Abstract

一种玉米苗后除草剂实时混合配制装置属于农业机械;在内设四个药液腔的药液箱底部上相互连通的配装带有电磁线圈的外套筒,配装绝磁弹簧和磁铁芯塞的内套筒固装在外套筒中心部位上,药液混合箱配装在外套筒下部上,药液腔通过内套筒、外套筒与药液混合箱连通,在药液混合箱内配装由电机驱动的行星齿轮系和药液搅拌叶轮,在药液混合箱的底板上配装与药液混合箱相互连通的药液输出管;本装置可在作业现场根据玉米田间杂草种类等实时情况进行除草剂实时混合配制,既避免了提前配制药力失效问题,又实现了对症配药的目的,具有结构新颖、合理、操控简易方便、灭草针对性强、作业效果好、适用范围广的特点。

技术领域
本发明创造属于农业机械,主要涉及一种除草剂配制加工装置。
背景技术
玉米是一种喜高温的农作物,一般在夏秋季节成熟,而夏秋季节高温多雨,玉米田杂草发生普遍,其主要杂草有马唐、稗草、狗尾草、牛筋草、反枝苋、马齿苋、铁苋菜、香附子等。目前,用于玉米苗后除草的除草剂主要有甲基磺草酮、砜嘧磺隆、烟嘧磺隆、莠去津,这些除草剂药效各不相同,甲基磺草酮可防治一年生阔叶杂草和部分禾本科杂草,且对阔叶防效优于禾本科;烟嘧磺隆可以防除一年生和多年生禾本科杂草、部分阔叶杂草;莠去津的特点是药效较长,它的杀草谱较广,可防除多种一年生禾本科和阔叶杂草。为了更好的发挥上述各种不同除草剂各自的优势,现一般将上述除草剂按一定的比例制成混合制剂使用。不同品种的除草剂混合使用会产生不同的药效,同品种的除草剂混合比例不同,药效也不同。由于田间杂草的生长和分布情况非常复杂,不同地块杂草情况往往是不同的,现有的技术只能用提前混配好的除草剂进行广谱性的喷施,不但污染严重,而且药效不理想。
发明内容
本发明创造的目的就是针对上述现有技术存在的问题,设计一种玉米苗后除草剂实时混合配制装置,该装置可代替传统的药液箱安装在喷雾机上。在作业中,根据具体地块草情的不同,实时地调控配置出成分或比例不同的除草剂,达到除草“对症下药”、提高药效、保证除草的目的。本发明创造的目的是这样实现的:在药液箱内配装间隔板,所述间隔板将药液箱内部密封分隔成药液腔A、药液腔B、药液腔C和药液箱D共四个腔室,在所述药液箱底壁上、位于四个腔室下方分别开设一个药液出孔,带有四个药液排出孔的外套筒固装在药液箱底部上,带有四个药液引流孔的内套筒固配在外套筒中心部位上,在所述内套筒的四个药液引流孔内分别从上至下依次配装绝磁弹簧和磁铁芯塞,所述绝磁弹簧的上、下两端分别与药液箱和磁铁芯塞挂接配合,在所述外套筒上、位于每个绝磁弹簧外侧部位处均分别设置一个电磁线圈,所述电磁线圈通入电流产生的外磁场方向与磁铁芯塞磁极方向相反,磁铁芯塞将药液引流孔封堵,所述四个药液出孔的轴心线分别与相对应的药液引流孔、药液排出孔轴心线重合;在所述外套筒下部上固装药液混合箱,在药液混合箱的底板上、位于药液混合箱下部外侧固装电机,在所述电机的电机轴上、位于药液混合箱内部固装太阳齿轮,配装内齿圈的药液搅拌叶轮配装在药液混合箱内,在所述药液搅拌叶轮中心部位的上端面上固装上盖板,行星齿轮轴两端部分别固装在药液搅拌叶轮和上盖板上,行星齿轮可转动的配装在行星齿轮轴上,所述行星齿轮分别与太阳齿轮和内齿圈啮合,药液输出管配装在底板上,且与药液混合箱连通,至此构成一种玉米苗后除草剂实时混合配制装置。本发明创造可在作业现场根据玉米田间杂草种类等实时情况进行除草剂的实时混合配制,既避免了传统的提前配制药力失效问题,又实现了对症配药的目的,具有结构设计新颖合理、操作控制简易方便、实时配药效果好、灭草针对性强、灭草效率高、适用范围广的特点。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明创造实施方案进行详细描述。一种玉米苗后除草剂实时混合配制装置,在药液箱2内配装间隔板1,所述间隔板1将药液箱2内部密封分隔成药液腔A3、药液腔B19、药液腔C20和药液箱D21共四个腔室,在所述药液箱2底壁上、位于四个腔室下方分别开设一个药液出孔4,带有四个药液排出孔17的外套筒9固装在药液箱2底部上,带有四个药液引流孔18的内套筒7固配在外套筒9中心部位上,在所述内套筒7的四个药液引流孔18内分别从上至下依次配装绝磁弹簧5和磁铁芯塞8,所述绝磁弹簧5的上、下两端分别与药液箱2和磁铁芯塞8挂接配合,在所述外套筒9上、位于每个绝磁弹簧5外侧部位处均分别设置一个电磁线圈6,所述电磁线圈6通入电流产生的外磁场方向与磁铁芯塞8磁极方向相反,磁铁芯塞8将药液引流孔18封堵,所述四个药液出孔4的轴心线分别与相对应的药液引流孔18、药液排出孔17轴心线重合;在所述外套筒9下部上固装药液混合箱10,在药液混合箱10的底板11上、位于药液混合箱10下部外侧固装电机13,在所述电机13的电机轴14上、位于药液混合箱10内部固装太阳齿轮22,配装内齿圈24的药液搅拌叶轮15配装在药液混合箱10内,在所述药液搅拌叶轮15中心部位的上端面上固装上盖板16,行星齿轮轴25两端部分别固装在药液搅拌叶轮15和上盖板16上,行星齿轮23可转动的配装在行星齿轮轴25上,所述行星齿轮23分别与太阳齿轮22和内齿圈24啮合,药液输出管12配装在底板11上,且与药液混合箱10连通。
作业前,在药液箱2的四个药液腔A、B、C、D3、19、20、21内分别装入甲基磺草酮、砜嘧磺隆、烟嘧磺隆和莠去津除草剂液体混合物。作业时,电机13经太阳齿轮22、行星齿轮23、内齿圈24驱动药液搅拌叶轮15旋转,根据作业田地杂草实际状况,向相应的电磁线圈6内通入与原始电流方向相反的电流,使电磁线圈6产生的排斥力在克服绝磁弹簧5拉力后推动相匹配的磁铁芯塞8向下方运动,开启药液出孔4、药液引流孔18、药液排出孔17通道,使相应的一个药液腔或几个药液腔内的一种除草剂或几种除草剂进入药液混合箱10内,经药液搅拌叶轮15充分混合后,由药液输出管12排出。完成配制。向电磁线圈6内通入原始方向电流时,在电磁线圈6吸力和绝磁弹簧5拉力共同作用下,磁铁芯塞8将药液引流孔18封堵,停止配制供药。

1.一种玉米苗后除草剂实时混合配制装置,其特征在于:在药液箱(2)内配装间隔板(1),所述间隔板(1)将药液箱(2)内部密封分隔成药液腔A(3)、药液腔B(19)、药液腔C(20)和药液箱D(21)共四个腔室,在所述药液箱(2)底壁上、位于四个腔室下方分别开设一个药液出孔(4),带有四个药液排出孔(17)的外套筒(9)固装在药液箱(2)底部上,带有四个药液引流孔(18)的内套筒(7)固配在外套筒(9)中心部位上,在所述内套筒(7)的四个药液引流孔(18)内分别从上至下依次配装绝磁弹簧(5)和磁铁芯塞(8),所述绝磁弹簧(5)的上、下两端分别与药液箱(2)和磁铁芯塞(8)挂接配合,在所述外套筒(9)上、位于每个绝磁弹簧(5)外侧部位处均分别设置一个电磁线圈(6),所述电磁线圈(6)通入电流产生的外磁场方向与磁铁芯塞(8)磁极方向相反,磁铁芯塞(8)将药液引流孔(18)封堵,所述四个药液出孔(4)的轴心线分别与相对应的药液引流孔(18)、药液排出孔(17)轴心线重合;在所述外套筒(9)下部上固装药液混合箱(10),在药液混合箱(10)的底板(11)上、位于药液混合箱(10)下部外侧固装电机(13),在所述电机(13)的电机轴(14)上、位于药液混合箱(10)内部固装太阳齿轮(22),配装内齿圈(24)的药液搅拌叶轮(15)配装在药液混合箱(10)内,在所述药液搅拌叶轮(15)中心部位的上端面上固装上盖板(16),行星齿轮轴(25)两端部分别固装在药液搅拌叶轮(15)和上盖板(16)上,行星齿轮(23)可转动的配装在行星齿轮轴(25)上,所述行星齿轮(23)分别与太阳齿轮(22)和内齿圈(24)啮合,药液输出管(12)配装在底板(11)上,且与药液混合箱(10)连通。
