Abstract

本发明公开了一种U盘,包括U盘外壳、USB接口及与USB接口电连接的PCB电路,所述U盘外壳1上表面开有槽形开口,槽形开口两侧相对设有凸起,在U盘外壳上表面形成两组凸口,外壳一侧面设开口;塑胶推拉件套装于外壳空腔体内,其前端设为USB接口,其后端设凸起的弹片,弹片末端两侧设锁定块。本发明采用抽屉式的推拉结构来有效地保护U盘的USB接口,其省略了现有U盘的保护帽结构,避免了保护帽遗失的情况发生;U盘外壳由不锈钢材料制成,可将其与挂饰连结做为饰物使用,结构新颖,方便实用。

一种U盘
技术领域
本发明涉及移动存储器技术领域,特别是指一种U盘。
背景技术
随着科技的迅猛发展,存储器的种类越来越多,移动存储器中,最方便携带的是U盘,它具有体积小,容量大的特点,深受人们的喜爱。现有的U盘,它包括存储器外壳、保护帽,外壳内包裹固定存储电路,存储器的插接头位于外壳外,保护帽套于存储器的插接头上,用于保护插接头。前述结构的现有U盘,具有一定的不足:保护帽与外壳是分体式的,使用U盘的时候需要将保护帽取下,很容易造成保护帽的遗失。专利号为:ZL200720193755.3的U盘发明专利,其在U盘壳体上设置翻转结构的盖帽来实现U盘口的打开与关闭,并且盖帽始终连接在U盘壳体上不会丢失。但是这种结构的U盘制作工艺复杂,造成成本的增加,并且由于U盘外壳一般采用塑胶材料制成,此种翻转结构的盖帽很容易损坏,导致其寿命的缩短。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种结构简单,保护帽不容易遗失的新型结构的U盘。
本发明的技术方案是,一种U盘,包括U盘外壳、USB接口及与USB接口电连接的PCB电路,其特征在于,所述U盘外壳上表面开有槽形开口,槽形开口两侧相对设有凸起,在U盘外壳上表面形成两组凸口,外壳一侧面设开口;塑胶推拉件套装于外壳空腔体内,其前端设为USB接口,其后端设凸起的弹片,弹片末端两侧设锁定块。
所述弹片上设有凸筋。
本发明采用抽屉式的推拉结构来有效地保护U盘的USB接口,其省略了现有U盘的保护帽结构,避免了保护帽遗失的情况发生;U盘外壳由不锈钢材料制成,可将其与挂饰连结做为饰物使用,结构新颖,方便实用。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图及实施例对本发明结构进行详细说明。
如图1及图2所示为本发明外壳结构图,该外壳为长方体型,中间部分为空腔结构,在其上表面开有槽形开口。槽形开口两侧相对设有两组凸起,在U盘外壳1上表面形成两组凸口3A与3B。外壳1一侧面设开口2。
如图3、图4及图5所示为本发明推拉件结构图。该推拉件4整体由塑胶材料制成,其前端设为USB接口,并与PCB电路电连接,其后端设有凸起的弹片5,弹片5末端两侧均设有锁定块6。弹片5上还设有防滑凸筋7,以便于更好的对推拉件4进行操作。
如图6、图7及图8为本发明工作原理示意图。推拉件4套装于外壳1空腔体内,弹片5从外壳1上表面的槽型开口内伸出。不使用时,弹片5两端的锁定块6分别置于外壳1后部的一组凸口3A内,可防止推拉件4前后滑动;需要将其与电脑连接使用时,按下弹片5,锁定块6从凸口3A内分离位于外壳1内部,向前推动推拉件4至锁定块6到达外壳1前部的一组凸口3B位置时,撤去对弹片5的压力,弹片5弹起,锁定块6置于凸口3B内,同时推拉件4前端的USB接口从外壳1侧面的开口2伸出与电脑连接作为U盘使用。
本发明外壳可整体由不锈钢材料压制成型,并可将其作成圆柱体或多面体等时尚形状或者是将其与钥匙扣等饰物固定连接作为时尚挂饰使用,结构新颖,方便实用。

1.一种U盘,包括U盘外壳、USB接口及与USB接口电连接的PCB电路,其特征在于,所述U盘外壳(1)上表面开有槽形开口,槽形开口两侧相对设有凸起,在U盘外壳上表面形成两组凸口(3A、3B),外壳(1)一侧面设开口(2);塑胶推拉件(4)套装于外壳(1)空腔体内,其前端设为USB接口,其后端设凸起的弹片(5),弹片(5)末端两侧设锁定块(6)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种U盘,其特征在于:所述弹片(5)上设有凸筋(7)。
