本发明公开了不锈钢管排结构铸铁散热器,包括上下两个横向联通管,还包括多个平行排列的竖向立管,各竖向立管的两端分别与上下两个横向联通管贯通联接,其特征在于:所述贯通联接是竖向立管插入横向联通管向内凸起的环形翻边内,横向联通管的环形翻边与竖向立管的管壁紧密贴合,竖向立管的端面与横向联通管环形翻边的端面相齐平,经端面焊接形成环形焊缝,竖向立管是用不锈钢管制成,在多个竖向立管的两端与两个横向连通管经过焊接后互相贯通成一个整体,其内部空腔即为热水通道,在横向连通管的两端分别设置有进水口、出水口、排气口和排污口,热水通道中的横向连通管、竖向立管其外部形状是用模具铸造有铸铁翼片。

技术领域
本发明属于民用采暖技术领域,具体涉及一种采暖散热器。
背景技术
中国发明专利“一种用于采暖散热器的不锈钢构件及其制造方法”(专利号201410824324.7)公开的采暖散热器,其结构形式是常见的管排结构,采用不锈钢材料制作,它是在多个竖向排管的两端与两个横向连通管经过焊接后互相贯通成一个整体,其内部空腔即为热水通道,在横向连通管的两端分别设置有进水口、出水口、排气口和排污口,其外部形状是有铝挤压出的形材翼片,这种翼片较多常见,在不同的安装位置情况下使用也灵活方便,它的缺点是两个横向连通管及两个竖向立管两端的连接位置无法与翼片连体,靠装饰帽替代,限制了散热面积,另外,铝形材翼片成本高,热水通道与铝形材翼片组合紧密度不是很好,制作工作量大背景技术描述段落。

本发明的目的是针对上述已有技术的缺点,提供一种新设计的不锈钢管排结构铸铁散热器,可以提供更大的散热面积,铸铁包裹不锈钢管排结构更进一步确保散热器不漏水,并且整个散热器散热均匀。
本发明是这样实现的:
不锈钢管排结构铸铁散热器,它包括上下两个横向联通管,还包括多个平行排列的竖向立管,各竖向立管的两端分别与上下两个横向联通管贯通联接,横向联通管设置有向内凸起的环形翻边,在横向联通管的端部设置有接头座,其特征在于:所述贯通联接是竖向立管插入横向联通管向内凸起的环形翻边内,横向联通管的环形翻边与竖向立管的管壁紧密贴合,竖向立管的端面与横向联通管环形翻边的端面相齐平,经端面焊接形成环形焊缝,竖向立管是用不锈钢管制成,在多个竖向立管的两端与两个横向连通管经过焊接后互相贯通成一个整体,其内部空腔即为热水通道,在横向连通管的两端分别设置有进水口、出水口、排气口和排污口,热水通道中的横向连通管、竖向立管其外部形状是用模具铸造有铸铁翼片。
热水通道中的每支横向连通管与竖向立管的外径被铸造成一个单柱体铸铁翼片,每个单柱体铸铁翼片由内部空腔即为热水通道互相贯通成一个整体,单柱体铸铁翼片为长方形体,单柱体铸铁翼片中部的轴向圆柱体两侧有长方形孔,长方形孔最外两侧有呈丁字形的散热板,在散热板沿轴方向上下设置有豁口,单柱体铸铁翼片顶端平直,在多个单柱体铸铁翼片两侧的下端设置有立蹆。
本发明技术方案的有益效果和优点如下:
不锈钢管排结构铸铁散热器,包括有构成热水通道的组件和设置在热水通道组件外表面的铸造有铸铁翼片导热散热板,构成热水通道的主要组件是常规的,但在没有增加部件和改变结构的前提下,仅仅改变插接和焊接方式,是不常规的,将竖向立管插入横向联通管向内凸起的具有适当高度的环形翻边内,横向联通管的环形翻边与竖向立管的管壁紧密贴合,不加焊丝瞬间高温熔化,熔合可靠不渗漏。把热水通道置入模具内,用浇铸方式实现散热板的成型,一是用浇铸方式能让两种金属紧密贴合达到导热散热目的,二是铸铁翼片成本低,节省造价资金,三是起到又一层防渗漏作用,更经久耐用,四是工艺简单,操作方便,五是减薄增效,本发明铸铁翼片每片重量以中心距600mm是2公斤,现有技术中的国标铸铁翼片每片重量以中心距600是25公斤,以前增厚的目的是为耐腐蚀,而本发明的热水通道是不锈钢304材质是耐腐蚀的,而翼片只为散热,所以减薄不仅增效,还能减轻房屋的承压及让安装工的搬运省力气,六是横向联通管及横向联通管与竖向立管结合位置,在现有技术中的钢铝复合及铜铅复合是另加防护帽的,散热效果不理想,而本发明是构成热水通道的全覆盖,扩大了散热效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明:
本发明如图1至图4所示,不锈钢管排结构铸铁散热器,它包括上下两个横向联通管1,还包括多个平行排列的竖向立管2,各竖向立管2的两端分别与上下两个横向联通管1贯通联接,横向联通管1设置有向内凸起的环形翻边3,在横向联通管1的端部设置有接头座4,其特征在于:所述贯通联接是竖向立管2插入横向联通管1向内凸起的环形翻边3内,横向联通管1的环形翻边3与竖向立管2的管壁5紧密贴合,竖向立管2的端面与横向联通管1环形翻边的端面相齐平,经端面焊接形成环形焊缝,竖向立管2是用不锈钢管制成,在多个竖向立管2的两端与两个横向连通管1经过焊接后互相贯通成一个整体,其内部空腔即为热水通道,在横向连通管1的两端分别设置有进水口6、出水口7、排气口8和排污口9,热水通道中的横向连通管1、竖向立管2其外部形状是用模具铸造有铸铁翼片10。
热水通道中的每支横向连通管1与竖向立管2的外径被铸造成一个单柱体铸铁翼片10,每个单柱体铸铁翼片10由内部空腔即为热水通道互相贯通成一个整体,单柱体铸铁翼片10为长方形体,单柱体铸铁翼片10中部的轴向圆柱体11两侧有长方形孔12,长方形孔12最外两侧有呈丁字形的散热板13,在散热板13沿轴方向上下设置有豁口14,单柱体铸铁翼片10顶端平直15,在多个单柱体铸铁翼片10两侧的下端设置有立蹆16。
上述发明中构成热水通道的组件是用金属管制作的,设置在热水通道组件外表面的导热散热板采用铸铁翼片制作,不仅具有优良的导热性能和散热性能,而且结构简单,成本低,外形美观,适应群众审美需求,很受用户欢迎,市场前景广阔。
上述发明中的铸铁翼片可以选用铝、不锈钢等导热性能好的铸造金属材料,也可选用铸塑料、铸铝型材制作进行替换,以降低产品成本。本领域的专业技术人员在本发明的启示下,在不脱离本发明权利要求保护范围的情况下,还可以做出其它形式的具体变换,这些均属于本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (2)

1.不锈钢管排结构铸铁散热器,它包括上下两个横向联通管(1),还包括多个平行排列的竖向立管(2),各竖向立管(2)的两端分别与上下两个横向联通管(1)贯通联接,横向联通管(1)设置有向内凸起的环形翻边(3),在横向联通管(1)的端部设置有接头座(4),其特征在于:所述贯通联接是竖向立管(2)插入横向联通管(1)向内凸起的环形翻边(3)内,横向联通管(1)的环形翻边(3)与竖向立管(2)的管壁(5)紧密贴合,竖向立管(2)的端面与横向联通管(1)环形翻边的端面相齐平,经端面焊接形成环形焊缝,竖向立管(2)是用不锈钢管制成,在多个竖向立管(2)的两端与两个横向连通管(1)经过焊接后互相贯通成一个整体,其内部空腔即为热水通道,在横向连通管(1)的两端分别设置有进水口(6)、出水口(7)、排气口(8)和排污口(9),热水通道中的横向连通管(1)、竖向立管(2)其外部形状是用模具铸造有铸铁翼片(10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的不锈钢管排结构铸铁散热器,其特征在于:热水通道中的每支横向连通管(1)与竖向立管(2)的外径被铸造成一个单柱体铸铁翼片(10),每个单柱体铸铁翼片(10)由内部空腔即为热水通道互相贯通成一个整体,单柱体铸铁翼片(10)为长方形体,单柱体铸铁翼片(10)中部的轴向圆柱体(11)两侧有长方形孔(12),长方形孔(12)最外两侧有呈丁字形的散热板(13),在散热板(13)沿轴方向上下设置有豁口(14),单柱体铸铁翼片(10)顶端平直(15),在多个单柱体铸铁翼片(10)两侧的下端设置有立蹆(16)。
