本发明公开了一种转筒式化肥干燥装置,包括筒体、螺旋挡板、电机、风机、过滤网、出料口、出水口、冷凝器,所述的筒体整体与所述的电机连接,所述的筒体内设置有所述的螺旋挡板,所述的筒体的四周设置多台所述的风机,所述的筒体后端下部设置出料口,所述的筒体为多层钢制过滤网组成的筒体,所述的筒体后端布置多层过滤网,所述的筒体末端设置冷凝器,冷凝器下端连接出水口,总体上,本发明具有结构简单,制造安装简便,通过滚筒的转动及滚筒四周干燥风的作用,能均匀的使肥料干燥,降低化肥的生产成本,提升化肥的品质。

一种转筒式化肥干燥装置
技术领域
本发明属于化肥干燥装置领域,涉及一种化肥干燥装置,特别是一种转筒式化肥干燥装置。
背景技术
肥料是提供一种或者一种以上植物必需营养元素,改善土壤性质、提高土壤肥力水平的一类物质,农业生产的物质基础之一,化肥在生产的过程中,干燥是很关键的一步,由于肥料容易吸湿,所以将颗粒状的肥料通过干燥机烘干,增加肥料颗粒的强度,目前在肥料生产企业中一般是采用蒸汽在滚筒炉内干燥,然后通过滚筒炉的不断转动实现肥料的干燥,但是在肥料的生产过程中,肥料的生产量较大,因此在干燥炉内干燥不均匀,影响肥料的品质,且大量的干燥不充分的肥料会对滚筒炉本身造成损坏,使得化肥生产增加成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种转筒式化肥干燥装置,本转筒式化肥干燥装置通过设置在滚筒四周的风机,使得滚筒内的肥料能够均匀的干燥,而且在滚筒的末尾设置一个冷凝器,使干燥后的潮湿空气能够迅速凝结,不会再次影响干燥过的化肥。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:一种转筒式化肥干燥装置,包括筒体、螺旋挡板、电机、风机、过滤网、出料口、出水口、冷凝器,所述的筒体整体与所述的电机连接,所述的筒体内设置有所述的螺旋挡板,所述的筒体的四周设置多台所述的风机,所述的筒体后端下部设置出料口。
所述的的筒体为多层钢制过滤网组成的筒体。
所述的筒体后端布置多层过滤网。
所述的筒体末端设置冷凝器,冷凝器下端连接出水口。
本发明产生的有益效果是:一种转筒式化肥干燥装置,通过在滚筒四周设置的风机,向滚筒内吹入均匀的干燥风,并在筒体内布置连续的螺旋挡板,可以在化肥通过装置时,通过挡板将颗粒分离,干燥速度快,另外通过在滚筒后端设置多层的过滤网,防止肥料被吹走,避免了产品的浪费,其结构设计简单合理,易于推广使用。

下面结合附图对本发明的实施例进一步的说明。
一种转筒式化肥干燥装置,包括筒体1、螺旋挡板2、电机3、风机4、过滤网5、出料口6、出水口7、冷凝器8,所述的筒体1整体与所述的电机3连接,所述的筒体1内设置有所述的螺旋挡板2,所述的筒体1的四周设置多台所述的风机4,所述的筒体1后端下部设置出料口6。
所述的的筒体1为多层钢制过滤网组成的筒体。
所述的筒体1后端布置多层过滤网5。
所述的筒体1末端设置冷凝器8,冷凝器8下端连接出水口7。
本发明在使用时:一种转筒式化肥干燥装置,筒体为多层过滤网组成,防止肥料漏出筒体,筒体稍微向下倾斜固定在电机上,通过电机带动筒体转动,肥料在筒体的转动及重力作用下向下滚动,同时布置在筒体周围的风机,向筒体均匀的吹入干燥风,然后干燥风通过过滤网到达冷凝器,通过冷凝器的作用,干燥风内的水汽凝结成水滴流入出水口;过滤网起到隔离的作用,防止肥料被干燥风带走,造成肥料的浪费。
总体上,本发明具有结构简单,制造安装简便,通过滚筒的转动及滚筒四周干燥风的作用,能均匀的使肥料干燥,降低化肥的生产成本,提升化肥的品质。

1.一种转筒式化肥干燥装置,包括筒体、螺旋挡板、电机、风机、过滤网、出料口、出水口、冷凝器,其特征在于:所述的筒体整体与所述的电机连接,所述的筒体内设置有所述的螺旋挡板,所述的筒体的四周设置多台所述的风机,所述的筒体后端下部设置出料口。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种转筒式化肥干燥装置,其特征在于:所述的的筒体为多层钢制过滤网组成的筒体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种转筒式化肥干燥装置,其特征在于:所述的筒体后端布置多层过滤网。
