Abstract

本实用新型涉及一种管式取暖散热器。本管式取暖散热器由两联箱管及其螺纹水口所组成,两联箱管之间设有由螺旋状管材构成的散热主体。本管式取暖散热器的散热主体由螺旋状管材构成,螺旋状管材的长度比其伸展后的实际长度要短,而散热效果基本相同。因此,在相同散热效果条件下本散热器较现有管式取暖散热器具有体积小的特点。同时本散热器螺旋状管材构成的散热主体具有装饰性强的特点。螺旋状管材可以采用现有设备批量加工,因此散热主体的加工工艺成熟、简单。本实用新型具有结构新颖、散热面积大体积小、装饰性强和加工工艺较简单的突出优点。

技术领域
本发明属于取暖散热器,特别是涉及一种管式取暖散热器。
背景技术
公知技术中,一种由钢管组成的管式散热器,其每一片是由单柱、两柱连接或三柱连接的钢管构成。钢管截面有圆形、椭圆形、方形和长方形,各管两端分别焊接固定于联箱管,联箱管设有螺纹水口。
上述管式散热器散热面积的大小直接决定于各钢管的长度和,因此散热面积较大的散热器体积也相应较大。另外还存在造型较呆板的缺陷。
公知技术中还有另外一种由钢管组成的管式散热器,各钢管之间由弯曲程度相同或不同的弯管相互连通而构成图案,连通后的钢管两端焊接固定于相应联箱管,联箱管设有螺纹水口。
上述管式散热器虽然造型丰富,但是也存在散热器体积较大的缺陷,同时还存在加工工艺较复杂的实际问题。
发明内容
本实用新型是为了解决现有管式散热器存在的体积较大或加工工艺较复杂的技术问题,而提出一种体积相对较小而散热面积相对较大和加工工艺较简单的一种管式取暖散热器。
本实用新型采取以下技术方案:本管式取暖散热器由两联箱管及其螺纹水口所组成,两联箱管之间设有由螺旋状金属管材构成的散热主体,各螺旋状金属管材的两端分别与相对应的联箱管焊接、连通。
本实用新型还可以采取以下技术措施:
所述的散热主体由螺旋状金属管材和普通直管金属管材相间设置构成,普通直管金属管材的两端分别与相对应的联箱管焊接、连通。
所述的散热主体其各金属管材横向设置。
所述的散热主体其各金属管材表面设有防护漆层。
本实用新型的有益效果和优点在于:本管式取暖散热器的散热主体由螺旋状金属管材构成,螺旋状金属管材的长度比其伸展后的实际长度要短,而散热效果基本相同。因此,在相同散热效果条件下本散热器较现有管式取暖散热器具有体积小的特点。同时本散热器螺旋状金属管材构成的散热主体具有装饰性强的特点。螺旋状金属管材可以采用现有设备批量加工,因此散热主体的加工工艺成熟、简单。本实用新型具有结构新颖、散热面积大体积小、装饰性强和加工工艺较简单的突出优点。

下面结合实施例及其附图进一步说明本实用新型。
如图1所示实施例1,本管式取暖散热器包括竖向联箱管2、分别设置于左右联箱管2两端部的螺纹进水口3和螺纹出水口4,左右联箱管之间设有由横向设置的6根螺旋状金属管材1构成的散热主体。螺旋状金属管材1选用钢管加工,也可以采用铜、铝或铜铝复合金属管材加工。螺旋状金属管材1两端与同材质的相应联箱管2焊接固定并连通,钢管内壁设置防腐层。联箱管2、散热主体各螺旋状金属管材1表面设有防护漆层(未示出)。
如图2所示实施例2,本管式取暖散热器包括横向联箱管2、分别设置于上下联箱管2两端部的螺纹进水口3和螺纹出水口4,上下联箱管之间设有由8根竖向的螺旋状金属管材1和7根普通直管金属管材5相间设置构成的散热主体。螺旋状金属管材1选用钢管加工,两端与同材质的相应联箱管2焊接固定并连通,钢管内壁设置防腐层。联箱管2、散热主体各管材1表面设有防护漆层(未示出)。
如图3所示实施例3,本管式取暖散热器包括竖向联箱管2、分别设置于左右联箱管2两端部的螺纹进水口3和螺纹出水口4,左右联箱管之间设有由横向的5根螺旋状金属管材1和4根普通直管金属管材5相间设置构成的散热主体。螺旋状金属管材1选用钢管加工,两端与同材质的相应联箱管2焊接固定并连通,钢管内壁设置防腐层。联箱管2、散热主体各管材1表面设有防护漆层(未示出)。

1.一种管式取暖散热器,由两联箱管及其螺纹水口所组成,其特征在于:两联箱管之间设有由螺旋状金属管材构成的散热主体,散热主体的各螺旋状金属管材的两端分别与相对应的联箱管焊接、连通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的管式取暖散热器,其特征在于:所述的散热主体由螺旋状金属管材和普通直管金属管材相间设置构成,普通直管金属管材的两端分别与相对应的联箱管焊接、连通。
3.根据权利要求1所述的管式取暖散热器,其特征在于:所述的散热主体其各金属管材横向设置。
4.根据权利要求1或2或3所述的管式取暖散热器,其特征在于:所述的散热主体其各金属管材表面设有防护漆层。
