Abstract

厨房油污来源于烹饪过程,需经常清理,否则不仅影响美观,还会滋生细菌。现有的清洁剂产品大多存在强碱性成分、挥发性溶剂成分、氧化性成分、酶制剂成分或对环境有明显危害的成分,有可能对器物、人体、环境产生不利影响。因此,本发明提供一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂,包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:复合表面活性剂0.1-10%,接触调节剂1-20%,反应调节剂1.5-40%,离子调节剂0.02-2%,其余为水,具有除油效率高、安全无刺激、无明显气味、无氧化性、稳定可靠的优势。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种油污清洁剂,特别涉及一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂。
背景技术
在厨房油污来源于烹饪过程,需经常清理,否则不仅影响美观,还会滋生细菌。由于油污难于去除,故一般需使用清洁剂。但现有的清洁剂产品大多存在以下问题:1、使用如氢氧化钠、氢氧化钾、单乙醇胺、二乙醇胺、三乙醇胺等强碱性成分,不仅对器物表面及人的皮肤有很强的腐蚀性,而且有机胺成分还有挥发性和潜在毒性。2、使用如乙二醇、丙二醇、乙二醇丁醚、丙二醇丁醚、乙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、乙酸乙酯等具有挥发性及潜在毒性的有机溶剂成分,在嗅觉感受上与健康方面都对使用者不利。3、使用如氯胺、过硼酸钠,高锰酸钾,二氯异氰尿酸钠,异噻唑啉酮等氧化性成分,对于使用者的皮肤或呼吸道具有刺激性。4、使用各类酶制剂成分,由于酶活性受环境影响较大,导致清洁剂的可靠性降低。5、使用诸如壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚、含磷物质等除油污效果好但对环境有明显危害的成分。
发明内容
针对上述现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂。
本发明的技术方案是:一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂,其特征在于,包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:复合表面活性剂0.1-10%,接触调节剂1-20%,反应调节剂1.5-40%,离子调节剂0.02-2%,其余为水。所述的复合表面活性剂可以是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸盐、十二烷基磺酸盐、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、烷醇酰胺、烷基糖苷中的一种或几种的组合。所述的接触调节剂优选的是丙三醇。所述的反应调节剂为氨基酸与氨基酸盐的混合物。所述的氨基酸可以是甘氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸、半胱氨酸、酪氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、脯氨酸、苯丙氨酸、色氨酸、蛋氨酸中的一种或几种的组合。所述的氨基酸盐可以是甘氨酸盐、丝氨酸盐、苏氨酸盐、半胱氨酸盐、酪氨酸盐、赖氨酸盐、精氨酸盐、组氨酸盐、天冬氨酸盐、谷氨酸盐、丙氨酸盐、缬氨酸盐、亮氨酸盐、异亮氨酸盐、脯氨酸盐、苯丙氨酸盐、色氨酸盐、蛋氨酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。所述的离子调节剂是乙二胺四乙酸盐、二乙三胺五乙酸盐、柠檬酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。
本发明的原理是:利用接触调节剂、反应调节剂、复合表面活性剂、离子调节剂实现强化接触、引发反应、高效除油、稳定离子的连续高效的油污清除。
本发明的优势是:除油效率高、安全无刺激、无明显气味、无氧化性、稳定可靠。
具体实施方式
实施例1:一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂,包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:椰子油二乙醇酰胺1%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠1%,丙三醇1%,甘氨酸1.5%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.04%,其余为水。其中椰子油二乙醇酰胺与十二烷基苯磺酸钠是复合表面活性剂,丙三醇是接触调节剂,甘氨酸是反应调节剂,乙二胺四乙酸二钠是离子调节剂。
实施例2:一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂,包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚1%,脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸钠1%,丙三醇10%,甘氨酸15%,甘氨酸钠2%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.4%,其余为水。
实施例3:一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂,包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚0.1%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.07%,丙三醇1%,甘氨酸1.5%,甘氨酸钠0.2%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.04%,其余为水。
实施例4:一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂,包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:葡萄糖苷0.1%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠0.07%,丙三醇1%,苏氨酸1.5%,苏氨酸钠1.5%,柠檬酸钠2%,其余为水。
实施例5:一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂,包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐5%,十二烷基苯磺酸钠3.5%,丙三醇5%,丝氨酸8%,丝氨酸钠5%,乙二胺四乙酸二钠0.4%,其余为水。

1.一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂,其特征在于,包含以下重量百分比的原料组成:复合表面活性剂0.1-10%,接触调节剂1-20%,反应调节剂1.5-40%,离子调节剂0.02-2%,其余为水。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的复合表面活性剂可以是脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚硫酸盐、十二烷基苯磺酸盐、十二烷基磺酸盐、脂肪酸甲酯磺酸盐、烷醇酰胺、烷基糖苷中的一种或几种的组合。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的接触调节剂优选的是丙三醇。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的反应调节剂为氨基酸与氨基酸盐的混合物。
5.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的氨基酸可以是甘氨酸、丝氨酸、苏氨酸、半胱氨酸、酪氨酸、赖氨酸、精氨酸、组氨酸、天冬氨酸、谷氨酸、丙氨酸、缬氨酸、亮氨酸、异亮氨酸、脯氨酸、苯丙氨酸、色氨酸、蛋氨酸中的一种或几种的组合。
6.根据权利要求4所述的一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的氨基酸盐可以是甘氨酸盐、丝氨酸盐、苏氨酸盐、半胱氨酸盐、酪氨酸盐、赖氨酸盐、精氨酸盐、组氨酸盐、天冬氨酸盐、谷氨酸盐、丙氨酸盐、缬氨酸盐、亮氨酸盐、异亮氨酸盐、脯氨酸盐、苯丙氨酸盐、色氨酸盐、蛋氨酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种环保型高效厨房油污清洁剂,其特征在于,所述的离子调节剂是乙二胺四乙酸盐、二乙三胺五乙酸盐、柠檬酸盐中的一种或几种的组合。
