Abstract
本发明涉及一种省工型油悬浮剂,由水面扩展剂、乳化剂、分散剂、增稠剂、油性介质组成;本发明还公开了其制备方法.通过加入水面扩展剂,赋予普通油悬浮剂非常良好的水面扩展性,这种油悬浮剂既可兑水喷雾,又可直接撒施;通过选点撒施后,即均匀扩散到全田,极大地提高施药效率和降低了劳动强度,该技术用于制备水稻田封闭性除草剂、水稻田浅水和土壤用杀虫剂时特别有效。

技术领域
本发明属于农药领域,具体涉及一种省工型油悬浮剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
农村劳动力短缺成为常态。一些劳动强度高的农业劳动成本急剧上升,给农作物喷施农药就是其中典型,喷药的人工成本远远大于药剂本身成本;而且传统的背负式喷雾器喷雾效率低下,已经不能满足如今农村病虫草害防治的需要。
为了提高施药效率,发展施药器械是一种可行的方法,大型施药拖拉机、喷雾直升机、小型无人机得到广泛的应用。极大地降低了农民打药的劳动成本,提高了效率。但是这些器械价值不菲,普通农户购买使用不太现实。普及使用有一点难度。
针对这一现状,一些农药企业开发出一些省时省工的农药剂型,可以不用传统的喷雾器喷施,效率极高。泡腾片剂:可以直接扔到水稻田中,遇水发生泡腾,有效成分自动扩散到全田;展膜油剂:可以直接滴到水稻田,有效成分在水面展开成膜,起到杀灭病虫草害的作用。这两种都是非常好的省时省工的农药剂型,推广使用也产生了很好的社会经济效益。但是这两种剂型都存在一些缺点。本专利提供了另外一种省时省工的油悬浮剂,他与普通的油悬浮剂区别在于水面展布效果非常好,撒到水面后,先扩展然后乳化于水中,非常均匀,即可使用常规施药方法喷雾,又可以直接撒施与水稻田中,省时省力。他解决了泡腾片剂扩展性不好,展膜油剂无法喷雾的缺点,值得推广使用。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种省工型油悬浮剂的制备方法,通过加入水面扩展剂,赋予普通油悬浮剂非常良好的水面扩展性,这种油悬浮剂既可兑水喷雾,又可直接撒施。通过选点撒施后,即均匀扩散到全田,极大地提高施药效率和降低了劳动强度;该技术用于制备水稻田封闭性除草剂、水稻田浅水和土壤用杀虫剂时特别有效。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种省工型油悬浮剂,其特征在于:包括农药有效成分、水面扩展剂、乳化剂、分散剂、增稠剂、油性分散介质;
其中所述的农药有效成分为常见的除草剂、杀菌剂、杀虫剂,质量分数为1-40%;所述的水面扩展剂的质量分数为5-20%;所述的乳化剂的质量分数为5%-30%;分散剂的质量分数为0.1-5%;增稠剂的质量分数为0.1-10%;其余为油性分散介质。
所述的水面扩展剂由阴离子润湿剂和高级醇以1:1-1:3的比例组合而成;其中阴离子润湿剂选自烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基硫酸钠中的一种;高级醇选自异辛醇、正辛醇、异庚醇、正庚醇、异壬醇、正壬醇中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的乳化剂选自蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、斯潘、吐温、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸胺、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠中的一种或几种的组合。
所述的分散剂选用EO-PO嵌段共聚物、甲基丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酸甲酯与聚氧乙烯的共聚物、聚羧酸盐分散剂、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸盐中的一种或者几种的组合。
所述的增稠剂为白炭黑、有机膨润土中的一种或两种的组合。
所述的油性分散介质选自油酸甲酯、大豆油、花生油、玉米油、芝麻油、棕榈油、棉籽油、菜籽油、150#溶剂油、200#溶剂油中的一种或几种的组合。
本发明的一种省工型油悬浮剂的制备方法为:按权利要求1所述的比例,将农药有效成分、水面扩展剂、乳化剂、分散剂、增稠剂、油性介质经剪切机剪切均匀后,用砂磨机砂磨至合格粒径即可。
具体实施方式
为了更好的理解本发明的实质,下面用实例来说明本发明的技术内容,但本发明的内容并不局限于此。
实施例1:22%苄嘧磺隆·丙草胺油悬浮剂。
首先称取20份丙草胺,2份苄嘧磺隆,8份十二烷基硫酸钠,15份异辛醇,5份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-4),3份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-10),4份十二烷基苯磺酸钙,3份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,1份有机膨润土,油酸甲酯补至100%。经剪切机剪切30分钟,用砂磨机砂磨至D95小于5微米即可。
实施例2:33%丁草胺·苄嘧磺隆油悬浮剂。
首先称取30份丁草胺,3份苄嘧磺隆,5份十二烷基硫酸钠,20份正庚醇,5份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-4),5份十二烷基苯磺酸钙,15份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,0.8份有机膨润土,大豆油补至100%。经剪切机剪切30分钟,用砂磨机砂磨至D95小于5微米即可。
实施例3:22%丙草胺·五氟磺草胺油悬浮剂。
首先称取20份丙草胺,2份五氟磺草胺,8份十二烷基硫酸钠,20份异辛醇,4份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-4),4份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-10),3份十二烷基苯磺酸钙,3份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,1.2份有机膨润土,油酸甲酯补至100%。经剪切机剪切30分钟,用砂磨机砂磨至D95小于5微米即可。
实施例4:22%噻呋酰胺·己唑醇油悬浮剂。
首先称取20份噻呋酰胺,2份己唑醇,4份十二烷基硫酸钠,15份正壬醇,5份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-4),3份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-10),4份十二烷基苯磺酸钙,3份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,0.5份有机膨润土,油酸甲酯补至100%。经剪切机剪切30分钟,用砂磨机砂磨至D95小于5微米即可。
实施例5:30.5%杀虫单·阿维菌素油悬浮剂。
首先称取30份杀虫单,0.5份阿维菌素,10份十二烷基硫酸钠,15份异辛醇,5份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-4),3份壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚(NP-10),4份十二烷基苯磺酸钙,16份蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚,0.4份有机膨润土,玉米油补至100%。经剪切机剪切30分钟,用砂磨机砂磨至D95小于5微米即可。
实施例6:
使用上述实施例1制备的22%苄嘧磺隆·丙草胺油悬浮剂用于防除水稻田一年生杂草。于抛秧后第三天施药,采用2%苄嘧磺隆20%丙草胺展膜油剂作为对照药剂,施药方法为撒施,施药后7天调查除草效果。结果表明,本发明的22%苄嘧磺隆·丙草胺油悬浮剂效果优于对照药剂。

实施例7:
使用上述实施例4制备的22%噻呋酰胺·己唑醇油悬浮剂用于防治水稻纹枯病。于抽穗前施药,挑选有轻微症状的田块进行实验,对照药剂是实验室配置的2%己唑醇20%噻呋酰胺泡腾片剂,施药方法为撒施,施药后7天调查防治效果。结果表明,本发明油悬浮剂优于对照药剂。
Claims (7)
1.一种省工型油悬浮剂,其特征在于:包括农药有效成分、水面扩展剂、乳化剂、分散剂、增稠剂、油性分散介质;
其中所述的农药有效成分为常见的除草剂、杀菌剂、杀虫剂,质量分数为1-40%;所述的水面扩展剂的质量分数为5-20%;所述的乳化剂的质量分数为5%-30%;分散剂的质量分数为0.1-5%;增稠剂的质量分数为0.1-10%;其余为油性分散介质。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种省工型油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述的水面扩展剂由阴离子润湿剂和高级醇以1:1-1:3的比例组合而成;其中阴离子润湿剂选自烷基苯磺酸钠、烷基硫酸钠中的一种;高级醇选自异辛醇、正辛醇、异庚醇、正庚醇、异壬醇、正壬醇中的一种或几种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种省工型油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述的乳化剂选自蓖麻油聚氧乙烯醚、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、斯潘、吐温、十二烷基苯磺酸钙、十二烷基苯磺酸胺、琥珀酸二异辛酯磺酸钠中的一种或几种的组合。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种省工型油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述的分散剂选用EO-PO嵌段共聚物、甲基丙烯酸/甲基丙烯酸甲酯与聚氧乙烯的共聚物、聚羧酸盐分散剂、萘磺酸盐甲醛缩合物、木质素磺酸盐中的一种或者几种的组合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种省工型油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述的增稠剂为白炭黑、有机膨润土中的一种或两种的组合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种省工型油悬浮剂,其特征在于:所述的油性分散介质选自油酸甲酯、大豆油、花生油、玉米油、芝麻油、棕榈油、棉籽油、菜籽油、150#溶剂油、200#溶剂油中的一种或几种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种省工型油悬浮剂的制备方法为:按权利要求1所述的比例,将农药有效成分、水面扩展剂、乳化剂、分散剂、增稠剂、油性介质经剪切机剪切均匀后,用砂磨机砂磨至合格粒径即可。
