Abstract

本发明提供一种钐钴铜铁永磁材料及其制备方法。本发明的钐钴铜铁永磁材料,其特征是:按重量比包括铜:4.2%~9.8%,锆:2%~4%,钐:12%~19%,钴51%~56%,铬2‑5%,余量为铁。本发明是按重量比将铜、锆、钐、钴、铬熔炼后制粉,然后进行压模成型、烧结固溶、最后进行时效处理即可。本发明制备的钐钴铜铁永磁材料韧性强,抗震、抗冲击能力相应也较强,使得材料在对抗震、抗冲击力要求较高的场合的应用更加广泛。

钐钴铜铁永磁材料及其制备方法
技术领域:
本发明涉及一种钐钴铜铁永磁材料及其制备方法,属于稀土永磁材料技术领域。
背景技术:
钐钴永磁材料的主要特点是磁性能高,温度性能好。最高工作温度可达250~350摄氏度。因此这种永磁材料的磁稳定性最好,很适合用来制造各种高性能的永磁电机及工作环境十分复杂的应用产品。另外,钐钴永磁材料的抗锈蚀能力极强,其表面一般不需进行涂层处理。钐钴永磁体在稀土永磁系列中表现出良好的温度特性。与钕铁硼相比,钐钴更适合工作在高温环境中(>200℃)。在较为恶劣的环境中,钐钴永磁体表现要比钕铁硼强,但是其强韧性差使钐钴永磁材料在加工过程中容易开裂、掉渣。这大大降低了磁体的成品率和加工精度,提高了磁体的加工成本,限制了钐钴永磁材料在高精度仪器仪表行业的应用。同时,由于钐钴永磁材料的强韧性差,抗震、抗冲击能力相应也较差,使得材料在对抗震、抗冲击力要求较高的场合的应用也受到限制,比如,航空仪表和高速电机等领域。
近年来,随着钐钴永磁材料料的磁性能不断提高,塑韧性差、机械加工困难、抗冲击振动能力差等缺点已成为稀土永磁材料的致命弱点,严重制约了其应用范围的进一步扩大
发明内容:
本发明的目的是针对上述存在的问题提供一种钐钴铜铁永磁材料及其制备方法,本发明制备的钐钴铜铁永磁材料韧性强,抗震、抗冲击能力相应也较强,使得材料在对抗震、抗冲击力要求较高的场合的应用更加广泛。
上述的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种钐钴铜铁永磁材料,按重量比包括铜:4.2%~9.8%,锆:2%~4%,钐:12%~19%,钴51%~56%,铬2-5%,余量为铁。
所述的钐钴铜铁永磁材料,按重量比包括铜:4.8%~9.2%,锆:2.4%~3.8%,钐:13%~18%,钴51.6%~55.6%,铬2.2-4.5%,余量为铁。
所述的钐钴铜铁永磁材料,按重量比包括铜:5.2%~8.6%,锆:2.7%~3.5%,钐:14%~17%,钴52.6%~54.6%,铬2.8-4.1%,余量为铁。
所述的钐钴铜铁永磁材料,按重量比包括铜:6.2%~7.6%,锆:3.1%~3.4%,钐:14.5%~16.5%,钴53.1%~54.3%,铬3.2-3.8%,余量为铁。
所述的钐钴铜铁永磁材料,按重量比包括铜:7.2%,锆:3.2%,钐:15.5%,钴53.6%,铬3.6%,余量为铁。
一种钐钴铜铁永磁材料的制备方法,按重量比将铜、锆、钐、钴、铬熔炼后制粉,然后进行压模成型、烧结固溶、最后进行时效处理即可。
所述的钐钴铜铁永磁材料的制备方法,所述的熔炼采用真空感应炉熔炼,真空度达10.1~10.8Pa以上。
所述的钕铁硼永磁材料的制备方法,所述的制粉采用氢破碎到粒度为1~3μm.
所述的钕铁硼永磁材料的制备方法,所述的烧结温度为不低于1200℃。
有益效果:
本发明制备的钐钴铜铁永磁材料韧性强,抗震、抗冲击能力相应也较强,使得材料在对抗震、抗冲击力要求较高的场合的应用更加广泛。

其方法是按重量比将铜、锆、钐、钴、铬熔炼后制粉,然后进行压模成型、烧结固溶、最后进行时效处理即可;
所述的熔炼采用真空感应炉熔炼,真空度达10.1~10.8Pa以上;
所述的制粉采用氢破碎到粒度为1~3μm;
所述的烧结温度为不低于1200℃。
