本发明公开了一种建筑用保温隔热材料,该材料组分按重量份为:粉煤灰空心微珠100-120份;珍珠岩30-40份;水镁石12-18份;水泥11-13份;石灰5-9份;石膏6-9份;粘结剂2-3份;减水剂2-5份。本发明的胶凝材料有水泥、石灰、石膏等,可以将水泥、石灰、石膏等胶凝材料单独地与粉煤灰空心微珠混合而制成本发明的无机保温隔热材料,加上粘结剂和减水剂,具有较强基体表面硬度和密实性,对砖、石、混凝土、木材、钢板有机材料等都有较强的附着力。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种隔热材料,尤其涉及一种保温隔热材料。
背景技术
目前保温材料多处于单一结构,如岩棉、玻璃纤维、陶瓷纤维等及制品属纤维状结构,珍珠岩、陶瓷微珠等属于颗粒微孔结构。这些单一结构的保温材料使用过程中都存在着保温性能因材料结构和施工而大大降低的问题。因此,目前建筑保温工程中急需一种既有很好的保温性能,同时有足够的强度及防火性能优良的保温材料,以弥补聚苯系列保温材料的缺陷。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种保温性能好的建筑用保温隔热材料。
本发明采用的技术方案:
一种建筑用保温隔热材料,该材料组分按重量份为:
粉煤灰空心微珠100-120份;
珍珠岩30-40份;
水镁石12-18份;
水泥11-13份;
石灰5-9份;
石膏6-9份;
粘结剂2-3份;
减水剂2-5份。
所述粘结剂为甲基纤维素或羟丙基甲基纤维素。
所述减水剂是月桂磺酸钠或松香酸钠。
对水镁石表面采用质量浓度5%稀硫酸进行活化处理。
本发明的优点是:本发明的胶凝材料有水泥、石灰、石膏等,可以将水泥、石灰、石膏等胶凝材料单独地与粉煤灰空心微珠混合而制成本发明的无机保温隔热材料,加上粘结剂和减水剂,具有较强基体表面硬度和密实性,对砖、石、混凝土、木材、钢板有机材料等都有较强的附着力。

实施例1
一种建筑用保温隔热材料,该材料组分按重量份为:
粉煤灰空心微珠100份;
珍珠岩30份;
水镁石12份;
水泥11份;
石灰5份;
石膏6份;
粘结剂2份;
减水剂2份。
粘结剂为甲基纤维素。减水剂是月桂磺酸钠。对水镁石表面采用质量浓度5%稀硫酸进行活化处理。
实施例2
一种建筑用保温隔热材料,该材料组分按重量份为:
粉煤灰空心微珠110份;
珍珠岩35份;
水镁石16份;
水泥12份;
石灰7份;
石膏7份;
粘结剂2份;
减水剂3份。
粘结剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素。减水剂是松香酸钠。对水镁石表面采用质量浓度5%稀硫酸进行活化处理。
实施例3
一种建筑用保温隔热材料,该材料组分按重量份为:
粉煤灰空心微珠120份;
珍珠岩40份;
水镁石18份;
水泥13份;
石灰9份;
石膏9份;
粘结剂3份;
减水剂5份。
粘结剂为羟丙基甲基纤维素。减水剂是月桂磺酸钠。对水镁石表面采用质量浓度5%稀硫酸进行活化处理。
在上述配方中水镁石含有纤维状的硅酸镁,特性之一是可吸附自身重量150%的水分,水分干燥后留下含微孔的纤维,配方中珍珠岩是颗粒(带微孔)状,填充在材料的纤维骨架中,使得本发明保温材料能够有效隔阻热传导、对流和辐射。
本发明的胶凝材料有水泥、石灰、石膏等,可以将水泥、石灰、石膏等胶凝材料单独地与粉煤灰空心微珠混合而制成本发明的无机保温隔热材料,加上粘结剂和减水剂,具有较强基体表面硬度和密实性,对砖、石、混凝土、木材、钢板有机材料等都有较强的附着力。

1.一种建筑用保温隔热材料,其特征在于:该材料组分按重量份为:
粉煤灰空心微珠100-120份;
珍珠岩30-40份;
水镁石12-18份;
水泥11-13份;
石灰5-9份;
石膏6-9份;
粘结剂2-3份;
减水剂2-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用保温隔热材料,其特征在于:所述粘结剂为甲基纤维素或羟丙基甲基纤维素。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用保温隔热材料,其特征在于:所述减水剂是月桂磺酸钠或松香酸钠。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种建筑用保温隔热材料,其特征在于:对水镁石表面采用质量浓度5%稀硫酸进行活化处理。
