述胶料以重量份计,包括的原料组分为:乙烯-醋酸乙烯-丙烯酸酯共聚体120份、N-苯基-2-萘胺15份、聚合松香20份、石蜡3份、碳酸钙8份。
4.根据权利要求1所述的具有高涂布性能的胶料,其特征在于,所述涂料的涂布量为300-400g/m2
