Abstract

本发明公开了一种医疗检验科用洗手液，由杀菌剂、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、甘油、维生素A、氯化钠、去离子水组成；各组分重量百分比为杀菌剂0.1～0.3％、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1.5～2.5％、甘油1.5～2.5％、维生素A0.01-0.03％、氯化钠2.0～4.0％、余量为去离子水。本发明洗手消毒液完全适合用于公共场所特别是医疗机构的医护人员使用，无论是稳定性，杀菌效果都很好；而且使用后比其他同类型含氯和乙酸类的肤感更佳。

技术领域
本发明涉及洗手液，具体涉及一种医疗检验科用洗手液。
背景技术
在人体部位中，双手是接触细菌、病毒等有害微生物最多的部位。有研究表明，人的手上可以粘附多大150余种细菌、病毒等，包括大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、绿脓杆菌、沙门氏菌、结核杆菌、流感病毒、肝炎病毒等。另有研究表明，高达80％以上的胃肠道疾病、皮肤疾病等都是有手上的病菌引起的感染。勤洗手，则是有效预防病菌感染及传播的一种方式；而选择正确的洗手用品，则是这一方式是否有效的关键点。尤其对于医务工作者来说，在跟病人的接触中，在诊疗、检测、护理等环节，经手引起的直接和间接性的病菌感染几率大大高于普通人群，因此选择合适的有效的洗手消毒用品至关重要。
普通型的洗手液仅仅具有清洁手部的基本功能，其杀菌作用非常有限，只能在洗手的过程中通过流水的作用带走20％～30％的细菌，而像金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌、绿脓杆菌等高致病性细菌则不能杀灭。这对于医务工作者显然是不够的，因此必须选择具有杀菌效果的专业消毒洗手液。目前市场上存在的这类面对医务工作者的专业手部消毒杀菌清洁产品，绝大多数都是以“酒精+异丙醇+醋酸氯已定”成分为主的免洗型消毒洗手凝胶。这种类型的产品酒精含量高，皮肤接触酒精后会使皮肤脱脂，降低皮肤弹性与光泽；并且气味大，使用感受不佳；如果是对酒精过敏的人群更是不适合使用。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种医疗检验科用洗手液，产品消毒杀菌效果明显，且兼具护理手部皮肤的作用，安全稳定，气味宜人，特别适合医护人员使用。
为实现上述目的，本发明采用下述技术方案：
一种医疗检验科用洗手液，由杀菌剂、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、甘油、维生素A、氯化钠、去离子水组成；各组分重量百分比为杀菌剂0.1～0.3％、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1.5～2.5％、甘油1.5～2.5％、维生素A0.01-0.03％、氯化钠2.0～4.0％、余量为去离子水。
所述杀菌剂为V80或者单双链复合季铵盐类的其中一种。
由于采用了上述技术方案，本发明所取得的技术进步在于：
本发明洗手消毒液完全适合用于医疗机构特别是检验科的医护人员使用，无论是稳定性，杀菌效果都很好；而且使用后比其他同类型含氯和乙酸类的肤感更佳。
本发明中各成分和含量的合理配比，能够有效的杀灭病菌、保护皮肤。其中杀菌剂能快速有效杀灭各种细菌、真菌、病毒，在短时间内杀灭致病菌预防感染；椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺为非离子表面活性剂，具有良好的发泡、稳泡、渗透去污、抗硬水等功能；内含护肤成分甘油，能够使皮肤保持柔软，富有弹性，不受尘埃、气候等损害而干燥，起到防止皮肤冻伤等作用；内含脂溶性维生素A，有助于增强新陈代谢，改进皮肤的锁水功能，使皮肤柔软细嫩；采用氯化钠作为增稠剂，无毒性，增稠效果好，使用方便。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步补充，但不以任何方式限制本发明。
实施例1
取1gV80、15g椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、15g甘油、0.1g维生素A、20g氯化钠、948.9g去离子水。先把V80和去离子水混合均匀，加入椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、甘油和维生素A，搅拌均匀，搅拌下缓慢加入氯化钠，调节产品粘度即可，分装于200～500ml的洗手液容器中。
实施例2
取2g单双链复合季铵盐类、20g椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、20g甘油、0.2g维生素A、30g氯化钠、927.8g去离子水。先把单双链复合季铵盐类和去离子水混合均匀，椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、甘油和维生素A，搅拌均匀，搅拌下缓慢加入氯化钠，调节产品粘度即可，分装于200～500ml的洗手液容器中。
实施例3
取3g的单双链复合季铵盐类、25g椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、25g甘油、0.3g维生素A、40g氯化钠、906.7g去离子水。先把单双链复合季铵盐类和去离子水混合均匀，椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、甘油和维生素A，搅拌均匀，搅拌下缓慢加入氯化钠，调节产品粘度即可，分装于200～500ml的洗手液容器中。
实施例4
取1.5g的V80、20g椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、22g甘油、0.2g维生素A、30g氯化钠、去离子水926.3g。先把V80和去离子水混合均匀，椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、甘油和维生素A，搅拌均匀，搅拌下缓慢加入氯化钠，调节产品粘度即可，分装于200～500ml的洗手液容器中。
以上所述仅为本发明的优选实施例而已，并不用于限制本发明，对于本领域的技术人员来说，本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原则之内，所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等，均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

1.一种医疗检验科用洗手液，其特征在于：由杀菌剂、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺、甘油、维生素A、氯化钠、去离子水组成；各组分重量百分比为杀菌剂0.1～0.3％、椰子油脂肪酸二乙醇酰胺1.5～2.5％、甘油1.5～2.5％、维生素A0.01-0.03％、氯化钠2.0～4.0％、余量为去离子水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的医疗检验科用洗手液，其特征在于：所述杀菌剂为V80或者单双链复合季铵盐类的其中一种。
