Abstract
本发明公开了一种空气过滤设备,所述过滤设备包括柜体,所述柜体顶部设置有中控装置,所述柜体内部设置有网孔滤芯、气体处理区和静电除尘滤芯;所述中控装置包括控制装置和供电设备,所述中控装置和供电设备之间电路连接;所述柜体的两侧对称开设有进气孔和出气孔,所述网孔滤芯固定设置在柜体内靠近进气孔的一侧,所述静电除尘滤芯固定设置柜体内在靠近出气孔的一侧;所述气体处理区包括气体干燥装置和气体加湿装置。本设备集空气过滤和杀菌与一体,可以更有效的洁净室内的空气;同时本设备的为日常生活的环境所专用,具有造价成本低,占用室内空间小的优点。

技术领域:
本发明属于空气洁净技术领域,尤其是涉及一种空气过滤设备。
背景技术:
空气过滤设备是指空气过滤装置,一般用于洁净车间,洁净厂房,洁净手术室、实验室及洁净室,或者用于电子机械通信设备等的防尘。这些设备属于专用洁净设备,通常造价较高。而日常生活中,由于空气、各种家具、装饰材料含有或会释放出有害物质,如甲醛、苯等。通常,人们通常通过良好的通风来减少这些污染,或通过空气过滤器来减少污染。但现有的空气过滤器体积都比较大,造价昂贵成本高,并且占用了空间,清洁困难。
发明内容:
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种用于日常生活中空气洁净过滤的设备。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:一种空气过滤设备,所述过滤设备包括柜体,所述柜体顶部设置有中控装置,所述柜体内部设置有网孔滤芯、气体处理区和静电除尘滤芯;所述中控装置包括控制装置和供电设备,所述中控装置和供电设备之间电路连接;所述柜体的两侧对称开设有进气孔和出气孔,所述网孔滤芯固定设置在柜体内靠近进气孔的一侧,所述静电除尘滤芯固定设置柜体内在靠近出气孔的一侧;
所述气体处理区包括气体干燥装置和气体加湿装置,所述气体干燥装置由第一紫外线消毒灯和第一风扇组成,所述气体加湿装置由第二紫外线消毒灯和第二风扇组成;所述气体干燥装置和气体加湿装置均与中控装置内部的控制的装置电路连接。
作为优选,所述柜体底部设置有万向轮。
作为优选,所述气体干燥装置设置在气体加湿装置的下部。
作为优选,所述柜体的一侧开设有检修门。
作为优选,所述网孔滤芯和静电除尘滤芯均可与柜体拆卸分离。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益之处是:本设备集空气过滤和杀菌与一体,可以更有效的洁净室内的空气;同时本设备的为日常生活的环境所专用,具有造价成本低,占用室内空间小的优点。

具体实施方式:
下面结合附图及具体实施方式对本发明进行详细描述:
如图1和图2所示的一种空气过滤设备,所述过滤设备包括柜体1,所述柜体1顶部设置有中控装置2,所述柜体1内部设置有网孔滤芯8、气体处理区和静电除尘滤芯3;所述中控装置2包括控制装置和供电设备,所述中控装置和供电设备之间电路连接;所述柜体1的两侧对称开设有进气孔11和出气孔12,所述网孔滤芯2固定设置在柜体1内靠近进气孔11的一侧,所述静电除尘滤芯3固定设置柜体1内在靠近出气孔12的一侧;
所述气体处理区包括气体干燥装置和气体加湿装置,所述气体干燥装置由第一紫外线消毒灯41和第一风扇42组成,所述气体加湿装置由第二紫外线消毒灯51和第二风扇52组成;所述气体干燥装置和气体加湿装置均与中控装置2内部的控制的装置电路连接。
本设备的具体工作方式如下:
首先通过中控装置2选择本设备的工作方式,可选择的工作方式为气体干燥或者气体加湿,然后室内空气由进气孔11进入到柜体1内部,然后经过网孔滤芯8初步过滤,在中控装置2控制下气体干燥装置或者气体加湿装置工作,带动空气流动进行消毒杀菌,然后再经过静电除尘滤芯3的二次过滤,最终由出气孔12排出。
所述柜体1底部设置有万向轮6,便于设备的整体移动。
为了避免气体加湿装置在加湿过程中产生水蒸气对气体干燥装置造成影响,所述气体干燥装置设置在气体加湿装置的下部。
所述柜体1的一侧开设有检修门7,采用这种结构,当设备内部出现问题是,可通过检修门7对内部的部件进行检修更换。
为了便于网孔滤芯8和静电除尘滤芯3的清洗更换,所述网孔滤芯8和静电除尘滤芯3均可与柜体1拆卸分离。

1.一种空气过滤设备,其特征在于:所述过滤设备包括柜体(1),所述柜体(1)顶部设置有中控装置(2),所述柜体(1)内部设置有网孔滤芯(8)、气体处理区和静电除尘滤芯(3);所述中控装置(2)包括控制装置和供电设备,所述中控装置和供电设备之间电路连接;所述柜体(1)的两侧对称开设有进气孔(11)和出气孔(12),所述网孔滤芯(2)固定设置在柜体(1)内靠近进气孔(11)的一侧,所述静电除尘滤芯(3)固定设置柜体(1)内在靠近出气孔(12)的一侧;
所述气体处理区包括气体干燥装置和气体加湿装置,所述气体干燥装置由第一紫外线消毒灯(41)和第一风扇(42)组成,所述气体加湿装置由第二紫外线消毒灯(51)和第二风扇(52)组成;所述气体干燥装置和气体加湿装置均与中控装置(2)内部的控制的装置电路连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤设备,其特征在于:所述柜体(1)底部设置有万向轮(6)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤设备,其特征在于:所述气体干燥装置设置在气体加湿装置的下部。
4.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤设备,其特征在于:所述柜体(1)的一侧开设有检修门(7)。
5.根据权利要求1所述的空气过滤设备,其特征在于:所述网孔滤芯(8)和静电除尘滤芯(3)均可与柜体(1)拆卸分离。
