电气护罩是橡胶套成型的，它是保护电气的部件，它的成型是在模具中成型的，所使用的模具包括外模具和内模具，制造防护套时，内模具套在橡胶套里面，在橡胶套外面放置外模具并按压外模具，电气保护套就成型了；现有技术中，所使用的内模具不能变换形状，其外部的形状和尺寸不会变化，这样所加工的橡胶套就不易套接在内模具的外面、也不容易取下模具，具有使用不便的缺点。

本实用新型的目就是针对上述缺点，提供一种内模具容易套在橡胶套里面的电气保护罩制造模具——具有楔形块的电气保护罩制造模具。
本实用新型所采取的技术方案是：具有楔形块的电气保护罩制造模具，包括外模具和内模具，其特征是：所述的内模具包括两个分体，分别是左分体和右分体，左分体和右分体一侧具有铰接的结构并铰接连接，在左分体和右分体的另一侧具有缝隙，它还包括一个楔形块，所述的楔形块插入缝隙后左分体、右分体、楔形块形成内模具。
本实用新型的有益效果是：这样的电气保护罩制造模具具有容易套在橡胶套里面的优点。

本实用新型使用时，可以将不带楔形块的内模具放置在橡胶套6（原材料）内然后安装楔形块，能够实现本实用新型的目的。
