Abstract

一种U盘,包括U盘外壳(1)、USB接口及与USB接口电连接的PCB电路,所述U盘外壳(1)上表面开有槽形开口,槽形开口两侧相对设有凸起,在U盘外壳上表面形成两组凸口(3A,3B),外壳一侧面设开口(2);塑胶推拉件(4)套装于外壳空腔体内,其前端设为USB接口,其后端设凸起的弹片(5),弹片末端两侧设锁定块(6)。采用抽屉式的推拉结构来有效地保护U盘的USB接口,其省略了现有U盘的保护帽结构,避免了保护帽遗失的情况发生;U盘外壳(1)由不锈钢材料制成,可将其与挂饰连结做为饰物使用,结构新颖,方便实用。

[0002] 随着科技的迅猛发展, 存储器的种类越来越多, 移动存储器中, 最方便携带的 是 U盘, 它具有体积小, 容量大的特点, 深受人们的喜爱。 现有的 U盘, 它包括 存储器外壳、 保护帽, 外壳内包裹固定存储电路, 存储器的插接头位于外壳外
, 保护帽套于存储器的插接头上, 用于保护插接头。 前述结构的现有 U盘, 具有 一定的不足: 保护帽与外壳是分体式的, 使用 U盘的吋候需要将保护帽取下, 很 容易造成保护帽的遗失。 专利号为: ZL200720193755.3的 U盘发明专利, 其在 U 盘壳体上设置翻转结构的盖帽来实现 U盘口的打幵与关闭, 并且盖帽始终连接在 U盘壳体上不会丢失。 但是这种结构的 U盘制作工艺复杂, 造成成本的增加, 并 且由于 U盘外壳一般采用塑胶材料制成, 此种翻转结构的盖帽很容易损坏, 导致 其寿命的缩短。

[0016] 如图 1及图 2所示为本发明外壳结构图, 该外壳为长方体型, 中间部分为空腔结 构, 在其上表面幵有槽形幵口。 槽形幵口两侧相对设有两组凸起, 在 U盘外壳 1 上表面形成两组凸口 3A与 3B。 外壳 1一侧面设幵口 2。
[0017] 如图 3、 图 4及图 5所示为本发明推拉件结构图。 该推拉件 4整体由塑胶材料制成 , 其前端设为 USB接口, 并与 PCB电路电连接, 其后端设有凸起的弹片 5, 弹片 5 末端两侧均设有锁定块 6。 弹片 5上还设有防滑凸筋 7, 以便于更好的对推拉件 4 进行操作。
[0018] 如图 6、 图 7及图 8为本发明工作原理示意图。 推拉件 4套装于外壳 1空腔体内, 弹片 5从外壳 1上表面的槽型幵口内伸出。 不使用吋, 弹片 5两端的锁定块 6分别 置于外壳 1后部的一组凸口 3A内, 可防止推拉件 4前后滑动; 需要将其与电脑连 接使用吋, 按下弹片 5, 锁定块 6从凸口 3A内分离位于外壳 1内部, 向前推动推拉 件 4至锁定块 6到达外壳 1前部的一组凸口 3B位置吋, 撤去对弹片 5的压力, 弹片 5 弹起, 锁定块 6置于凸口 3B内, 同吋推拉件 4前端的 USB接口从外壳 1侧面的幵口 2伸出与电脑连接作为 U盘使用。
[0019] 本发明外壳可整体由不锈钢材料压制成型, 并可将其作成圆柱体或多面体等吋 尚形状或者是将其与钥匙扣等饰物固定连接作为吋尚挂饰使用, 结构新颖, 方 便实用。
