Wherein D10, D50 and D90 are obtained from a particle size distribution curve measured by a laser diffraction method, D10 represents that particles with the particle size larger than the numerical value in the emulsion account for 10 percent of the total number of particles, D50 represents that particles with the particle size larger than the numerical value in the emulsion account for 50 percent of the total number of particles, and D90 represents that particles with the particle size larger than the numerical value in the emulsion account for 90 percent of the total number of particles.
As can be seen from Table 2, the particle size of the emulsion decreased when dipotassium glycyrrhizinate was added; the turbidity of the emulsion is continuously reduced along with the increase of the addition of the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate in appearance, and when the emulsion reaches a certain specific value, the emulsion is changed from milky white to transparent finally, namely the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate has the functions of solubilization and emulsification assistance. Because the characteristics of each emulsifying system are different, the addition amount of the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate required for forming the transparent microemulsion needs to be adjusted according to specific conditions.
Furthermore, in this embodiment, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and tween-20, which are 0.3% of the mass fraction of the emulsion, are added to the same emulsion system, and a group of emulsions without dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and tween-20 are used as a control, and the solubilization effects of the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and tween-20 are evaluated by testing the turbidity of the emulsions and observing the appearance of the emulsions.
Table 3 shows a comparison of the solubilization effect of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and Tween-20 on emulsions.

It can be seen from table 3 that, under the same addition amount, the turbidity of the solution added with dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is obviously reduced, and the appearance is changed from milky white to transparent, while the turbidity of the emulsion added with tween-20 is not obviously changed, and the appearance is still milky white, i.e. the solubilization effect of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is obviously better than that of tween-20, therefore, the addition of a certain amount of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate in the formula system can reduce the dosage of the surfactant required for forming microemulsion. The addition of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate can reduce the amount of surfactant required when the oil phase components are emulsified and solubilized to form microemulsion, thereby avoiding the problems of skin tightness and irritation caused by a large amount of surfactant in the formula liquid.
The dipotassium glycyrrhizinate according to the present embodiment is only an example of glycyrrhizic acid or glycyrrhetate, and since the structure of glycyrrhizic acid or glycyrrhetate is the same as that of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, it also has the same properties as that of dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, and glycyrrhizic acid or glycyrrhetate can play a role in solubilizing and emulsification-assisting.
Embodiment mode 2
The embodiment is the preparation of makeup removing emulsion and wet tissue.
Preparing an emulsion:
(1) adding water into a blending barrel, and adding propylene glycol during stirring;
(2) adding PPG-15 stearyl ether and tween-20 into the first small barrel, and stirring and mixing uniformly; adding the di-PPG-3 myristyl ether adipate, isohexadecane, laureth-4 and tween-20 into the second small barrel, and stirring and mixing uniformly; adding the solution in the second small barrel into the first small barrel, stirring and mixing uniformly, and then adding into a blending barrel;
(3) adding dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, antiseptic, pH regulator and other auxiliary components into the blending barrel, and continuously stirring until the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, the antiseptic, the pH regulator and other auxiliary components are completely dissolved to obtain the makeup removing emulsion.
Preparing a wet tissue:
adding the prepared makeup removing emulsion and a carrier into the carrier according to the mass ratio of 2.5: 1, and cutting into required sizes to obtain the required wet tissue.
The contents of the components in the makeup removing emulsion are shown in table 4, wherein the contents refer to the mass percentage of the components in the total makeup removing emulsion.

Embodiment 3
The embodiment is the preparation of makeup removing emulsion and wet tissue.
Preparing an emulsion:
(1) adding water into a blending barrel, and adding butanediol in the stirring process;
(2) adding PPG-3 myristyl alcohol ether and PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil into the first small barrel, and stirring and mixing uniformly; adding the di-PPG-2 myristyl oleyl polyether-10 adipate, isohexadecane, C12-13 alkanol polyether-4 and Tween-20 into the second small barrel, and stirring and mixing uniformly; adding the solution in the second small barrel into the first small barrel, stirring and mixing uniformly, and then adding into a blending barrel;
(3) adding auxiliary components such as collagen, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, preservative, pH regulator and the like into a blending barrel, and continuously stirring until the auxiliary components are completely dissolved to obtain the makeup removing emulsion.
Preparing a wet tissue:
adding the prepared makeup removing emulsion and a carrier into the carrier according to the mass ratio of 3.5: 1, and cutting into required sizes to obtain the required wet tissue.
The contents of the components in the makeup removing emulsion are shown in table 5, wherein the contents refer to the mass percentage of the components in the total makeup removing emulsion.

Claims (13)

1. The makeup removing emulsion is characterized by comprising an oil phase substance, water, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate and a surfactant, wherein the oil phase substance is dispersed in the water under the action of the surfactant and the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate to form an isotropic and thermodynamically stable transparent or semitransparent emulsion;
wherein, in the makeup removing emulsion, the mass percentage of the oil phase substance is 1-10%, and the mass percentage of the surfactant is 1-20%;
wherein, the weight percentage content of the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is 0.3-5 percent;
the mass ratio of the oil phase substance to the emulsification-assisting substance is 1: 1-10, the mass of the emulsification-assisting substance is the sum of the mass of the surfactant and the mass of the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, and the mass ratio of the surfactant to the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is 1-50: 1.
2. The makeup removing emulsion according to claim 1,
the mass ratio of the surfactant to the dipotassium glycyrrhizinate is 1-25: 1.
3. The makeup removing emulsion according to claim 1, further comprising a skin care agent, wherein the skin care agent is contained in the makeup removing emulsion in a mass percentage of 0.1-10%.
4. The makeup removing emulsion according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said oil-phase substance comprises polyoxypropylene ether and mineral oil.
5. The makeup removing emulsion according to claim 4, wherein said polyoxypropylene ether comprises one or more of PPG-15 stearyl ether, PPG-11 stearyl ether, PPG-7 lauryl ether, PPG-3 myristyl ether, PPG-10 cetyl ether, PPG-14 butyl ether, PPG-5 cetyl polyether-20, and PPG-10 oleyl ether, and said mineral oil comprises one or more of isododecane and isohexadecane.
6. The makeup removing emulsion according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein said surfactant is a nonionic surfactant or a mixture of two or more nonionic surfactants having a hydrophilic-lipophilic balance value of 8 to 20.
7. The cleansing emulsion of claim 6 wherein the surfactant comprises tween-20, tween-60, tween-80, sorbitan laurate, sorbitan stearate, sorbitan monooleate, alkyl glycosides and derivatives thereof, PEG-20 sucrose stearate, PEG-5 glyceryl stearate, PEG-40 hydrogenated castor oil, PEG-60 hydrogenated castor oil, ceteareth-6, ceteareth-25, steareth-2, steareth-21, laureth-4, laureth-23, C12-13-alkanol-3, C12-13-alkanol-4, C12-13 alkanol-23, polyglycerol-4 laurate, one or more of citric dilauryl alcohol ester, PEG-40 glyceryl stearate, cetearyl glucoside, and citric acid glycerol stearate.
8. The makeup removing emulsion according to claim 3, wherein the skin care agent comprises one or more of an alcohol skin care agent, an ester skin care agent, an oil skin care agent, a polymer skin care agent and an auxiliary skin care agent.
9. The makeup removing lotion according to claim 8, wherein said alcoholic skin care agent comprises one or more of propylene glycol, glycerin, butylene glycol, pentylene glycol, octylene glycol, and hexadecyl alcohol, and said ester skin care agent comprises one or more of dipg-3 myristyl ether adipate and dipg-2 myristyl polyether-10 adipate.
10. The makeup removing emulsion according to claim 1, further comprising one or more of a preservative, a fragrance, a pH adjuster, and a thickener.
11. A wet wipe comprising a carrier and the makeup removing emulsion of any one of claims 1 to 10 applied to the carrier.
12. The wet wipe as set forth in claim 11 wherein the ratio of the mass of the carrier to the mass of the makeup removing emulsion is 1: 1 to 5.
13. A wet wipe as set forth in claim 11 wherein the carrier is made of a porous hydrophilic material.
