a、按配方比例将生地黄、玄参、半枝莲、重楼、白花蛇舌草、紫草、水牛角、柴胡、虎杖、蝉蜕、胡黄连、郁金、玉竹、首乌、山萸肉、金银花、枸杞子、防风、枳壳、枳实、黄芪、白术加3-5倍重量的冷水放入煎药机浸泡60-80分钟，武火煎制沸腾，过滤，得滤液a和药渣；
b、向药渣中加入其4-6倍重量的水进行第二次煎煮，武火煎至沸腾后，按配方比例将夏枯草、金钱草加至沸腾的药液中，开盖文火熬制100-130分钟，文火煎煮过程要不断搅拌，过滤，得滤液b；
c、将滤液a与滤液b搅拌混合，得药液。
进一步优化上述制备方法，工艺参数为：浸泡时间：文火熬制时间：70-80分钟100-120分钟。
夏枯草、金钱草重量轻，体积大，则又不宜加盖煎煮。否则往往溢出罐外，反而丧失药效。

b、向药渣中加入其4倍重量的水进行第二次煎煮，武火煎至沸腾后，按配方比例将夏枯草、金钱草加至沸腾的药液中，开盖文火熬制130分钟，文火煎煮过程要不断搅拌，过滤，得滤液b；
c、将滤液a与滤液b搅拌混合，得药液。

一种治疗系统性红斑狼疮的中药，主要成分配比按重量份计为：
生地黄、玄参、半枝莲各35份，重楼、白花蛇舌草各26份，紫草、水牛角、柴胡、虎杖蝉蜕、夏枯草、胡黄连、郁金、玉竹各22份，首乌、山萸肉、金银花、枸杞子各13份，金钱草10份，防风、枳壳、枳实各5份，黄芪、白术各4份。
根据以上工艺处方，具体制备方法如下：
a、按配方比例将生地黄、玄参、半枝莲、重楼、白花蛇舌草、紫草、水牛角、柴胡、虎杖、蝉蜕、胡黄连、郁金、玉竹、首乌、山萸肉、金银花、枸杞子、防风、枳壳、枳实、黄芪、白术加5倍重量的冷水放入煎药机浸泡60分钟，武火煎制沸腾，过滤，得滤液a和药渣；

a、按配方比例将生地黄、玄参、半枝莲、重楼、白花蛇舌草、紫草、水牛角、柴胡、虎杖、蝉蜕、胡黄连、郁金、玉竹、首乌、山萸肉、金银花、枸杞子、防风、枳壳、枳实、黄芪、白术加4倍重量的冷水放入煎药机浸泡80分钟，武火煎制沸腾，过滤，得滤液a和药渣；

本发明临床观察的结果如下：
系统性红斑狼疮患者共50例，，症状均有局部乏力、发热、关节痛、皮疹等症状；接受该中药治疗时间为四个疗程；
痊愈：临床症状消失36例，占72%；
显效：临床症状明显得到好转10例，占20%；
无效；临床症状无明显改善，效果不明显4例，占8%。
总治愈率高达92%。

1.一种治疗系统性红斑狼疮的中药，其特征是：主要成分配比按重量份计为：
生地黄、玄参、半枝莲各32-40份，重楼、白花蛇舌草各22-28份，紫草、水牛角、柴胡、虎杖、蝉蜕、夏枯草、胡黄连、郁金、玉竹各15-22份，首乌、山萸肉、金银花、枸杞子各12-18份，金钱草7-15份，防风、枳壳、枳实各3-6份，黄芪、白术各2-8份；
其制备方法具体步骤如下：
a、按配方比例将生地黄、玄参、半枝莲、重楼、白花蛇舌草、紫草、水牛角、柴胡、虎杖、蝉蜕、胡黄连、郁金、玉竹、首乌、山萸肉、金银花、枸杞子、防风、枳壳、枳实、黄芪、白术加3-5倍重量的冷水放入煎药机浸泡60-80分钟，武火煎制沸腾，过滤，得滤液a和药渣；
b、向药渣中加入其4-6倍重量的水进行第二次煎煮，武火煎至沸腾后，按配方比例将夏枯草、金钱草加至沸腾的药液中，开盖文火熬制100-130分钟，文火煎煮过程要不断搅拌，过滤，得滤液b；
c、将滤液a与滤液b搅拌混合，得药液。
2.根据权利要求1所述的治疗系统性红斑狼疮的中药，其特征是：主要成分配比按重量份计为：
生地黄、玄参、半枝莲各35-40份，重楼、白花蛇舌草各22-26份，紫草、水牛角、柴胡、虎杖蝉蜕、夏枯草、胡黄连、郁金、玉竹各18-22份，首乌、山萸肉、金银花、枸杞子各12-17份，金钱草7-13份，防风、枳壳、枳实各4-6份，黄芪、白术各2-7份。
3.根据权利要求1所述的治疗系统性红斑狼疮的中药，其特征是：主要成分配比按重量份计为：
生地黄、玄参、半枝莲各38份，重楼、白花蛇舌草各25份，紫草、水牛角、柴胡、虎杖、蝉蜕、夏枯草、胡黄连、郁金、玉竹各19份，首乌、山萸肉、金银花、枸杞子各16份，金钱草10份，防风、枳壳、枳实各4-6份，黄芪、白术各5份。
