Abstract

本发明涉及一种化癌消瘤外用膏。主要特征是将八角莲、丹参、穿山甲、鳖甲等26位中药物用香油泡制熬煮取汁，与生马钱子、生草乌、细辛、土鳖虫等16位中草药粉混合均匀后加入黄丹制成。本发明具有清热解毒，软坚散结，活血化瘀，破积止痛，透热转气，温阳散结的功效，对治疗食道癌、胃癌、肺癌、肝癌、胆管癌、胰腺癌、膀胱癌、宫颈癌、脑癌有显著效果。

化癌消瘤外用膏
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治疗癌症的中草药外用药膏，特别是一种化癌消瘤外用膏。
背景技术
癌症，是人类健康的大敌。长期以来，人们千方百计想尽办法与之斗争。不论是西医，还是中医，都有许多对付癌症这个恶魔的方法和手段。目前，西医常用的治疗手段主要有手术切除肿瘤，使用放疗、化疗加打针服药等方法。虽然取得了很好的疗效，但付出的代价也是十分昂贵的。中医对付癌症的方法主要是服用中草药。由于中草药需要患者本身产生免疫力才能奏效。即使某种药物对症有效，也需要较长的疗程。况且，良药苦口，要身体十分虚弱的病人长期服药，不但苦口难咽，而且“是药三分毒”，特别是那些所谓“以毒攻毒”的药物，大量的毒性药物内服，肠胃能否消化吸收也是一个问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种化癌消瘤外用膏，以解决中药苦口难咽的问题以及防止毒性药物内服的风险。
本发明的技术方案是：
一种化癌消瘤外用膏，其特征在于：包括取汁成份药物和后下成份药物，按其重量份±3%配制而成，其中：取汁成份：八角莲20，丹参10，穿山甲5，鳖甲10，白芷20，姜黄10，乌梢蛇10，半枝莲20，白花蛇舌草20，皂角刺20，莪术15，三棱20，桂枝10，桃仁10，红花10，郁金10，蚤休10，蜂房20，天花粉20，当归20，川芎20，瓜蒌20，香附20，山楂20，华佗子20，山药30；后下成分：生马钱子5，生草乌5，生半夏15，土鳖虫20，七叶一枝花20，一枝蒿20，生白芥子10，生没药20，血竭10，细辛10，雄黄5，生川乌5，生南星20，甘遂10，洋金花10，三七粉10。
本发明的制备方法是：1、将取汁成份药物用香油3000份浸泡3－4天，然后熬煮2－3小时，去渣取汁备用；2、将后下成份研磨成粉备用；3、将上述药汁与药粉搅拌均匀，加入黄丹100份，即可制备出化癌消瘤外用膏。
本发明的药物具有清热解毒，软坚散结，活血化瘀，破积止痛，透热转气，温阳散结的功效，对治疗食道癌、胃癌、肺癌、肝癌、胆管癌、胰腺癌、膀胱癌、宫颈癌、脑癌有显著效果。
本发明所述的化癌消瘤外用膏是依据中医医理和中药药理而研制的。
1、木克土的原理：肿瘤从传统文化奇门遁甲思维属“戊”的范畴，“戊”从形象上都是凸出、膨出、多出、增粗之象，是气聚集成形之像是火生土之象。“戊”代表肿瘤，找到消除“戊”的方法，就是找到消除和克制肿瘤的方法，戊属土，甲属木，能使戊转化的方法就是用甲木去克伐，戊土也就是用属甲木性的药物如：穿山甲、鸦胆子、木通、路路通等可以克伐肿瘤。
2、象形思维的原理：肿瘤是一种增生物、积聚物，如结石是一种增生物也是一种积聚物，故取牛黄可以克结石。又如：蘑菇菌，灵芝菌就是一种增生物，象包块，包块象肿块，肿块叫肿瘤，故灵芝菌能抗肿瘤。
3、透热转气原理：肿瘤是气的凝聚，《温病条辨》云“入营者由可透热转气”就是以发散的方法，把结块的东西挥发行散，如：麻黄、细辛，托毒散邪，引邪外出，也就是把营分之邪引出气分而解。治疗凝聚结块的肿瘤也少不了用透热转气引邪外出的方法。
4、温阳散结原理：肿瘤首先是阳虚，阳虚生寒，寒性凝滞，凝结块叫肿瘤，所以对抗寒邪就用热药，热药就是温阳，阳气旺就好比阳光普照大地，冰雪冻结晶便从气化而解。
综上所述，化癌消瘤膏就是以木克土，象形思维、透热转气、温阳散结等原理来对抗肿瘤，是从根本上治疗肿瘤，这就是化癌消瘤膏的治疗原理。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例进一步说明本发明，但不构成对本发明的限制。
实施例1
按技术方案所述的药物组成和制备方法配制化癌消瘤外用膏。
1、称取：八角莲20g，丹参10g，穿山甲5g，鳖甲10g，白芷20g，姜黄10g，乌梢蛇10g，半枝莲20g，白花蛇舌草20g，皂角刺20g，莪术15g，三棱20g，桂枝10g，桃仁10g，红花10g，郁金10g，蚤休10g，蜂房20g，天花粉20g，当归20g，川芎20g，瓜蒌20g，香附20g，山楂20g，华佗子20g，山药30g，将以上诸药用香油3000g浸泡3－4天，然后熬煮2－3小时，去渣取汁备用。
2、称取：生马钱子5g，生草乌5g，生半夏15g，土鳖虫20g，七叶一枝花20g，一枝蒿20g，生白芥子10g，生没药20g，血竭10g，细辛10g，雄黄5g，生川乌5g，生南星20g，甘遂10g，洋金花10g，三七粉10g，将以上诸药研磨成粉。
3、将以上药汁与药粉搅拌混匀，加入黄丹100g，即可制备出化癌消瘤外用膏。
4、以上药膏可分成200份使用。
5、使用时，取1－2份膏药涂敷于肿瘤部位即可。
实施例2
临床病例：病例1：汤某，男，63岁。就诊时间：2014.5.8，因发现鼻咽肿块1月入院。入院症见：鼻塞，时有流涕，涕中夹带血丝，耳鸣耳聋，无头晕头痛，无胸闷胸痛，饮食睡眠可，二便调。查体：神清，精神欠佳，心肺未及明显异常；双侧鼻窦压痛。采用化癌消瘤外用膏，治疗2个疗程后，患者症状明显减轻，1月后肿瘤缩小5mm。
病例2：谢某某，男，71岁。就诊时间：2015.4.8，因发现左侧肺部肿块半年入院。入院症见：咳嗽，咳白色黏痰，痰中夹有血丝，肩背部放射痛，偶感胸闷胸痛，稍活动即感气促，饮食睡眠一般，二便正常，查体：神清，精神欠佳，喉间可闻及明显痰鸣音，双肺呼吸音稍粗，左侧肺底可闻及少许湿罗音。采用化癌消瘤外用膏，治疗2个疗程后，患者肩背部放射痛明显减轻，1月后肿瘤缩小3mm。

1.一种化癌消瘤外用膏，其特征在于：包括取汁成份药物和后下成份药物，按其重量份±3%配制而成，其中：取汁成份：八角莲20，丹参10，穿山甲5，鳖甲10，白芷20，姜黄10，乌梢蛇10，半枝莲20，白花蛇舌草20，皂角刺20，莪术15，三棱20，桂枝10，桃仁10，红花10，郁金10，蚤休10，蜂房20，天花粉20，当归20，川芎20，瓜蒌20，香附20，山楂20，华佗子20，山药30；后下成分：生马钱子5，生草乌5，生半夏15，土鳖虫20，七叶一枝花20，一枝蒿20，生白芥子10，生没药20，血竭10，细辛10，雄黄5，生川乌5，生南星20，甘遂10，洋金花10，三七粉10。
2.根据权利要求1所述的化癌消瘤外用膏，其特征在于：其制备方法是：（1）将取汁成份药物用香油3000份浸泡3－4天，然后熬煮2－3小时，去渣取汁备用；（2）将后下成份研磨成粉备用；（3）将上述药汁与药粉搅拌均匀，加入黄丹100份，即可制备出化癌消瘤外用膏。
