本发明涉及煤浆设备,更具体地说是煤浆筛分设备。
背景技术
目前煤浆筛分通常是用水平筛网的煤浆筛,煤浆筛下还需要另行购买溜槽、煤浆罐等收集设备,完成筛分作业所需配备的设备数量多,经济性较差,且筛分速度慢,为此有必要发明新型煤浆筛分设备,将传统的筛分需要多个设备配合,改进为单个设备。
发明内容
为了解决目前煤浆筛分通常是用水平筛网的煤浆筛,煤浆筛下还需要另行购买溜槽、煤浆罐等收集设备,完成筛分作业所需配备的设备数量多,经济性较差,且筛分速度慢,本发明的目的是提供煤浆筛分设备,仅用单个设备完成筛分、收集、排料等工序,所需设备数量少,经济实用,且筛分速度快。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:电机通过传动轴与筛筒连接,筛筒外表面左侧未设置筛孔,筛筒外表面其余位置均匀分布有筛孔,筛筒与细颗粒煤浆收集筒的中心轴在一条直线上,细颗粒煤浆收集筒套装于筛筒外部,细颗粒煤浆收集筒左侧探出筛筒外部,细颗粒煤浆收集筒左侧设置有防泄露板,防泄露板左侧设置有密封圈,以防止煤浆泄露,细颗粒煤浆收集筒底部有细颗粒煤浆出口,筛筒左侧圆形侧板上设置有进浆口和粗颗粒煤浆出口,进浆口、粗颗粒煤浆出口、细颗粒煤浆出口上均设置有阀门。使用时,打开进浆口上的阀门将被筛分煤浆加入,电机带动筛筒旋转,细颗粒煤浆通过筛筒上的筛孔,被离心筛分进入细颗粒煤浆收集筒,筛分结束后,通过手动盘车使得粗颗粒煤浆出口位于底部,打开出浆口上的阀门将粗颗粒煤浆排出,打开细颗粒煤浆出口上的阀门将细颗粒煤浆排出。
本发明与现有技术相比有如下优点:将传统的煤浆筛分通常是用水平筛网的煤浆筛,煤浆筛下还需要另行购买溜槽、煤浆罐等收集设备,完成筛分作业所需配备的设备数量多,经济性较差,且筛分速度慢,改进为仅用单个设备完成筛分、收集、排料等工序,所需设备数量少,工艺简单,易操作、控制,经济实用,且筛分速度快。

具体实施方式
参照图1如下:煤浆筛分设备,电机1通过传动轴2与筛筒3连接,筛筒3外表面左侧未设置筛孔,筛筒3外表面其余位置均匀分布有筛孔,筛筒3与细颗粒煤浆收集筒4的中心轴在一条直线上,细颗粒煤浆收集筒4套装于筛筒3外部,细颗粒煤浆收集筒4左侧探出筛筒3外部,细颗粒煤浆收集筒4左侧设置有防泄露板5,防泄露板5左侧设置有密封圈6,以防止煤浆泄露,细颗粒煤浆收集筒4底部有细颗粒煤浆出口9,筛筒3左侧圆形侧板上设置有进浆口7和粗颗粒煤浆出口8,进浆口7、粗颗粒煤浆出口8、细颗粒煤浆出口9上均设置有阀门。使用时,打开进浆口7上的阀门将被筛分煤浆加入,电机带动筛筒3旋转,细颗粒煤浆通过筛筒2上的筛孔,被离心筛分进入细颗粒煤浆收集筒4,筛分结束后,通过手动盘车使得粗颗粒煤浆出口8位于底部,打开出浆口8上的阀门将粗颗粒煤浆排出,打开细颗粒煤浆出口9上的阀门将细颗粒煤浆排出。

1.煤浆筛分设备,电机(1)通过传动轴(2)与筛筒(3)连接,其特征在于:筛筒(3)与细颗粒煤浆收集筒(4)的中心轴在一条直线上,细颗粒煤浆收集筒(4)套装于筛筒(3)外部,细颗粒煤浆收集筒(4)左侧探出筛筒(3)外部,细颗粒煤浆收集筒(4)左侧设置有防泄露板(5),防泄露板(5)左侧设置有密封圈(6),细颗粒煤浆收集筒(4)底部有细颗粒煤浆出口(9),筛筒(3)左侧圆形侧板上设置有进浆口(7)和粗颗粒煤浆出口(8),进浆口(7)、粗颗粒煤浆出口(8)、细颗粒煤浆出口(9)上均设置有阀门。
2.根据权利要求1所述的煤浆筛分设备,其特征是:筛筒(3)外表面左侧未设置筛孔,筛筒(3)外表面其余位置均匀分布有筛孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的煤浆筛分设备,其特征是:细颗粒煤浆收集筒(4)左侧探出筛筒(3)外部,细颗粒煤浆收集筒(4)左侧设置有防泄露板(5)。
